Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research (I&EC Research) 期刊很荣幸地公布2020年最具影响力研究人员名单。该名单由I&EC Research 期刊国际化的团队(包括编辑团队和编委会成员)评选而出，入选的青年学者(独立研究生涯不超过10年)目前对他们各自的研究领域产生了巨大影响。2020年最具影响力研究人员名单如下:

我们也很高兴地宣布虚拟特刊(virtual special issue)的发行，收录了2020年最具影响力研究人员的邀请文章(https://axial./402020/11/11/iecr-2020-class-of-influential-researchers)。本期虚拟特刊包含十多篇文章，作者来自北美、欧洲、亚洲和澳洲的八个不同国家的实验室，关注于团队的优秀工作，让读者了解他们的研究。有兴趣的读者也可重温2017、2018和2019年的I&EC Research最具影响力研究人员名单。(1-6)

2020年最具影响力研究人员虚拟特刊包括评论、综述和研究型文章。这些文章的研究进展涵盖了I&EC Research期刊的广泛范围。这些有影响力研究人员的工作都属化学工程的核心领域(如动力学、催化、反应工程、分离和过程系统工程)，讲述了能源存储、CO₂捕获、膜分离、制药和材料合成的重要进展。
