“Zhua(咋)了”，在河南学习中医的德国小伙无名，与人交流时常常会飚出几句地道的河南话。
无名是一名“95后”，取中文名字时，看到自己的无名指，就取了“无名”这个名字。目前，他在河南中医药大学读硕士，从2016年读本科算起，学习中医已经快七年了。
Wu Ming (cultural transplantation name) is a young German born after 1995. Wu is a big fan of Chinese culture, such as the Shaolin kung fu, a traditional Chinese martial art.
He has been learning traditional Chinese medicine since 2016, almost seven years. Now he is studying for his master degree at Henan University of Chinese Medicine.
4月20日，无名在郑州的家中翻阅《黄帝内经》。
来中国前，无名就对少林功夫等中国文化很感兴趣，之所以选择学习中医，是因为他在德国生活时遇到一些困惑，“发达的西医依然无法根治有些疾病，我想寻找没有副作用的其他疗法”。
河南是“医圣”张仲景故里，中医文化浓厚。无名2015年来到这个中国中部省份，学习1年中文后，开启了习医之路。“中医是中国传统文化中保存最好的。”无名希望通过学习中医，更深刻地理解中国文化，以解答他的困惑。
As he thought some diseases can't be treated thoroughly with Western medicine, he decided to dig into TCM. Wu came to Central China's Henan province in 2015, where a profound TCM culture can be enjoyed because Henan province it is the hometown of Zhang Zhongjing, the medical sage of ancient China. After one-year of learning the Chinese language, he started to learn Chinese medicine. 'TCM is one of the best-preserved aspects of Chinese culture', said Wu. He hopes to solve problems and understand Chinese culture intimately by learning TCM.
入门之初，无名经常效仿中国传统典故里的“神农尝百草”，通过品尝一些中药，去了解其药性和疗效。
In the early stages, Wu always tasted some Chinese herbal medicine by himself, just like Shen Nong, a character in Chinese legend, who tasted most of the herbal medicine himself to know their properties and therapeutic effects.
他还分享了这样一件趣事：起初他对中医了解不深，自觉气虚，就配了一些中药丸想改善身体状况，“吃了一个星期，补得我不停流鼻血”。
此事使无名理解了“六腑以通为补”的中医理念——通过改变生活方式和饮食来调理身体，可能并不需要药物。
学习中医，语言和文字是一大障碍。在无名身边，老师和同学或多或少都讲一些河南方言，实习坐诊也经常碰见操着一口方言的病人。
通过长时间学习和练习，无名慢慢能听懂河南话，还可以用方言对话，“现在的问题是，我分不清方言和普通话，很多我认为的普通话，很可能是方言”。
He also conquered the language barrier by learning and practicing Chinese, especially the Henan dialect, as his teachers, schoolmates, and even some patients speak with the Henan dialect in their daily conversations. Although sometimes he still has trouble distinguishing between Mandarin and the dialect, he can use the Henan dialect to communicate with others.
他常跟身边人开玩笑：“我是德国河南人，不拒绝用河南话交流，说方言让人觉得亲切。”
4月20日，无名在所住的小区散步。
语言通了，学习就轻松了许多。现在，无名已经能通过阅读《黄帝内经》等传统医学经典提升对中医以及中医文化的理解。在他看来，中国传统文化在很多方面是相通的，如《黄帝内经》就与易经文化有关，也受到道家思想的影响。
Without a language barrier, Wu read some of the ancient Chinese medical classics, such as Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor). He believes different aspects of traditional Chinese culture interact with each other. Taking Huangdi Neijing as an example, it is closely intertwined with culture from Yi Jing (The Book of Changes) and Taoism, one of the ancient Chinese philosophies.
中医讲“天人合一”，人体与宇宙息息相关，无名表示，人体的自愈能力很强，中医是通过激发它达到治疗疾病的效果。
多年的中医文化学习，也影响到无名的思维观念。原来，他像很多年轻人一样，热衷于快节奏、浮躁的生活，比如熬夜、沉迷电子产品等。
“中医学上，阴平阳秘(阴阳动态平衡)是人最好的状态，太浮躁会导致人体的阳气流失。”通过长时间中医学习，无名如今已经养成了喝茶冥想、阅读古书等生活习惯，“让精神变得更内敛”。
Studying TCM also altered Wu's mind and lifestyle. He used to be addicted to electronic devices and stay up late every night, trapped in this fast-paced but unhealthy daily routine. But now, according to the Yin-Yang theory in TCM, he lives a balanced and peaceful life, practicing good habits such as drinking tea and meditating, as well as reading ancient books.
学习中医，无名改变了自己，也改变了远在德国的家人。前些年，针灸工具和中药是无名每次回国的必备物品。他用中医推拿、针灸等方法，给家人治疗各种身体不适。现在，他常给家人“云看病”。
无名说，他经常通过面部皮肤、舌苔的变化以及其它症状做出判断，给家人一些养生建议。长此以往，家人对他痴迷中医也逐渐理解。
Wu also utilizes what he has learned to help his family. Previously, acupuncture tools and Chinese medicine were necessities when he went back to his home in Germany. With acupuncture and Chinese-style massages, various physical disorders of his families have been well-treated. Now, he always provides his family members with some advice about staying fit after he checks their skin or tongues online. Over time, his family gradually began to understand his passion about TCM.
在他看来，东西方并无太大差异，“因为人心都是一样的，所谓的'差异’其实是互不了解。”
In Wu's opinion, there's no big difference between China and Western countries. 'We are the same. Misunderstanding comes from being out of touch', said Wu.
无名计划完成学业后，在中国或者德国开一间中医馆，架起一座文化交流的桥梁，让更多人了解中医和中医文化。
