nd 100°tilt back angle252.4 充电机 2.4 Chargers 为了选择正确的充电机,必须要知道电池型号
、电池种类、额定电压、额定容量和根据工种、单班、两班或三班决定的充电时间。To select the correct charge
rs it is necessary to know the battery type, the kind of battery,
the nominal voltage, the nominal capacity and the charging time
depending of the kind of working, single shift or two, three shi
ft operation.充电机根据外形大小既可以墙上安装也可以地面安装。The chargers are either wall
mounted or floor mounted depending of the largeness of the charg
ers. ?为了良好通风充电机之间最小0.2m间距很重要。Important is also a distance between
the chargers of minimum 0,2 meter to get a good ventilation of t
he air. 为便于方便操作,应该选择好安装充电机的高度。任何与水有关的安装必须在充电机下面。The mounting high
should be selected that a good operation with the chargers is po
ssible. Any installation of water must be below the chargers. 262
.5 通风 2.5 Ventilation 因为电解液的水分离在电池腔内形成氢氧混合气体,这个过程是在接近电池充电结
束时,即电池过充时发生的,超过过充电压就开始放气阶段。氢气是一种极易爆炸性气体,当达到一定浓度时会发生爆炸,所以设计电池充电房要保
证有足够的自然通风,如果需要强迫通风,就应该在始开充电时接通通风装置,进风尽可能的接近地面,经过电池然后尽可能高的从对面排出。 A
battery cab form a gas mixture of hydrogen and oxygen due to the
electrolytic decomposition of water. This gas develops particula
rly towards the end of battery charging or if the battery is over
charged. It is at it greatest above the voltage at which gassing
starts.?Battery charging rooms and battery charging stations shal
l where possible be designed so that the natural ventilation is s
ufficient. If artificial ventilation is necessary, it shall be en
sured that the ventilation is switched on whilst charging is take
n place.The inlet air shall enter as close as possible to the gro
und, pass over the batteries and escape as high as possible on th
e opposite side.27?????? 排气扇的选用 Exhaust fan 排气扇可安装在屋檐下1米处左右或置于屋
顶;室内补风口可设在离地面0.3~0.5米左右. Exhaust fans can be settled subjacen
t the eave 1 meter or on the roof; the air inlet should be set a
bove the ground 0.3~0.5 meter. 如室内设置3~4个排气扇,充电期间排气扇可轮流作业,但需保证60%
的排气扇在工作状态,If there’re 3~4 exhaust fans indoor, they can work in t
urns when charging, but it need to ensure that 60% of the exhaust
fans in working state. 排气扇型号自行选用。Exhaust fan’s type should be c
hoose independently. ????? 电池的存放 Battery’s storage所有待充电电池均放置于托盘
或支架上,托盘或支架置于地面上。All the rechargeable batteries are all placed on
the pallets or the racking which is placed on the ground.排气扇 Exha
ust fan补风口 Air inletP.S. 充电器电源线长度2.5m,电池电源线约0.5m Charger cable le
ngth is 2.5m, battery cable length is about 0.5m. 2.5 通风 2.5 Vent
ilation282.6 室温和补水 2.6 Room temperature and water topping 充电站应该具
有+10℃到+25℃的室温和干燥环境,以保证充电机和电池寿命。如果这些环境条件不能满足,就要配备一些设备如:对充电机用空调,对电池
用加热电缆。 A charging station should have a room temperature between
+10 and +25°C and a dry environment to solve the lifetime of char
gers and batteries. Are these climate conditions not to realise s
o the used equipment had to be fit out for example air condition
for the chargers or heating tables for the batteries. 南方夏天较高温炎热,
建议室内增加几台风扇对充电电池降温,也有促进室内空气流动之用。South region is high temperature i
n hot summer, it is suggested that increasing a few fans to cool
the charging battery indoor, they can also promote the air flow
indoor. 电池在使用一段时间之后,电解液面将会因为水被电解后下降,此时要对电池急性补水。补水时要求补充蒸馏水或去离子水。不
得补充其它水,如饮用水类、河水等;补水时要控制液位位置。Batteries with liquid electrolyte los
t water cause of the gassing during charge, this must be refilled
. Therefor it must be used distilled water according DIN 43530 or
national norms, normal water destroyed the battery. 可以选配自动加水系统,
加水完成时自动切断,无需人工检查,加水速度快,省却人工检查、添加蒸馏水的烦恼。Automatically water toppin
