国务院联防联控机制公布《关于海外入境人员疫情防控措施的通知》

北京时间12月10日，根据当前疫情形势和病毒变异情况，为更加科学精准防控，切实解决海外入境人员疫情防控工作中存在的突出问题，国务院联防联控机制综合组10日公布《关于海外入境人员疫情防控措施的通知》。

一、所有入境人员、来自或途径国内疫情中高风险地区来(返)人员，须提前一天向目的地所在地区、单位或入住酒店(宾馆)报告。

All inbound personnel and persons coming (returning) from or passing through medium- and high-risk areas in China must report to the region, unit or hotel (hotel) where the destination is located one day in advance.

二、对所有入境人员，自12月19日起，将“5天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”调整为“2天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”，期间赋码管理、不得外出。入境人员在第一入境点完成隔离后，目的地不得重复隔离。集中隔离医学观察的第1、2天各开展1次核酸检测，居家离医学观察的第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测。

For all inbound personnel, starting from December 19, '5-day centralized isolation + 3-day home isolation' will be adjusted to '2-day centralized isolation + 3-day home isolation', during which code management will be assigned and they shall not go out. After the inbound person completes the quarantine at the first point of entry, the destination must not be repeatedly quarantined. 三、对所有入境人员，自2023年1月9日起，将2天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”调整为“3天居家隔离”，入境人员应自觉接受“点点”闭环转运回居住地，实施居家隔离，期间赋码管理、不得外出。不具备居家隔离条件的，或不接受同住人员共同隔离的。施集中隔离防控机制。居家或集中隔离医学观察的第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测。
