The right way to practice the quan.

I like martial arts since I was young. I have a special love for Yiquan. I have been learning for many years, but I haven't been able to get a chance. Later, he moved to Zhuhai, where he was lucky to meet Mr. Han Jingyu, the lineal descendant of Yiquan. His father, Han Xingqiao, and his uncle, Han Xingyuan, were the best of Yiquan Master Wang Xiangzhai. Since his childhood, Mr. Han has been adhering to family studies, and has made in-depth research in philosophy, art, Buddhism, aesthetics and other fields, especially in boxing. The second course principle of Yiquan advocated by him really makes people feel at ease.

In the Spring Festival of 2016, all boxing friends discussed and decided to invite Mr. Han to adopt the teaching mode of the second course to hold a Yiquan teaching and learning activity, and I will be responsible for recording the content of the lecture so that everyone can learn in the future. By this task, I feel responsible. I feel very scared every day, like walking on thin ice, reading and memorizing, sorting out in time after class, and submitting it to Mr. Han for review and revision, lest I fail to live up to the expectations of Mr. Han and his friends due to my lack of talent and learning. Although it's been hard, it's quite gratifying.

This record clearly records the teaching content of this teacher Han from two aspects of thought and behavior, faithfully reflects the track of this teaching activity, so it is named "the right track of boxing study".

"Travel to the water poor place, sit and watch the clouds rise". Finally, I use the verse of Wang Wei, a great poet of Tang Dynasty, to conclude. I hope this article can bring a little inspiration to the friends who are trying to find the true meaning of boxing.

Attached is the list of students participating in the 2016 Zhuhai library boxing activities:

Wei Yafu, Bian Yufeng, Wang Tao, Chen Hua, Zhang Zhong, Zhang Guoqiang, Huang Guanqiang, Zhang Yongqiang, Guo Jun and Zhang Guoqiang were recorded in Liyuan, Zhuhai on January 18, 2017

The first class

From today on, I'll talk about boxing with you again. I believe that everyone present today should be interested in boxing, so what is boxing? How can we do it

How to practice boxing? I've done a lot of discussion on these issues in "Quan Xue Ju Di". People who have read this book carefully must have a preliminary understanding. Of course, there must be many people who still have doubts about the contents of the book or do not understand it at all, which is a normal phenomenon. Because the progress of human understanding is often the first breakthrough by a few people. Only after a period of time can it be accepted by the public gradually and become the general knowledge of the public. As for whether it can finally become the mainstream knowledge, it depends on whether it represents the objective truth and is determined by its internal vitality. Now, through this opportunity to learn together, we will systematically sort out and discuss these contents of the second course of Yiquan, so as to help you get further understanding. The so-called truth is more and more clear.

As I said in "Quan Xue Ju Di", practicing boxing needs to complete the shaping of two dynamic stereotypes, that is, thinking dynamic stereotypes and behavior dynamic stereotypes. After years of study and exploration, I found that the process of human cognitive development includes four basic cognitive forms: formal logic, dialectics, ontology and transcendental ontology. I call this process "quadruple transcendence". The shaping of our thinking power is completed by learning "four transcendences". The forms of expression of these four basic cognitive forms are as follows: the form of expression of formal logic is "XX is XX. No, XX is not right for XX", the form of expression of dialectics is "so and so, so and so", and the form of expression of ontology is "so and so is so and so". The manifestation of transcendental noumenon is "do!" which is the behavior in progress at present. It is the present "original" state of the world, which is the only way and can not be said. I'm here to introduce these four basic forms to you so that you can have a convenient template for comparison in practical application. If you want to really understand "quadruple transcendence", it is far from enough to rely on these four articles I said and reading the articles I wrote. They just tell you a conclusion, and really make them your own thinking tools. Everyone needs to sort out and verify the relevant information, and walk through the cognitive process in person. Without going through the process, you only know that the conclusion can't get the actual effect.

Behavioral dynamic stereotype needs to follow four typical states in the process of movement. That is to say: loose practice, tight practice, loose and tight conversion practice and form loose and Italy tight practice, these four stages to complete. Why should I arrange it like this? It's not out of my personal idea, but every action of a person happens in this order in the process of time. It is an objective process. This process takes on a linear form in time. This method of understanding the internal laws of things according to the natural process is called "historical linear method". Our teaching process is based on the linear method of history.

Today we'll do a practice of "Relaxation". Stand naturally, the width of both feet is subject to comfort, bend forward, relax and hang your arms naturally, and shake your body left and right. Just for a moment. Due to the movement of the center of gravity, the upper limb will swing. At this time, if the arms are free to swing like a pendulum, then with the passage of time, the swing amplitude gradually decreases, and finally slowly stops. It means your upper limbs are loose. If the swing stops quickly, or even abruptly, it means that your upper limbs are not really loose. In the past, the expression of upper limb looseness was like two big pine ropes. You can experience it yourself.

Through the exercise just now, I think you all know what "song" is. When you think about it, what is my way to tell you what is pine? Have I described to you what is pine? No. I'm asking you to engage in a behavior, that is, bending and shaking your arms. When you do this right, you will feel whether your upper limbs are in a loose state. We know our physical state through our own feelings. This kind of teaching method is "the method of manifestation". In the past, we used to teach the content of "inspection method" and "comparison method". You can compare them. What's the difference between them.

