有的时候跟客户聊天，对于客户无理的或者过分的要求，我们真的很想爆粗口，奈何我们学过的更多的是如何良好的跟人沟通，等到想用一些严厉的口语警示客户的时候，却不知道该用什么词。

所以有时，一些必要的怂人口语我们还是需要知道一些的，我们可以不说，但是当对方说出的时候，我们至少应该知道是什么意思吧？下面整理了部分语句，感兴趣的可以收藏。

爱至深，责之切，有的时候一些看似谴责的话语却也包含着对对方的高度要求和关爱， 说是粗口也罢，说是调侃句也罢，关键是看你与交流人的情景和状态以及关系的亲密度而定。

有的时候，你说几句严肃警示的话，对方反而会对你敬畏三分，有的时候，自嘲或者调侃的话，还能拉近彼此的关系。所以关键看你怎么使用的。

不过，通常情况下，大家还是好好说话比较好。毕竟谈个客户也不容易。
