It’s incredibly difficult to generalize people with high IQ’s. Most lists of “typical flaws” geniuses have written about on the internet are very generalized so that more people can relate to them and therefore get more views and traffic to make money via ads. People with high IQ’s in reality have various flaws, just as anyone else does. There are some things that CAN occur in people with high IQ’s such as:
Serious social deficits/social skills.
-Isaac Newton (One of the two guys who invented calculus as well as discovered a few laws of physics, arguably one of the most important/influential minds in history) was fanatically religious and was generally not a pleasant person. A highly impatient narcissist. He spent his life for the most part, alone.

The world is very far from a perfect place, and highly intelligent people know this to a greater degree of detail than most. This obviously has a profound effect on emotional well-being.

However, there are definitely higher IQ individuals who don’t necessarily have these traits or any of the others listed in click-bait articles written with the intention of feeling relatable. Also, people with lower IQ’s can certainly have these traits.

Typically, geniuses have following flaws..
1. Geniuses typically have difficulty with conventional things, very few people can engage with genius minds, so there's always a high possibility of being a social outcast.
2. Loneliness. It is really hard to find other geniuses around, so they tend to feel emotionally lonely.This is sometimes helpful, as it makes them indulge more in their work.
3. They are misunderstood and underestimated by peers, by society and even by themselves. People purposely ignore them because they fear they will be corrected in their posture, method, grammar or descxtion of something. 4. Difficulty in relationship. They have a hard time keeping a balanced relationship as they have high expectations from others. 5. They are likely to be considered crazy.

Having too many passions and interests, they tend to dissipate their focus. 10. They are more likely to be self-destructive. Being naturally super-curious, they tend to abuse substances.

* Genius mostly found stupid/unworthy at interviews. They cannot respond fast. May not be articulate. Multiple things to process in brain makes them look absent minded. They are not articulate.

Alex Mann Historian (2017-present)
This is John Forbes Nash- he is a brilliant mathematician and one of the most renowned minds in human history. He is responsible for multiple equations and mathematical breakthroughs that influenced everything from economics to geometry. In addition to be a genius intellectual and genius mathematician he also suffered from schizophrenia his entire adult life. What makes this more interesting though is his family.
Nash had 2 sons both of whom were named John. One of these sons went on to have a decent career in business but was otherwise quite average in terms of raw IQ and intellectual ability. He certainly was a bit above average but not a genius and went on to live a mostly regular life like most people.

Albert Einstein was famously a strange individual who struggled to find his way home at night. Looking at Einstein it becomes clear that something is off with him. He dressed in such a strange way and was always appeared disheveled.

One wonders if the flaws in the brain that cause something like schizophrenia also cause one to be a genius intellect.

Being intelligent has its downfalls. And the double whammy is when you are a person too. An intelligent person with no empathy or concern about other people can survive very easily. He does not care.
