What's the color

Of your grief?

I bet it's cool grey

Or maybe acid green

Both our shadows

Never sleep

Well, is there no solution?

I'm sick of the all the pain

Shapeless pictures

And nothing else remains

We scream and suffer

Howlin' wolf, yeah

We can go on and grow apart

And all is finished

Or maybe we can try and find

The common ground from where we started

Why do we try to deny what we're seein'?

How come we're gettin' torn apart?

We can go forward, move

And forge a new beginning

And I won't hesitate

Now tell me, what's your poison?

I know it's nothin' neat

It's like an ice-cold breakup

Was it all just make-believe?

You and I, we love each other

We're like the sun and moon

(We're like the sun and moon)

We can go on and grow apart

And all is finished

Or maybe we can try and find

The common ground from where we started

Why do we try to deny what we're seein'?

How come we're gettin' torn apart?

We can go forward, move

And forge a new beginning

And I won't hesitate

And I won't hesitate

Why do we try to deny what we're seein'?

How come we're gettin' torn apart?

We can go forward, move

And forge a new beginning

And I won't hesitate

And I won't hesitate

And I won't hesitate
