解决思路
是因为你所使用的h5py库，有一部分函数与numpy1.14有冲突，据说h5py的开发者，将会在下个版本中对这个警告进行修复。所以，期待吧！
解决方法
T1、对h5py库进行降级，比如使用numpy==1.13.0
T2、重新对h5py库的函数重写即可！
