简介：

    Hjörsey is Iceland’s third largest island, approx. 5.5 km2. It is a grassy flatland, situated in Faxaflói Bay. The island can be accessed from the mainland at low tide. There are good fishing grounds close to the island and a lot of driftwood could formerly be seen on the beaches while ships often ran ashore close to the island. There was a church on the island until 1905. The base point for geodetic surveys was for a long time in Hjörsey.

      Hjörsey是冰岛第三大岛，面积约5.5平方公里。这是一片草地平地，位于法沙夫洛伊湾。退潮时可从大陆进入该岛。岛附近有很好的渔场，以前在海滩上可以看到很多浮木，而船只经常在岛附近上岸。1905年以前，岛上有一座教堂。长期以来，大地测量的基点位于Hjörsey。

简介：

     Málmey is a low-lying island approximately 4 km in length. It is Skagafjordur’s largest islands, populated for many centuries. The last inhabitants left the island in 1950. Málmey has panoramic view in all directions. The island is grassy and dry. No traces of woodland have been discovered while 96 species of vascular plants have been found in the island.

       马尔梅岛是一个约4公里长的低洼岛屿。它是斯卡峡湾最大的岛屿，居住了许多世纪。最后一批居民于1950年离开该岛。马尔梅可以看到四面八方的全景。岛上长满了草，而且很干燥。没有发现林地的痕迹，但在岛上发现了96种维管植物。
