【原】三副在航海记录薄上填写记录的内容

一、每月救生设备的检查项目

使用checklist需检查下列项目：

1）  Life-Saving Appliances

2） Including Lief Boat Equipment。

应这样记入航海日志：

Conducted monthly inspection on life-saving appliances including life boat equipment by using checklist as per SOLAS chap. III/Reg.20/7 , all found in good order.

 二、每周救生设备应检查下列项目：

1）Visually inspection shall be conducted to ensure “ all lifeboats、rescue boats、liferafts and launching appliance” to be ready for use.

2） All engines in lifeboats and rescue boats shall be run for a total period of not less than 3 minutes provided the ambient周围的 temperature is above the minimum temperature required for starting and running the engine.

3） The general emergency alarm system shall be tested.

注意：SOLAS并没有要求将周检记载到LOG-BOOK，只要有按照CHECKLIST每周检查即可。

但PANAMA LOG-BOOK有一栏规定必须添入周检记录， 需要时可记入如下文字：

A．all lifeboats、liferafts and their launching appliance have been visually inspected and ensured of their readiness for use.

B．Lifeboat engines have been tested – run for more than 3 minutes.

C． Tested general emergency alarm system and found in good order.

如果栏位太小而无法一一详细填写，则可这样记入：Conducted life saving appliances, tested boat engines and general alarms as per SOLAS Chap. III/Reg.20/6 , all found in good order.