Now we all find our upper limbs loose. Also clearly know what is loose. I'm going to ask you, if you don't bend and shake your arms, will your upper limbs remain loose? (you think about it, and answer: Yes. )So we say that this loose state is not necessarily related to shaking the arm. We just shake our arms to make you feel relaxed. The teacher can also observe the movement of your arm to see if you are in a loose state. But it's not necessary to shake your arms to stay loose. It's just a teaching tool. When you already know what pine is, you don't need to shake your arms anymore. By shaking your arms, you can realize what relaxation is. It's "showing the presence of phase". Once you know what relaxation is, you don't need to shake your arms any more. This is "to feel is to stop". Next, we need to apply this loose state to all times and places, so as to obtain this movement ability. This is called "no luck".

Now that you've got a handle on the state of relaxation, try to get yourself into the state of relaxation. Now, do you feel that you can get into the state of relaxation? If you can, it shows that today's teaching of relaxation has been successful. Note: what we are talking about here is the state of the body, not the form! Each of us should grasp our own movement state, not the movement form. You can try to see if your body can be loose when you sit on the stool. You can try to lie on the bed and see if your body can be loose when you lie down. We say that human form can be divided into line, standing, sitting and lying. When you are sure of your loose state, you should walk, stand, sit and lie down. You can enter and keep the loose state anytime and anywhere. Only in this way can you show that you have been able to grasp the loose state of your body.

After finding the feeling of loosening just now, let's stand a pile together. Stand naturally, step on the ground with both feet, and feel comfortable. With arms around, it feels like holding a balloon. Hold the balloon in front of your chest. Imagine inflating the balloon slowly, and the balloon will grow larger. As the balloon expands, so do the arms. Pay attention to the awareness of holding a ball in both hands. Then sit down slightly, just like sitting on a high stool, at this time, the whole body should still be in the loose state that you just felt. Close your eyes and focus on yourself. Here is the body adjustment method of "health pile". "Health pile" also has regulating breath and mind. There are three tunes. The second is interest rate adjustment. The so-called breath regulation is to adjust the breath to a natural state. We all know the saying "Tao, Dharma and nature". What is nature? Nature is you don't care about it, don't disturb it. This is nature. You think, if we want to make a nature through our subjective efforts, is it still natural? It is artificial! We will breathe as soon as we are born, we will not live without breathing. I fell asleep at night. I didn't need to worry about it. I also had a good breath. This is natural breathing. The third is to adjust the mind. When we talk about regulating the mind, we mean to achieve "one mind and one environment". This is the common practice of all schools. We are here to achieve this goal by observing the breath. It is the movement of one's own consciousness towards one's own natural breath, feeling that it exists like the tide of the sea, and happens naturally. We constantly "look" at it, but also just look at it, so as to achieve a heart, maintain such a stable state of consciousness. The above three tunes are carried out at the same time, which is called "three tunes are one tune". In this way, the "health pile" will stand. Later, you will find saliva in your mouth. In the past, Taoism called it "Neidan". Swallow the saliva slowly. When saliva starts to secrete, it indicates that your body has entered a self-adjusting physiological state. The so-called health pile is a way to guide the human body into self-adjusting state through this method of standing pile. Through the body's self-regulation to achieve the purpose of optimizing their own physical state.

The practice time of health pile varies from person to person. Normally, it takes 20 minutes each time. Whether saliva is secreted in the mouth during the practice is the standard to measure whether the station is right or not. If saliva is secreted, it will prove that you have done it right. The so-called "health pile" is actually a state of self adjustment of the body. The "health stakes" of various postures of walking, standing, sitting and lying evolved from this basic state. They are different in appearance and internal state

It's the same. We teach the stake method, which is to teach you to grasp the internal movement state of the human body. Let's draw inferences from one example and go back to experience what we are talking about today. That's all for today's lesson.

First of all, we should pay attention to three things we need to pay attention to: first, don't drink cold water during and after practice; second, don't sit down and rest immediately after practice; third, don't have sex immediately. That's how my father cared when I started boxing. Now it is understood that there should be a transition between the practice state and the normal state of the human body to give the body an adaptation process, otherwise it will cause impact damage to the body. Only when you protect your body, can you practice boxing well. If you don't pay attention, you will lose your body and lose more than you gain. Last week we talked about the practice of health stakes. That is, the use of body static relaxation. Now let's do the loose dynamic exercise. First of all, we can find the state of upper limb relaxation through the last time's indication of relaxation. Then the loose state is transferred to the whole body.

