| Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qingdai ointment combined with thermal and packet therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods 48 patients who were suffered from psoriasis and received by the dermatology department in our hospital from March to May in 2018 were selected as the objects. The selfcomparison research method was adopted. Patients whose target skin lesion on right lower limb was applied Qingdaiointment combined with thermal and packet therapy were classified into treatment group. Patients whose target skin lesion on left lower limb was applied Calcipotriol ointment were classified into comparison group. The treatment period is 4 weeks and the PASI grade of target skin lesion, as well as the integral change of erythema, infiltration, scale and area between the patients in both groups before and after treatment would be observed. Results The observation indexes of the two groups were obviously improved after treatment（P〈0.01）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving PASI score, scale score and infiltration score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingdai ointment has good anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory effects. Combined with heating package, it can obviously enhance the absorption rate of external drugs, improve the efficacy of drugs, and effectively improve the hypertrophy of skin lesions in patients with plaque psoriasis. |
