英语不是“学了(以后)用”的。英语是“学时(当场)就要拿出来用”的！ “学”已然不易，“用”才更考验你的语言运用能力。然而，一直在“学”而“不用”却不善自知才是最惨的。 此话怎讲？？ 读(体验)下面不算很难的英语，你的整个过程都一种始终在“使用中文”，还是能自如做到英语“学”“用”同步：使用英语？ 1) URead 体验英语 Caught on camera：Woman dumps neighbor's dog in trash can HOUSTON - The video is bad enough to make very animal lover's blood boil. A League City woman in her 80s was caught on camera throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can. "I'm honestly outraged," said Amanda, the dog's owner. To Amanda, her dog, Bentley, is like her child. "In a trash can, in the middle of the day, a hot, closed, confined space, there's no need for a dog to be put in a place like that," she said. The incident was captured on a neighbor's home surveillance cameras. Bentley tries to pop out of the trash, but the woman then grabs a recycling bin to really close him in. 2) UTalk “学”“用”同步：使用英语 1. 读到Caught on camera时，“使用英语”： Well when you are caught on camera, you are captured on camera.A picture or a video footage is taken by the camera. But 下文有提示(the video及captured on a neighbor's home surveillance cameras) the camera here is actually a video camera.It is a surveillance camera. 你不会把Caught on camera做“使用中文”用：被拍照或录像吧？如果这样做，就是“使用中文”，就是英语“学”“用”脱离，就是英语“学而不用”。 2. 读到Woman dumps neighbor's dog in trash can时，“使用英语”： When we say to dump a dog in the trash can, we can also say yo throw a dog into a garbage can. A trash can is a garbage can. 从小学到大学，你最缺的不是“学”，你最缺的是“用”：学过garbage can为什么不在这里见到trash can够“学”“用”同步“使用英语”，或者反之亦然？你“学过的”garbage can打算就到以后什么时候用？考试时用，遇到老外聊天时才用？可是，永远也不再考试，或者你的身边基本没有机会遇到老外时，肿么办？继续“学而不用”，继续“学”“用”脱离？ 3. 读到The video is bad enough to make very animal lover's blood boil的make their bloid boil时，“使用英语”(当然，你也可以“使用中文”：blood我“懂”啊(用中文“懂”)，“血”的意思。boil我也懂啊：沸腾的意思。make blood boil不就是“让人热血沸腾”吗？)： Well I know when you say it makes my blood boil, you are very very angry. When you are very angry or outraged(下文有这个词), you may say I am very angry, but you may also say you really make my blood boil! It is a stronger word than angry. “学”“用”同步，学以致用，需要你“学了马上用”，马上用！ 这是最需要锻炼的语言能力了。 4. 读到A League City woman in her 80s was caught on camera throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can时，这么同步“使用英语”： Well throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can means dumping het neighbor's dog into a garbage can. 学习力的获得比单纯的英语知识的获得更重要。 5. 读到I'm honestly outraged时，“使用英语”： When we sre outraged with somebody or at something, we are more than angry, we are very very very angry. When you are very angry, don't say you are very angry, say instead you are outraged! 英语“学以致用”，不是“学了以后用”的。英语“学以致用”是英语学时(当场)就要拿出来用！ 邓小平在电影《山里挺进大别山》中结尾时用一口川音普通话说过一句词： 千里挺进大别山，难不难？ 但是，要挑的重担就是这个！ |