We still stand naturally and let our bodies relax. When you make sure your body is in a relaxed state, the body begins to rotate left and right, driving your arms to swing freely according to the rhythm of body rotation. The body turns like a rattle. At this point, if your body is still in a loose state, it proves that you are doing it right. That is to say, your body feels the same when you are in static state as when you are in dynamic state. This is the right standard. We control our body movement through our feelings. Mr. Xiang Zhai said, "the emphasis is on recognizing Kung Fu", which means that. If it's OK to do this, you can try it slowly, increase your rotation range a little more, and see if it's OK. If it's still OK, you can continue to increase it until it reaches the maximum. If in the process of doing it, we find that our body state is not the same as the feeling when we made the previous loose manifestation, which means there is a problem, we need to stop immediately, go back to the first loose manifestation, find the original feeling again, and try to move forward again. The first time through the demonstration of the body state, is the standard of correctness, is a template to measure whether the movement state of this stage is correct. In the process of migration practice, we should always keep this awareness soberly. It's just like that we should first ensure that the source of spring water is clear and clean, and that the downstream water can be clean. It flows all the way to the sea. According to my previous experience, the migration of every movement can be basically stabilized after seven to ten days of practice under normal circumstances.

People often say that there are two things in the world that are the most difficult to do. The first is to put other people's money in their own pocket (laughter). The second is to put their own thoughts in other people's heads, that is to say, it is the most difficult to change their thinking methods. Therefore, we need to go back to use our spare time to complete the study of thinking power stereotype. Without solving the problem of thinking and understanding, no amount of behavior power stereotype practice will be in vain. Because we practice Yiquan, your starting point of consciousness is wrong from the beginning, and you can only go further and further behind. Mr. Wang Yangming, a master of psychology, once said, "it's easy to break the mountain, but hard to break the heart.". It is difficult to grasp the state of consciousness from the beginning.

The contents of the second course are arranged according to the principles of cognitive genetics and behavioral genetics in the order of natural occurrence. This method is called historical linear generation. That is to say, we should understand and grasp the internal law of a thing by observing its historical process. The second tutorial is to use this basic method to guide our study and training. We are now in accordance with the natural order of occurrence, so that the correct cognitive and behavioral abilities in their own body again, so as to achieve the most natural results. Now you come here to learn the fist practice method of the second tutorial. First, you need to seal up what you have learned and practiced in your mind for a while, restore yourself to zero, and then you can make the right things happen and develop again. It's like turning yourself into a clean white paper before you can write the latest and most beautiful pictures on it. Better than we need to build a building, first we need to clean up the ground, and then we can build it one floor at a time. There are also those who call this psychological process of learning "empty cup theory". Everyone has to ask himself, can we do this? Has his "thief in the heart" broken? (laughter)

Today, I'd like to ask you first, have you all gone back to stand? Do you have to stand! It doesn't take too long. It takes 20 minutes each time. Of course, some people can't stand for 20 minutes at the beginning, just a few minutes, step by step, and gradually increase to about 20 minutes.

Today, let's review relaxing's dynamic grasp practice.

Stand naturally, the width of feet shall be comfortable, and the arms shall be relaxed and drooping naturally on both sides of the body. Then, rotate the body to the left and right to drive the arms to rotate around the body. At this time, if the loose state can be maintained, you can try to change the arms from rotating to swinging back and forth. Note that the initial amplitude must be small, and the frequency of swinging is determined by the quality of your body. It's like the four strings of a violin. The thick one is the bass and the thin one is the treble. Our rotation frequency is also determined by the quality of our own body. We should be free to run. Our brain has no idea. Our body should feel the same as before. Just feel comfortable. At this time, the eye tries to focus on a target in front, which is slightly above the horizon. The fingers are pointing back and forth toward the target. At this time, the rotation state of the body has not changed, only we have the consciousness of pointing fingers to the target. That is to say, there is only a conscious connection between the finger and the target. It's just like we usually ask you where is Lao Wang? You use your hand to empty one finger in the direction where Lao Wang is, and I see Lao Wang in the direction of the finger. It doesn't need to point to Lao Wang's nose. (laughter) just when you get it. That's what we're doing here. The body rotation movement state does not change, the consciousness refers to the target on the line. In the past, "intention not to exert" refers to this intentional activity in a relaxed state. Attention! This "one point" is the starting point of the subject's intention to the objective environment. It's very important! All human behavior starts from intention. When we practice Yiquan, of course, we should start with intentionality, and then move forward step by step on this basis. As we mentioned earlier, our consciousness direction is inward and we are paying attention to the internal adjustment of our body. So the eyes are slightly closed. To reduce the interference of external information. Now our eyes are open. We need to stand up to the goal in front of you. At this time, the focus is on the outside and start to contact with the external environment. Whether it is inward or outward, it is done under the control of consciousness. We should always pay attention to our own state of consciousness and grasp the body movement through consciousness, so it is Yiquan. In the process of practicing boxing, we should always be aware of our body state, because exercise is the movement of the body. Generally speaking, it is through consciousness to grasp the body.

Before today's class, some of the early students did it. I feel that it's not ideal for everyone to do the dynamic exercise of swinging back and forth. According to the past teaching experience, this is a common problem. The back and forth swing is indeed more difficult than the previous left and right rotation exercise. This requires us to grasp the correct body state first, plus more practice and experience every day, repeatedly portray, there is no other way. Because we are state training, not form training. Therefore, we are required to make sure that the body state is correct, that is to say, your body feeling is always correct. The second is to be able to keep the correct state on the basis of gradually trying to grasp this movement state in other spaces. As like as two peas in the process of migration, the state of the body must be exactly the same as it used to be. With the right feeling, try moving forward again.

