日本船级社:这项缺陷长期在路上

NKK发布最新一期PSC检查公告,提醒各业界注重甲板消防管线和CO2管线安全,主要内容如下。

缺陷类型:Fire main/CO 2 lines on deck are leaking/corroded. (甲板二氧化碳或消防管线泄漏或腐蚀严重)

消防水管路漏泄

PSCO在检查中经常发现涉及CO2损坏和消防管线漏泄的缺陷,一般来讲这两个项目是PSCO检查的重点项目(消防管线会结合应急消防泵测试时核查)。一旦发现损坏的情况,会被记录缺陷,需要注意的是:这类缺陷往往会跟SMS体系执行情况相联系,顺带开具体系失效类缺陷。

建议相关方:制定计划,定期检查消防管路和CO2管路的情况。一旦发现漏泄和损坏情况,组织修理后,安排临时检验(During PSC inspections, it has been frequently reported that PSC officers have pointed out deficiencies related to leakage/corrosion of fire main/CO 2 lines on deck.PSC officers carefully check the condition of the fire main during operation tests of the fire pumps as well as CO 2 lines. Whenever a defective condition such as the above is found, it is usually pointed out as a deficiency. Further, there is a possibility that the deficiency might be judged as indicating a lack of proper SMS implementation. Given the above situation, it is recommended that not only operation tests of fire pumps but also a visual check of the fire main and CO 2 lines on deck are to be carried out at appropriate intervals for all ships in your fleet. In case any deficiencies are found during such checking, please take appropriate measures to address the deficiencies, accordingly, and then arrange for the conduct of an Occasional Survey.)
