全国三套卷历年高考书面表达文体考查列表  从上表统计得出： 申请信考的频率很低，只有12年全国卷一考过一次，全国卷二和全国卷三都没有考过，可能是因为申请信同推荐信相似，比较简单，有固定写作模式和套用句式。
