（图片欣赏——李健丽摄/湛江） 从前，有个愚人。有一天，他走到了一个大池塘的堤边。 他往水里看，看到池塘里有块像金子的东西在闪闪发光，于是大声喊道：“金子！” 此时，他控制不了自己，立即跳入水中，前后左右地搜寻这块财宝。 但不管他多么费劲地寻找，仍然是无法找到金子，连影子都见不到了。 愚人又累又失望，只好回到岸上歇歇。 过了一会儿，池塘里被搅浑的泥水渐渐地沉淀到原来的清澈状态，水面上再次出现了金子的影像。 愚人一看到这种情形，高兴得又跳入水中，继续他那充满活力的寻找。 但他还是像前一次那样什么也没有找到。最后，愚人别无选择，只好沮丧地爬回岸上，然后站在那里，呆呆地盯着水中闪闪发光的金子。 这时，愚人的父亲过来找他了。 当他看到筋疲力尽的儿子时，他问：“你为什么这么疲倦？” 愚人绝望地对父亲说：“这水里有金子，我跳进去，找了很久，但就是找不到！” 愚人的父亲一看到水中的金色倒影，就知道这金色的影子其实是从池塘边的树上投射下来的。 他说：“一定是鸟把金子带到树上了。” 愚人听了这话之后，高兴地爬上树，终于将他原来拼命寻找的金子拿到手了。 （作者佚名，译自《励志故事》） 您若认为此文对教育有益，敬 请 传 阅、推 荐、转 载。 原文如下，若有问题，可留言，我将尽量回答。 Gold In The Water There once was a fool, who one day walked down to the banks of a large pond.
