Once I went to check out in a supermarket after shopping. When I finished paying the goods, I wasn’t aware that I left without taking my phone. Just as I was going out of the supermarket, I heard someone calling “wait, wait” behind me. I turned back and found it was the shop assistant. He was taking a phone in his hand and I soon realized it was mine. When he returned the phone to me, I was so moved and felt a wave of happiness flowing through my body. I was very thankful to him not only because the phone is so important to me but also because such an act of kindness brings people closer and make our world better. I will never forget the moment and it reminds me to be kind to others. |
