I'm eating a Casava root. It comes from somewhere like Brazil or Dominican Republic. It is very very good and delicious. It has a bland taste.
It’s called Name (Nah-me), I think Name means Yum Yum，It is native to south America. All kinds of root vegetables grow in the far south. They even make a cereal of Casava. A form of it grows in Africa.
Anyhow, first you have to peal them，and then you have to steam them. It's actually very good for digestion.[笑][笑]
