[已解决]failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed github

在使用github客户端提交代码时，报错
failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed
解决方法：

$ git config --global http.sslBackend "openssl"
$ git config --global http.sslCAInfo [path to .pem file]

亲测可用。
如果还不能用，建议谷歌，博主bing搜索了半天没有找到合适的方案，更别说百度了……
