Is it going to be easy? no, is it going to be hard? Hell yeah. And that is the best part. 过的容易吗？不，难吗？是的，但是那是最好的一部分。 The best part is pushing through the pain. The best part is the Challenge. You need to have goals that scene out of reach , at least goals that are hard to reach. 最好的部分是克服痛苦。最好的部分是挑战。你需要有那些无法实现的目标，至少是那些难以实现的目标。 You pushing through all the crap in your way to get there. 你克服所有的苦难继而成功。 You clawing past all the demons get to you goal .you climbing and climbing to reach the top of taht mountain peak, that no one through you could reach. It`s you hearing your body say no more. 你战胜所有的磨难到达成功，你爬到山顶，没有人能超越你，你听到自己的身体在说，还有谁。 And then hearing your mind say: shut up i get this. I'm in charge today, and you coming with me?! You see, your mind is stronger than your body. 然后听到你的内心说：闭嘴，是我做到的这些。我今天主导，你是跟着我的？你看，你的头脑比身体更强大。 And if you program your mind to always go one more round .to always push past what you perceive is your limit, to give more than anyone else would ever expect from you····· 如果你规划好你的内心，身体总是在前进，总是超越你所感知到的极限，被别人证明，你比期望的更强大····· Sooner or later your body will realize, this guy won`t let up. So I'm just going to have to grow with him. Your muscles in the gym, and life. 你的肌肉，在你的生活会意识到，这家伙是不会放弃的，我还必须的跟着他的思想走， can only grow with resistance, which struggle and by pushing the limits. by expanding expectations in the gym. 肌肉只有在不停的反抗身体后才能成长，不停的斗争和突破极限，提高预期在健身房里。 Putting a little more weight on the bar each time. going a little further each time, pushing a little harder each time, in your life. Extending your goals, a little more each time. 在你的生活中，每一次都要把重心放得更重一点。每一次都要走得更远一点，每一次都要更努力一点。每一次都要把目标扩大一点。 Learning a little more every day. Expanding your mind everyday, pushing the limits of what is possible for you. 每天多学一点。每天扩展你的思维，突破你所能达到的极限。 Until you break that barrier you need a break. Then,you set a bigger goal., here you go. A more exciting goal. Add more weight. Do more raps. 直到你突破你需要突破的障碍，你再设定一个更大的目标。一个更令人兴奋的目标。增加更多的体重。做更多的饶舌。 Add a new challenge .challenge equals growth. You can not and will not grow without Challenge. And that's what I mean when I say the best part is that it is hard. 增加一个新的挑战。挑战等于成长。没有挑战你就不能成长，也不会成长。这就是我所说的最好的部分是磨难。 That's what separates the average and the great, the average run from hard. They hide from Challenge. The great that run towards it. 这就是区分凡人和伟人，普通人和艰苦的人的原因。他们逃避挑战。伟人会去挑战它。 They love a battle and they grow from challenge. without Challenge, life is dull and void of meaning. 他们热爱战斗，他们从挑战中成长。没有挑战，生活就单调乏味，毫无意义。 Without Pushing yourself in the gym, you will never get any results in life. If you don't push yourself, if you don't have clear targets the work toward that require you to step out of your comfort zone that make you uncomfortable. 如果你不在健身房锻炼，你的生活就不会有任何结果。如果你不锻炼自己，如果你没有明确的目标，那么你就需要走出让你不舒服的舒适区。 You cannot grow your character and you will not grow your life. So what do you want for your life? Do you wanna take the easy road? Or do you Would want to take the growth road? 你不能再改变你的性格，也不能再改造你的生活，你想要什么样的生活？简单的路？还是成长之路？ push yourself, start where you are, with whatever you have you ,and work and toward what you must have ,become obsessed? What your targets and when you break through that barrier. 督促自己，从你现在的位置开始，用你拥有的一切，朝着你必须拥有的方向努力，变得痴迷？你的目标是什么，你什么时候突破这个障碍。 Give yourself a pat on the back. And then get back to work. The time to grow is alwaysnow, is there anything better in life than growing? 给自己信心，然后计入努力，成长之路是艰辛的，还有比成长更好的事情吗？ No that feeling the knowing you pushed yourself to this point. You faced every Challenge and you prevailed. 真实的面对挑战，就是胜利。 there's not many better feelings in life. challenge equals growth. You can not and will not grow without challenge, discipline, hard work, sacrifice, hard work, dedication, hard work, relentless ,hard work, 生活中没有比这更好的感觉了，挑战就是成长，没有挑战，纪律，牺牲，奉献，坚持不懈你就不会成长，加油！ I see the goal in the distance. it's far away. It`s blurry. I don't know how i`ll get there. I see the obstacles. the challenges. the demons blinkers on I move towards my goal. 我看到远处的目标。它很遥远，很模糊。我不知道怎么才能到达那里。我看到了困难，挑战，恶魔都潜伏在我通往成功的路上。 One challenge at a time .I will face, I will destroy, I know nothing is stronger than my will. No Challenge too great. No setback too large. i will get there if i don`t quit. And i will never quit, it`s challenge that excites me the most. 一次次面对挑战，我都会战胜他，我知道没有什么比我的意志更强大。没有大的挑战。没有大的挫折。如果我不放弃，我就能到达成功的彼岸。我永远不会放弃，最让我兴奋的就是挑战。 The growth , the pain that is a gift from the goods of growth .don`t back down from a challenge,run towards it like a warrior.
