注意，元音也可以分为：

?清辅音即不震动声带的音标:

2、浊辅音即能引起声带震动的音标,除了清辅音余下的都是浊辅音英语国际音标共48个，其中20个元音，20个辅音，3个鼻音，2个半元音，3个似拼音这48个英语音标犹如60个汉语拼音，只要熟练地掌握了它们，对学好英语口语的作用是相当大的。
