【原】伦敦政经的录取难度

除了牛剑以外，录取难度最大的应该就是伦敦政经了。UCAS官网上统计是25845人申请1715人录取，所以，21年申请，22年入学，这一届总的录取率只有6.6%。

2021年申请的学生中，有640人是非欧盟的国际生，130人是欧盟学生。从这个角度看，伦敦政经对国际生还是比较友好的。再往前看一年，欧盟学生有280人录取，和130人相比，缩小了一倍还多，前面几年也有200以上，这里固然可以说明因为英国脱欧，造成欧盟国家的学生学费上涨，从而人数下降。但是这些人数的减少，并没有增加到非欧盟的国际生的身上，看来英国申请还是实力说话，学校并没有按照地区来考虑录取。

知道吗？伦敦政经除了录取难之外，最有名的就是它的拒信。我到现在听到的伦敦政经的拒信都是说：你的文书有问题，没写好，所以我们拒绝了你。搞得学生很精分，老是纠结，文书有啥问题。不过仔细看下伦敦政经的专业清单（见下），你就会发现不少专业的确异常接近，所以文书中定位如果不准确，的确很容易出现偏差，尤其是要申牛剑的朋友，你们一写就容易给伦敦政经看出端倪，所以拒也不是没有道理的。

上图还包含了去年各个专业的申请人数，录取人数，录取率。如果认真考虑伦敦政经的孩子，真的要好好研究这张表，尽量选择录取率高一点的，又贴合的专业。伦敦政经基本没有面试，所以选专业，写文书就是重中之重了！

除了这些，伦敦政经对于国际生的语言要求也超级高。很多AL体系的学校把AL课程成绩看的比较重，因为英国申请大多数学校的语言成绩是后置的。所以学校的这个方案没错。但是，对于要申请伦敦政经的孩子，就不同了，有好的语言成绩对于录取有很大帮助，所以，大家知道该怎么办吧。

以我们通常考的托福为例，

100 overall, with a minimum of: 

27 in Writing
25 in Reading
24 in Listening
24 in Speaking 

(in one exam sitting only)

以雅思为例：

7.0 overall and 7.0 in each component 
(in one exam sitting only)

注意，这些都不能拼分，必须在一次考试中完成，你们自己看能不能在申请前达到这个要求吗？毕竟是商科学校，交流是必须的，语言一定要好！