When the "one finger" training is completed, we can practice "one touch" on the basis of one finger. Touch is to change the awareness of the target to the awareness of the target. You can tie a string to the door frame when you go back. It's the height of the head. Stand in front of it and touch the string with your hands swinging naturally. When you can touch the string, you can move the foot back a little bit, and try whether you can touch it. If you can feel it, move your foot back a little bit. Until I couldn't touch the rope again. But at this time, we should keep the body in a natural state of swing, and also keep the awareness of touching the rope as much as possible. Under the guidance of touch consciousness, our body and arms will naturally extend forward. In the past, when practicing boxing, we always worried about whether we could "get out of the shoulder" correctly. Our second course doesn't talk about body training, but it's not about not having body. It is through motivation to initiate behavior, which shapes the body. Let the whole body shape naturally.

After finishing touch exercise, you can do push exercise. This push is nothing more than to change the conscious motive of touch into the conscious motive of push. In the rotation along the body, push the target forward. You can imagine pushing a balloon, or anything. It's like you go home and push the door in. You've never thought about how I'm going to push, or whether I'm going to use my left foot to enter the door, or my right foot to enter the door, or that my pushing action is not coordinated. It all happens naturally. Mr. Xiang Zhai said that Yiquan should play its natural instinct. This is the instinct of nature. We teach students in the second course, just like mothers teach their children to walk. The mother clapped her hands in front of the child and said, "come here, come here.". So the child came trembling to his mother. Of course, at the beginning, I was very unsteady. But then I walked slowly. This is how we all learn to walk. In the process, the mother didn't tell the children how to walk, how to lift their feet, and how to keep balance. But just in front of the guide, gave the child a motive to move forward. So the child got up. Children learn to walk by instinct. The teaching method of our second course is also to develop the instinct of nature through the consciousness motive of the subject.

When your push is done. I think you have completed an act of subject acting on the object. Our second course is to discuss problems from the standpoint of boxing. And boxing is about principles. The above conclusion is from this standpoint. It doesn't matter if you push your opponent or something, punch, kick, etc. We all think that you have an effect on the object. There is no difference between them in the form of sports. We can deduce the cognition and grasp of all behaviors through the cognition and grasp of this inference. The way to complete this process is transfer training. It's up to you to move. In the past, teaching referred to it as drawing inferences from one example, also known as teaching people to fish. Of course, I will lead you step by step in the future teaching process. You can also find the natural order of occurrence by observing your life. Of course, this exercise should be carried out step by step. At the beginning, we should grasp the principle. When we can do it, we can take the initiative to carry out migration training. In the past teaching and training, first standing in place, then stepping in place, then walking forward in small steps, and finally moving freely. And the expansion of point line surface in space. You can try it on your own. As long as we firmly grasp the principles, we will gradually complete the whole migration training step by step.

My father said, "practicing boxing can't be honest", which means that you should dare to try, and try all kinds of situations; if you can do it in situ, you can't move; if you can do it high, if you can do it low, you can learn it by trying your boxing, and then you can practice your Kung Fu.

It has been nearly a month since this boxing practice. Today, let's make a summary of what we said before.

Practicing boxing is mainly to complete two dynamic stereotypes, that is, the thinking dynamic stereotypes and the behavior dynamic stereotypes

The stereotype of thinking power is the four stages of transcendence, including formal logic, dialectics, ontology and transcendence. The form of formal logic is "yes... No", the form of dialectics is "It is A, and It is also B.” This "quadruple transcendence" is my summary after learning philosophy. Is this summary correct or not? It needs everyone to verify it by tracing relevant data. You can't think it must be correct because Mr. Han said it was correct. To learn philosophy, we need to start from the history of philosophy. This road requires us to go through it in person. We don't go through the process and only know that the conclusion can't achieve the actual effect. The content that I teach you here is arranged according to the objective occurrence order of things. I didn't design it myself. They are objective and prescriptive. We say that when you find the inevitability and uniqueness of things, you find the truth. You are here today to learn from nature, not from me. I'm just here to give you some methodological guidance. I want to train students to have the ability of independent thinking and judgment. It's up to everyone to discover the truth, not all of them can be my "students".

The object of boxing includes inward and outward. Inward is the health pile. Stand on the health pile, stand until saliva is secreted. Then you can stay healthy by standing, sitting and lying down, and this part is over. This is the only pile method in the second tutorial of Yiquan. There is no other pattern. Because we are condition training. Not form training. As long as we can grasp this state, we can do anything. And state is one. Loose is a state of motion, tight is a state of motion. The behavioral dynamic stereotype in the previous lessons mainly focuses on the loose movement state, including the pendulous swing, left and right rotation, back and forth swing of upper limbs, as well as the arbitrary migration in space. In the end, it is required to be "loose" at any time in life. Are you sure of the "loose" state? It needs to be able to stand the test anytime and anywhere. Because "pine" is a common starting point of all movements. Any content of future practice should start from here. Today we begin to talk about "tight". First, stretch your arms to the left and right, hold your palms outward, and straighten your legs at the same time. That is to say, you can turn yourself into a whole "door panel", which can fall back to the left and right as a whole. From a physical point of view, you can become a "rigid body". In the past, this state was described as "body as cast". It's like the whole person has become an iron man. This is the tight manifestation. In the second course, the teaching of each stage starts from epiphany. Again, everything comes from nature. That is to say, we can find this kind of physical state in our daily life. For example, when four of us lift a big piece of wood and the wood is on the shoulder, your body is tight. For example, in weightlifting competition, your body is tight for a few seconds after the action. For example, you have participated in tug of war, when the two teams are at loggerheads, your body is tight. It doesn't matter if you don't have the above life experience. You can find a rope, tie it to a big tree and pull it down with all your strength. Of course, you can't pull down a big tree. But you can do it to realize what is tight.

