2020年对音乐产业来说是毁灭性的一年。高盛(Goldman Sachs)预测，今年全球音乐业务收入将减少25%，现场音乐收入将减少75%，因疫情令现场音乐销声匿迹，巡演也不再受欢迎。但高盛预计之后全球音乐收入将大幅反弹，预计全球音乐收入将在未来10年翻一番，到2023年激增至1,420亿美元。
