将 Windows Server 2008 升级到 Windows Server 2008 R2 时，将收到以下错误消息：

升级后，这些 Windows 功能可能无法正常运行。 建议在升级前关闭功能。 取消升级，打开 "控制面板"，然后搜索 "打开或关闭 Windows 功能"。 Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

将 Windows Server 2008 升级到 Windows Server 2012 时，收到以下错误消息：

原因

出现此问题的原因是 Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 不支持 Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 和 Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 1 的发布版本。  

解决方案

Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 必须升级到 Service Pack 2，然后才能将 Windows Server 2008 升级到 Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012。 从 Service Pack 2 开始，windows Server 2008 R2 和 Windows Server 2012 支持 Windows SharePoint Services 3.0。 若要在运行 Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 的计算机上安装 Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP2，请转到以下 Microsoft 下载中心网站之一：
