考点一、系动词look的用法

(1) look 系动词 意为'看起来'，后接形容词，构成'主系表'结构。

You look so angry. What has happened?

你看起来如此生气，怎么啦？

The flowers look very beautiful.

这些花看起来非常漂亮。

(2) look like 意为'看起来像…', like 介词'像'。

What does he look like?

他长什么样子？

He looks like his father.

他看起来像他的父亲。

(3) 和look 有类似用法的系动词还有 smell (闻起来), sound (听起来), taste (尝起来)，这些系动词没有被动语态。

That sounds like a good idea.

那听起来是个好主意。

The chicken tastes good.

鸡肉尝起来不错。

考点二、介词from 的用法

(1) from 介词 意为'从……'、'始于……'、'源自……'、'离开'

Where are you from?

你来自哪里？

It's five kilometers from my school.

这离我们学校有5公里远。

(2) 由from 组成的短语

come from = be from 来自

be different from 与……不同

from…to… 从……到……

hear from 收到……的来信

be made from 由……制造的

learn from 向……学习

Paper is made from wood.

纸用木材做原料。

Your bike is different from mine.
