中国第一批国家公园官宣啦！
10月12日，在《生物多样性公约》第十五次缔约方大会领导人峰会上，我国首批国家公园名单公布，包括三江源、大熊猫、东北虎豹、海南热带雨林、武夷山首批5个国家公园。 China has formally established its first batch of five national parks: the Three-River-Source National Park; the Wuyi Mountain National Park; the Giant Panda National Park; the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park; and the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park.
第一批国家公园均从国家首批十个试点国家公园中选出，均处于我国生态安全战略格局的关键区域，保护面积达23万平方公里，涵盖近30%的陆域国家重点保护野生动植物种类。
With a protected land area of more than 230,000 square kilometers, the five parks are among the 10 pilot parks that have been reviewed by the country’s authorities to obtain national designation. The five parks are home to nearly 30 percent of the key terrestrial wildlife species found in the country.

地处青藏高原腹地，保护面积19.07万平方公里，实现了长江、黄河、澜沧江源头整体保护。园内广泛分布冰川雪山、高海拔湿地、荒漠戈壁、高寒草原草甸，生态类型丰富，结构功能完整，是地球第三极青藏高原高寒生态系统大尺度保护的典范。The Three-River-Source National Park, covering an area of 190,700 sq km, is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau — known as the world's 'third pole'. It protects the source of the Yangtze, Yellow and Lancang rivers and is home to various ecosystems.
跨三省，保护面积2.2万平方公里，是野生大熊猫集中分布区和主要繁衍栖息地，保护了全国70%以上的野生大熊猫。园内生物多样性十分丰富，具有独特的自然文化景观，是生物多样性保护示范区、生态价值实现先行区和世界生态教育样板。The Giant Panda National Park, covering 22,134 sq km, spans parts of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu provinces. It protects the major habitats of 70 percent of the country's wild giant pandas and is a demonstration park for biodiversity conservation.
❸ 东北虎豹国家公园（吉林、黑龙江）
与俄罗斯、朝鲜毗邻，保护面积1.41万平方公里，分布着我国境内规模最大、唯一具有繁殖家族的野生东北虎、东北豹种群。园内植被类型多样，生态结构相对完整，是温带森林生态系统的典型代表，成为跨境合作保护的典范。Bordering Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park covers an area of 14,100 sq km. It is the major habitat of the country's Siberian tiger and Amur leopard and is a model for cross-border wildlife conservation. ❹ 海南热带雨林国家公园（海南） 位于海南岛中部，保护面积4269平方公里，保存了我国最完整、最多样的大陆性岛屿型热带雨林。这里是全球最濒危的灵长类动物——海南长臂猿唯一分布地，是热带生物多样性和遗传资源的宝库，成为岛屿型热带雨林珍贵自然资源传承和生物多样性保护典范。Covering an area of 4,269 sq km, the Hainan Rainforest National Park in Hainan province is home to China's largest rainforest and the Hainan gibbon — a critically endangered species on the International Union for Conservation of Nature's Red List. The park preserves China's most complete rain forest on the island and protects the region's bio-resources.
❺ 武夷山国家公园（福建、江西） 保护面积1280平方公里，分布有全球同纬度最完整、面积最大的中亚热带原生性常绿阔叶林生态系统，是我国东南动植物宝库。武夷山有着无与伦比的生态人文资源，拥有世界文化和自然“双遗产”，是文化和自然世代传承、人与自然和谐共生的典范。The Wuyi Mountain National Park experimental area is the only park in China that is listed as a UNESCO cultural and natural heritage site. It is a reflection of China's environmental protection principle, which emphasizes coexistence and sustainable development between humans and nature. Covering about 1,280 sq km, the park preserves the world's largest subtropical primordial forest ecological system on the same latitude zone.
国家林业和草原局有关负责人表示，建设国家公园，就是要把自然生态系统最重要、自然景观最独特、自然遗产最精华、生物多样性最富集的部分保护起来，保持自然生态系统的原真性和完整性，体现全球价值、国家象征、国民认同，给子孙后代留下珍贵的自然资产。
