Winston Churchill is the 58th and the 60th British prime minister and one of the greatest wartime leaders of the 20th century and a Nobel Prize winning author. First, he is a brilliant wartime leader. He became the prime minister in 1940, when WWII began and Nazis just attacked Poland and declared war to Britain. During that time, people in Britain considered to surrender instead of fight. But Churchill gave a speech in front of 600 Members of Parliament and cheered them up. In the end, he led the Britishpeople win the war. Second, he is an excellent politician. He gave Iron Curtain speech in Missouri and predicted the Cold War. And headmitted the PRC in 1950. Finally, he is a great author. He wrote lots of books and he is also the winner of the Nobel literature prize.