Now let's do the tight pile practice. In the past, it was called station fighting pile. Now we don't think the concept is accurate. Which pile has nothing to do with fighting? So we regard it as a tight practice. Then it can be said to be tight in place or in motion. The tight pile starts to stand like a health pile, and the body enters the loose state first. Look at the buildings or mountains in front of you and hold them. At this time, the body is still in a loose state. Next, we hold the target in the distance, and the body is in a tight state. Stay in the tight state, feel the tightness at this time, is it the same as the tightness we just showed? When you confirm that you have entered the tight state, immediately relax yourself and return to the loose state. And again to confirm whether they have completely returned to the state of loose.

In this way, from the loose state to the tight state, and then from the tight state to the loose state. Completed a tight exercise. It's like the lights in our house. The electric light has two states: on and off. The light off state is "0", the light on state is "1", and the light on and off state is back to "0". We say that from "0" to "1" or from "1" to "0", this change is instantaneous, not continuous. It's like the movement of the heart. Medicine calls the heart a functional syncytium. All cells have to contract at the same time so that the blood can move forward. In order to get the maximum force, we must also use the whole force. That is, the muscles of the whole body work in one direction at the same time.

This produces the maximum force. In martial arts, we all know that we need the whole force. We say "0" is a "0"; and "1" is a "1". One is integration, so our training is integration from the beginning, so there is no need for any integration training in the future.

The pile we just introduced is pulled when holding the object. The name of this pile is Bao. This naming method is called "one meaning one shape". People usually say to "do what is like". That's another story. It's like we're playing someone else's role. We're going to say, "what we do is what we do.". Push is push, pull is pull. What we are doing is subject behavior. Because this behavior is motivated by the subject, the whole human body shape naturally conforms to our behavior purpose. In the past, this phenomenon was called "automatic form following". There are two things mentioned in this table, one is meaning and the other is shape. The form moves with the will. Then do you think we need to manage the mind or the shape? Of course, we need to manage the mind. As long as the consciousness is used correctly, the body will be right with nature. This is not Yiquan. And the whole movement process starts from the conscious motivation. So in the second tutorial, we summarize it as: motivation determines behavior, behavior determines form. As long as we grasp our behavior motivation, the shape of our body will be perfectly shaped.

Just now we practiced holding things back. Have you tried it? Can you push it forward while holding something? Of course. That is to say, in a space, we can exert forces on the target in front, back, left, right, up and down directions. You can try it yourself. I'll teach you to do pull in the front, which is a basic teaching content. Later, you are required to do experiments in all directions. This is migration training. I will "raise one" in front, and you should be able to "reverse three" in the back. Only in this way can we teach one by one. According to modern pedagogy, whether students can actively transfer is the standard of education success.

Today's content is over, we need to go back to use this week to practice. According to the past experience, the speed of progress of boxing learners is divided, mostly from the "tight" practice. If the "tight" is not good, it will be far behind by the large forces.

Mr. Han lectures for ten minutes every week. We need to practice every day after we go back. We need to check whether we are "loose" at any time. Otherwise, it can only be formalized, and Kung Fu can't be applied. The exercises mentioned above are "loose", so do you want to try to walk "loose"? Of course, only loose. This is a transfer in the space. There are many transfer contents in the subsequent teaching process, which need everyone to practice and experience by themselves.

Repeat the content of "tight" in the last lesson, hold the mountain in front with the posture of health stake, enter the "tight" state and keep it, confirm it is correct, then "relax", "push the mountain", enter the "tight" state and keep it, and then "relax". Why should we keep the "tight" state for a while at the beginning of practice instead of just a moment? Because this is a teaching process, so that everyone can fully confirm whether their body has entered the "tight" state? Is it really tight? Of course, in the later practical application process, From "loose" to "tight" and from "tight" to "loose" are instantaneous. But now it is in the learning stage, so it must be confirmed. Because if you practice wrong at the beginning, then you portray all the wrong things in your subconscious. It has formed the wrong dynamic stereotype. In the future, when you use it in practice, you will make wrong actions, which will eventually lead to failure.

After a period of practice, you find that your behavior has certain stability, which means that this behavior has been portrayed in the subconscious. So you can move on. Of course, it's not good to stay in one place all the time. The basic teaching model of our second course: "show the senses and have phases, get the senses and then stop, move the senses without being able to stop, consciously realize the round and bright" expresses this meaning. I hope you don't forget it in the whole learning process.

I talked about "holding" before. Today I will talk about two changes based on the above "tight" practice.

The first change is to turn two palms down, which we can call "pressing". It's still one idea, one shape. To "press" to "pull" or "push" the mountain in front (any big goal such as the building), or "tight" to keep, and then "loose". This is the same as the way to practice holding. It's just that the shape of the hand has changed a little. Of course, we need to know that this change is caused by the change of our own conscious motivation.

