我们从来没有像今年这样渴望春天的来临。
立，始建也。 春气始而建立也。 今天是立春， 我们收到尊贵的萨迦法王给大家的新春祝福， 这是送给世界， 送给春天最美的礼物。
2021新年伊始，藏历铁牛年即将到来。在此，我想借此机会向大家致以最温暖的问候，和最美好的祝福。祝愿大家在新的一年中，健康、长寿、富足、每一个善愿都能圆满实现。
我们和每一个人心中都希望生活顺利、成功。为了圆满我们的心愿，我们应该尝试回顾过去的一年中发生的一切，和我们面临的问题。所有这些，我们必须把它们当成教训。在新的一年，我们不要再遇到相同的问题。并祈愿所有一切都顺利圆满。要想顺利，按照佛陀的教法，我们所拥有的一切都取决于因缘和合。没有一件事能在缺乏因缘的情况下产生。一切美好事物的因缘是善业，善业意味着没有染污。我们的善业，来自身的善业，语的善业，和内心的善业，正是这些会让我们实现一切美好愿望。因此，在新的一年里，我们都必须非常努力地修持，努力摒弃恶行，修持善业。这将使我们在今生和来生中，都能不断享有幸福。每个人都祈愿生活美满、顺利、幸福。但仅靠祈愿无法成办我们的愿望。实现愿望的最重要因素，是我们的日常行为、每天的身业、语业和意业。如果能够我们行持善业，那么我们所有的幸福愿望都会任运自然地成办。这就是为什么我想呼吁大家，在新的一年中，我们必须尽最大的努力减少恶行，并尽可能多修善业。这样我们的生活将会非常顺利，充满喜悦和幸福。
“ All our dharma friends who are residing throughout the world, now in the year of 2021 is just beginning. Our Tibetan year of metal ox is coming soon, and on this occasion, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my very warm greetings and best wishes. And during this year you all be healthy, long life, prosperty, and fulfill all your wishes. And we all are hoping and everyone is hoping that life would be very smooth, and very successful. And to fulfill our wishes, and we should try to look back the old year what has happened and what problems we faced. And so this we must take as a lesson, and now in the future this new year, we should not have this such of problems. And may everything go smoothly.
To go everything smoothly, according to Buddhist teachings, everything every feeling that we have is dependent on causes and conditions. There is not a single thing that rises without causes and conditions. The causes and conditions of all good things is the virtuous deeds, the virtuous deeds means without defilements. And with our virtuous deeds, physical virtuous deeds, verbal virtuous deeds, and mental virtuous deeds, and these bring out all our good wishes, and so during this new year, we must all try to practice very hard, not to have a bad deeds. Try to abandon the bad deeds and to practice the good deeds, so that we can enjoy continuously the happiness in this life and also in the future lifes. And this is so important, everyone is praying to have a good life and smooth life and happy life. Prayer is important, at the same time, but most importantly, prayer alone could not fulfill our wishes. The main thing is we have to everyday our activities, everyday deeds, our physical deeds, our verbal deeds, and mental deeds. The deeds that we practice is important, so if we do this in virtuous way, then all our wishes for happiness will naturally accomplish. So that is why I would like to appeal to everybody, during this new year, we must try our best to minimize the bad deeds, and try to practice the virtuous deeds as much as possible.
