1.玄参 根含环烯醚萜类化合物:哈帕甙(harpahide),玄参甙(harpagoside)[1],桃叶珊瑚甙(aucubin),6-O-甲基梓醇(6-O-methylcatalpol)[2],2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)乙基1-O-[α-L-阿拉伯糖基(1→6)]-[阿魏酰基(1→4)]-α-L-鼠李糖基(1→3)-β-D-葡萄糖甙(1→6)]-[阿魏酰基(1→4)]-α-L-鼠李糖基(1→3)-β-D-葡萄糖甙{2-(hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→6)]-[feruloy(1→6)]-[feruloyl(1→4)]-α-L-rhamnopyran-nosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside]}即是3,4-二甲基安哥拉甙A(3,4-dimethylangoroside A),玄参环醚即是7-羟基9-羟甲基-3-氧代-双环[4.3.0]-8-壬烯[7-hydroxy-9-hydroxymaethyl-3-oxo-bi-cycol[4.3.0]-8-nonene]。又含环戊烯[b]并呋喃化合物:玄参参种甙元(ningpogenin),玄参种甙(ningpogoside)A及B[2]。还含天冬酰胺(asparagine),挥发油,脂及酸等[4]。 |