Another change is to turn the palms of two hands upward. We can call it "Tuo". The old traditional way of calling it "Tuo Bao" is to show its value. Now we have three ways to exert effect on the object: holding, pressing and holding. Let's see if there is a fourth way. There should be no more. Because there are only three possibilities for our upper limbs to work. Of course, what I'm talking about here is the typical way. You can see that there are many positions between holding and pressing. That's right. But because of the need of teaching, I can only introduce the typical content here. Other changes need to be discovered and developed by yourself. This brings us to the basic model of four sentences teaching in our second course. We need to be lucky. I think you all know it already. I will not repeat it here. Now we can "pull" or "push" the mountains in front of us in various ways. That is to say, the essence of practice is the same when you exert force on your object in various ways. As I said before, there is only one pile for practicing relaxation. There is only one state. Now the coach is tight, but also only one state.

My father said "not too honest" when he taught boxing. It means that you can practice whatever you can't teach me. You should take the initiative to practice and try. You can try the size and height of the posture. It's easy to practice "big" at first, stretch a little, and then "small". If you start "small" at the opposite end, it's more difficult to practice "big" later. The "high" and "low" of the pile are the same. You can try to lower it slowly and carry out the front "push-pull" exercise. The angle between the thigh and the lower leg can be reduced to no less than 90 ° as a minimum. In the past, it was called "four level pile". Our second course is subject teaching, so it is the most important to play your initiative! Every motive of your behavior is issued by yourself as the subject. We should firmly grasp this key. In the same sentence, when we go back to class, we have to practice and try, otherwise, Kung Fu will not become a part of our body.

Our learning and training are carried out in the order of generative learning. It includes the training of thinking power and behavior power, each of which has a natural clue. Therefore, in the process of learning, we should have a clear mind.

The clue of thinking power finalization is quadruple transcendence. In the previous study, we have drawn out and completed two threads of behavioral dynamic stereotype, the first is "loose", the second is "tight". Why is "loosening" first? Because "loosening" is the premise of tightening, only when "loosening" is really achieved can "tightening" be really achieved in the next practice. After the completion of the movement, you should be able to return to the real "loose" state. That is to say, it can return from "1" to "0". "Loose" is for "tight", which is a premise, but only "tight" can develop "fist power", practice skills, and exert effect on the object. It can be said that the front "loose" is for the back "tight".

In the stage of relaxation, consciousness is divided into two directions, one is introspection, the other is appearance. Introspection is the health pile, which has been mentioned before. It's not repeated here. What it looks like is that consciousness is in a state of communication with the external environment. So there are loose migration and tight migration in the appearance

We know that boxing practice is to give full play to people's "instinct", so how do we feel our "instinct"? It is through the interaction between the subject and the object. It's like a piece of sugar. Once it's on your tongue, you feel sweet. If you just look at the sugar, you won't know how sweet it is. At the same time of tasting sweetness, we know that we have the ability to taste. Of course, this ability is innate, so the ability to taste is a human instinct. In the process of practicing boxing, we are the same. We should get the body's feeling and understand our instinct in the interaction with objective objects. We need to experience and feel real objects at ordinary times, and get real feelings when we impose "push", "pull", "move", "carry" and other behaviors on them. Then through this feeling to grasp their own body movement. With a grasp of this state of motion, then assume that there is a target object in the outside world, and exert a virtual role on the assumed target object, so as to exercise their sports ability. Because the response goal is hypothetical, we use the hypothetical goal to practice, so we call this training method "fake borrowing" practice method. Because the goal of this loan can be set freely as we imagine, we can get the ability of free response through this practice method. In the process of "tight" practice, we should often contrast "fake borrowing" with "real", and always keep the umbilical cord between "fake borrowing" and "real", which will make our practice both "fake borrowing" and "real", otherwise it will be alienated into fantasy.

On the basis of simple "push" and "pull" practice of "tight", we can carry out "tight" space transfer training. In a pile, push forward, pull backward, hold up, press down, move left, and move right. The overall "tightness" must be completed in an instant in place, clean and tidy, and cannot be dragged. After practice, adjust the height of the pile to practice in each space. Special attention shall be paid to keeping the middle of the body when the pile is placed at the "four level pile", and the upper body shall not lean forward or pout. You can pretend that you have a stool under you, sit down naturally, sit right, and then stand up naturally. Sit down and stand up again naturally. Repeat several times and you will naturally get the correct form of low pose. This is also the practical application of our teaching principle of "everything comes from nature".

Today we will bring out the third clue of the movement. The above mentioned tightness is for the purpose of grasping the movement. We know that the movement is carried out in time and space, so we need to expand the movement space of human body as much as possible. This is done by stretching the body in space. It used to be called body method. That is to develop the movement space of the body and the movement ability in the space.

Let's do a stretching exercise today

After the last class, stretching exercises include up and down stretching, left and right stretching, front and back stretching, vertical axis rotation, plane rotation and other movements. Today, I will practice one by one with you. After going back, you must insist on practicing. Why do you want to stretch? That is to increase the range of activity of the body in space. Just like to increase the range of artillery, if the range is not enough, then you can't hit the enemy, the enemy will hit you first. There is a saying in boxing that "long hand, short hand", but in wrestling, it is not big enough to say "fan". It all means the same thing.

