本周是大部分中小学开学的日子，pyq半年一度的娃娃背着书包上学校大赏拉开帷幕。再一次确认了日历，2021已经步入九月，夏天进入尾声。

 

这个夏天不太平凡。先是因为疫情反弹，让不少学生提早结束游山玩水；紧接着又是“双减”带来的教培行业大地震，学生的暑期课也没得补了。

 

面对疫情，大部分人都积极配合，但对于“双减”，有人拍手叫好，有人唉声叹气。目前为止我看到的关于“双减”解读最好的，要属褚老师的那篇问答了，娓娓道来，令人信服（*具体的就不展开了，怕被杠，感兴趣的可以去看看）。

 

我顶多算是教培行业的边缘人，时不时在一些教育平台给学生上上日语课，这次的“双减”我也有所见证。从7月份刚刚放暑假到8月初左右，学员爆满，每天都能看见负责人在群里喊：“江湖救急！哪位老师有空接课？！”然后到8月中旬，突然进入行业寒冬，联络群也变得静悄悄。

 

我不喜欢线上课，因为学员不固定，没有把一个学员从零带到达成目标的成就感。还会遇到千奇百怪的学员，有刚睡醒的，有上课途中关屏去拉屎的，有躺在床上听课的……真搞不明白他们是来学习的呢，还是纯粹花钱找人视频的。另外，线上上课需要很强的自律能力，而90%的学员做不到，半途而废、知难而退的情况数不胜数。虽然我希望学员来找我上课，但另一方面又想劝他们，别补了，学不好的。
