Begin telling the story of your desire, and then add to it the

details of the positive aspects that you can find that match chose

desires. And then embellish your positive expectation by speculating with your good-feeling Wouldn’t it be nice if ... ?

examples.

You can say things like: Only good things come to me and I will figure it out as I go along.... Every time you tell your better-feeling story; you will feel better, and the details of your life will improve. The better it gets, the better it gets.

· 你想要得到金钱，就描述具体的金额数字，以及是现金、支票还是银行转账形式得到这笔金钱，现在请仔细看看你手上戴的戒指和手腕上的珠宝首饰还有你穿的美丽衣服，记住你的双手，然后感受这双手接过支票时开心的样子~

· 你想要理想的伴侣，就描述你理想伴侣的样子，从头发到面部轮廓，到性格到你们在一起的开心场景，然后同样将你的双手细节、衣服细节放进这些故事中去描述~

当你在不断不断的细节描述中，你想要的情景也会一步一步为你展现，届时你会非常惊讶和开心这些美好的事情，真的发生了~