Now let's sum up, there are four ideas in practicing boxing: the first idea is thinking power stereotype, which includes four aspects of transcendence. Behavioral dynamic stereotyping includes both inward and outward paths. And body method.

In the "loose" state, including introspection and appearance, introspection is the health pile. To achieve "one mind and one environment" and enter the natural adjustment state is good. The outward appearance is that the body is in a state of "Relaxation", and consciousness has entered a state of communication with the external environment. "Loose" migration route, from the beginning of the arms drooping natural shaking, to the free rein of the left and right rotation, to follow the rhythm of body movement arms back and forth natural swing, and finally complete "one finger", "one touch" and "one push".

The third clue is "tight". In the three basic ways of "holding", "pressing" and "holding", a variety of forces are applied to the object, such as pushing forward, pulling backward, holding up, pressing down, moving left, and moving right. During this period, we can try to reduce the height of piles and gradually expand our control ability in various spaces. That is to say, all kinds of "tight" space migration.

The fourth clue is the "stretch" exercise at the beginning of this lesson.

These four threads should be pushed forward in parallel in normal practice. Because they exist in motion at the same time. Because they are all based on the principle of genetic science. Therefore, first, we should firmly grasp the road leading to the occurrence, so as to have a correct starting point. With a correct starting point, and then follow the order of natural occurrence, gradually develop their own sound consciousness and movement ability. So as to achieve our goal of boxing practice.

We say the understanding of motion: motion is carried out in time and space. Space is three-dimensional. It can be divided into three axes, which make up three faces and synthesize one body. Front and back, up and down, left and right, horizontal plane, coronal plane, sagittal plane, and finally a whole. That is, point line surface. In this three-dimensional space, there are six movements, i.e. three axial movements of X, y and Z axes and three rotational movements. We have grasped these basic laws of motion. We can practice boxing regularly. After having the ability to move in all space. In the future, random response can be achieved in the implementation.

We said before that there are four threads in practicing boxing, so where does the thread start? The thread starts from the enlightenment. It is to let you understand the essence of sports through feeling. So how does this feeling come into being? It needs to come into being in the collision between the subject and the object. We can find a concrete example from life, through which you can get a real feeling, and grasp the inner essence of things through this feeling, which is "showing the sense and the phase". This is the first step. It is the so-called "road head". When you have a grasp of the basic state of motion, you can gradually move along the order of points, lines, faces and bodies in three-dimensional space, and finally form a universal free movement ability. Mr. Xiang Zhai once said that "the worse the road is, the more we focus on it, the farther we will go." we all need to attach great importance to this point.

As for the "stretching" exercise, it is actually the maximum extension of the body in different directions under the state of "holding". It also includes three axial movements and three axial rotation movements in the space. However, no matter how to extend, it cannot be separated from "holding", which is to maintain the integrity of the body. "Stretch" exercise is also a preparatory activity for all boxing exercises. In fact, the "cucumber picking frame" in Chinese wrestling is a kind of "stretching" exercise.

As for the transfer of "Relaxation", we said that you can hang a piece of wool in the living room, touch it with your hands, and constantly increase the distance between the same target, extend your arms to the target as far as possible, guide your body to rotate, and lean your shoulders forward. Maximize the control perimeter of the arm. This exercise can overcome the "no shoulder" problem. This is also a concrete example of motivation determining behavior and behavior determining form. After a period of practice, this behavior pattern stabilizes in the subconscious. After every shot will be very smooth. You can practice "one push" after passing the customs. You should have a feeling of pushing the air out. After I feel OK, I will practice with walking. At last, everything must be finished in the process of moving. In the past, it was called "all kinds of exercises are mother". Now it's understood as "everything has to be done in sports."

Let's go back to the stand pile again. After the holding pile is standing, we will shift the target 45 degrees to the left, and still keep holding the target. We can also step on the ground with both feet, and feel comfortable and appropriate. This is the basic posture that Yiquan used to call "fighting post". In fact, once the communication between the subject and the environment begins, it is all "fighting post". Because it is the interaction between subject and object. That is to say, they are all exerting effects on the object. We just taught you how to stand a stake in the second tutorial. As long as nature exerts its influence on the object and feels comfortable at the same time. Is it easy to do. If you look as like as two peas, you can see that your posture is exactly the same as the eight steps of the second lessons. Other requirements are exactly the same. This is the role of behavior in determining form. It's the expression that the shape turns at will. You don't have to think about the body at all, and the body has naturally met our objective requirements. After standing well, it is natural to carry out "push forward", "pull back", "move left", "move right", "hold up", "press down" and other exercises from "loose" to "tight". In practice, remember to always be able to return to a loose state. It is also important to remember that any "fake" practice cannot leave the "real" experience. Otherwise, it will become more and more fake and far away from boxing. Therefore, in addition to standing piles, we should do sandbag practice and door pushing experiment. They are used to experience and observe the feelings and results of your body when the subject exerts effects on the object, as well as the natural coordination of the behavior of the subject driven by consciousness.

