4.0  Takt Time Calculation    节拍时间计算

Takt Time is the rate of production, in seconds per piece,needed to meet customer demand.

         Takt =Seconds per week worked / Customer demand per week

节拍时间是满足客户需求所需的生产率(单位=秒)

节拍=每周工作秒数/客户每周需求数量

·     Takt Time iscalculated from:                  节拍时间计算依据

1.    Available seconds per day toproduce it    每天可用来生产的时间秒数

2.    Customer demand per day                    客户每天需求数量

4.1  Determining the Normal Factory Work Hours   正常工作时间

Determine how many shifts the production area is runningper day (under normal working conditions). Subtract any normally plannedcontractual time, such as breaks and lunches, when the area would not berunning.  This is the “Available Time.”  Convert into seconds.

确定生产区域每天运行多少个班次(正常工作条件下),减去正常的作息时间，例如休息和午饭.这是“可用时间”并转换为秒

4.2  Takt Time Calculation             节拍时间计算

Now figure the customer demand for this area.   Once you know the customer demand, you areready to calculate Takt!  Divide the Availabletime in Sec by the Customer demand

现在计算该区域的客户需求。当你知道了客户需求，你已经准备计算节拍！

4.3  Takt Time calculation: example    节拍时间计算

Working 1 shift per day  每天运行1个班/8小时

480 min shift – 54min breaks & lunch(休息&吃饭) = 426 min availabletime  (可用时间)

426 min per day X 60sec/ min = 25,560 sec /day  (每天可用时间/秒)

Weekly demand is10,000 pcs / wk   每周客户需求数量：10,000

Daily demand is 10000pcs/wk  ÷ 5 days/wk = 2,000 pcs /day每天2,000个

Takt = 25.560 sec/pc  ÷ 2000 pcs/day = 13 sec/pc

节拍=每天可用时间/每天客户需求数量=13秒/个
