听《富爸爸穷爸爸》作者罗伯特·清崎的一段演讲，说明了富裕的原因。我理解有两点：
一是人要有一个向往富有的心态；  看过一篇文章，一个女记者写的，她采访一位富人，问：“我也很想富裕，为啥你成功了，而我没有成功。” 富人笑答，“你想富，和我不是一个层面的，你早晨想，'我要富裕’，然后转身把这事就忘了，你那是顶多算叶公好龙而已。” 遗憾找不到原文了，但意思我get到了，你真想富有，大概做梦都在想变富。
不必在意语言是怎么说的。换过说法是，如果你打骨子里的想致富，必然会调动全身的细胞，欢快的奔向富裕之路，那些致富道路上的障碍，就是打游戏的小关卡而已。 二是富人购买资产，让资产产生复利效应，长期坚持下去，不富都难。

为何你穷？ The most important thing to becoming rich for you is to have a mindset to want to become rich. 能够致富的最重要的一点在于你有一个向往富有的心态。The reason I say that is this, is because I wanted to become rich when I played Monopoly, that was, I was nine years old.我之所以这样说的原因是因为我在九岁时玩大富翁游戏时就有了想致富的心。
The greatest formula for wealth is found on that board game.致富的最重要的秘诀在“大富翁”这个桌面游戏上就可以找到。When I was nine years old my poor dad, the schoolteacher says, “Ah put that game away. Study, study, study! You're wasting your time playing Monopoly.”
当我九岁时我那穷爸爸，那学校教师对我说“把那游戏拿走。学习，学习，学习！你把时间都浪费到玩大富翁游戏上了！”And my rich dad said the formula, “You must open your mind and see the formula right on Monopoly.”

不要与穷人交谈。Poor people will tell you, “Oh it's too risky. Don’t do that. Don't take risk. Save your money. Play it safe.”
穷人会告诉你“哦，那太冒险了。不要做那件事。不要冒险。把你的钱存起来，那样更安全。”That is a poor person's mindset.
You must have an open mindset, open.
你必须有一个开放的心态，开放。And if you have an open mindset you will learn from everything.
若你有一个开放的心态那么你就能学到每件事。If you have a closed mindset you will learn from nothing.
反之你就什么也学不到。So I think that is the most important thing.
所以我认为这就是最重要的事。
The difference between money and wealth
金钱与富裕的区别No, I don't have a salary.
I only had a job four years in my life.
and poor, what they want is high income.
那些中产阶级和穷人，他们想要的就是高收入。They think they want money.他们认为他们想要钱。But they have no wealth because they have no assets.
You must know the difference between money and wealth but they're not the same same.Money will never make you rich.这才会使你富有。
I have large companies.
我有很多的大公司。I have lots of stocks.
我也有很多的股票I have real estate, that's what makes me rich.
我有不动产，那是我致富的东西。So the money just comes in whether I work or not.
所以这样我工不工作钱都回自己送上门。Bill Gates makes $500,000 a year. That's all. I make more than him.
