礼仪与礼貌所代表的是一个人的道德修养问题,中华民族自古以来就以礼仪之邦著称,所以作为一个后人,我们应该学习该有的礼仪,应该懂得一些待人的礼貌这样有利于与社会人士交往,没有人喜欢一个不懂得礼节的人,也没有人不喜欢一个懂得礼仪礼貌的人。 在我国自古代5000多年的传统文化就注重礼仪,在当今社会,礼仪就是律己、敬人的一种行为规范,是表现对他人尊重和理解的过程和手段。 礼仪是指人们在社会交往中由于受历史传统、风俗习惯、宗教信仰、时代潮流等因素而形成,既为人们所认同,又为人们所遵守,是以建立和谐关系为目的的各种符合交往要求的行为准则和规范的总和。礼貌定义:是指人与人之间和谐相处的意念和行为,是言谈举止对别人尊重与友好的体现。1、遵守社会公德 2、遵时守信 遵时就是遵守规定或约定的时间。 守信就是要讲信用,不可言而无信。 3、真诚友善 所谓人际交往时的真诚,是指交往时必须做到诚心待人,心口如一。 4、理解宽容 理解,就是懂得别人的思想感情,理解别人的观点立场和态度,宽容就是宽容大量,能容人,能原谅别人的过失。 5、热情有度 热情是指对人要有热烈的感情,使人感到温暖。有度是指对人热情要有一定尺度,既不可显得过于热情,也不能缺乏热情。 6、互尊互帮 互尊就是人与人之间要互相尊重,互帮就是人与人之间要互相帮助。 7、仪表端庄(指对对方的服务态度) 讲究卫生(指要有一定的职业道德,注意个人卫生) 8、女士优先 即要遵循凡事“先女后男”的原则。 不问及女士、小姐的个人私事,指年龄、胖瘦、收入等。