In the last lesson, one of the stretching exercises is to hug right in the horizontal direction, like all the babies at once, and then point back from the armpit, pay attention to the eye leading the back one finger, and practice alternately from left to right. Today we will introduce another stretching practice method based on this exercise. Horse stance, arms and palms to the left and right as far as possible, along the coronal plane, left hand to the right and lower arm, is also like all the babies are put around at once, and then hand "under the guidance of vision" from the front of the abdomen to the left, left and right alternately practice. (the language expression here may not be very accurate. We will take the actual operation as the criterion. )

The second content of today's lecture is the practice of "loosing". One finger, one touch and one push. After coordination, you can touch the wool and push the door. When did people say that "touch" and "push" began? Touch "and" push "started now and now. It's a push. As soon as the subject "I" is pushed, the object "door" opens, which is objective validity. The core of motion is to exert an effect on the object. Here is a push. This role is what I impose on the object. So I pushed it. and that. This push is done by natural instinct. Only the door was pushed open, and the goal was achieved. That means you've done the right thing. This is the completion of subject behavior. Don't think about "how should I push" any more! Just use this brain, and you will be in the orbit of object cognition

I used to talk about "clenching a fist like a pancake" in "the right way of Yiquan", including a picture of my second uncle, Mr. Han Xingyuan's fist. It's a process of clenching. At that time, it was required that the back of fist, wrist and forearm should be kept in a plane, so as to ensure that the force would be transmitted to the target in a straight line during the attack. If you can't keep the force line vertical, your wrist is vulnerable. When my father taught us, he only asked us to try on the sandbags gradually from light to heavy. He felt comfortable and powerful. That is to say, my father already had the consciousness of "subject object correspondence" at that time. Instead of constraining the subject through concept regulations, he shaped the subject through interaction with the object. But at that time, it was only a kind of experience, not rising to the principle. In the second course of Yiquan, we began to understand the principle of "correspondence between subject and object". In other words, all movements must be verified in the process of interaction between the subject and the object, so as to fundamentally ensure the correctness of your training content. We call it "Dao Yuanzhen". It is to ensure the correctness of training from the source. Now compare your "fake" practice with your "real" collision practice with the object. If it's the same, it's right. Inconsistency is false and wrong. We need to turn around and continue to find our feelings in the collision.

Today's third clue is to continue to move the "tight" practice. When you stand on the holding pile, turn it 45 degrees to the right (or left), and gently step your feet on the ground for a few times, you will find a comfortable position. Then do "push forward", "pull back", "move left", "move right", "hold up", "press down" and other "tight" exercises. All of these have been mentioned before, that is to say, there is only one movement state of the technical pile, and the change of the shape is caused by the different objectives. When the pile was originally standing and holding, the target was on the front of people, and now the target is changed to 45 degrees on the left and right sides. and that. As we said last time, "one idea, one shape", what we do is what we do. That's what standing posts are like. Now we take a big step forward on this basis. Imagine that we are riding a tiger in our crotch, and we look at it. Hold the tiger's head in front of us, and hold the tiger's waist in the back. Don't let the tiger struggle to hurt you. This is the "Crouching Tiger post". We can also do the practice of "Lu Zhishen pulling down willows" under the posture of "Crouching Tiger pile", and "pull out", "plant", "push out", "pull back", "shake left", "shake right", etc. Just keep the truth in the loan.

So far, the teaching and boxing practice has been carried out for nearly three months, and we have simultaneously promoted the four "threads" of boxing practice. In fact, the practice of "Relaxation" contains all the principles. Practicing boxing is nothing more than depicting two dynamic stereotypes: Thinking dynamic stereotypes and behavior dynamic stereotypes. To grasp the stereotype of one's own thinking power depends on reflection and introspection. Reflection is thinking about the past, which is the past style; introspection is for the present, which is the present style. The training of thinking power finalization is actually a kind of "self-consciousness" training, which can reflect on one's own thoughts and behaviors at any time and any time, that is, one's "consciousness turning ability". Usually our conscious object is outside, now our conscious object is ourselves. It's as if consciousness has turned a direction. So it is called "turning ability". Like Huang Guanqiang, the teacher can realize: "the principle is very clear, and it's not right to do it.". This shows that Mr. Huang has "self-consciousness" behavior and has "turning ability", which is worthy of affirmation and praise. The ancients said, "know what you don't know.". Once you realize that you have a problem here, it means that you already know the problem. It's not far from solving the problem. Although someone has been practicing boxing for a long time, the other two days still asked "where should the hand be placed and whether the leg should be straight or bent", which shows that "self-consciousness" has not been formed and "turning ability" has not been possessed, that is to say, the correct "thinking dynamic stereotype" has not yet been formed. Because he can't distinguish what is subject consciousness and what is object consciousness. It is impossible to grasp the starting point of one's own behavior. Then it's impossible to make things right. If the problem of stereotyped thinking power cannot be solved, no amount of training and practice will be in vain. Because your conscious starting point is wrong, the conscious direction from the beginning of practice has been wrong. The result can be imagined. Mr. Xiang Zhai said that "the worse the road is, the farther the focus will be".

As for the practice of "stretching", we should emphasize several points according to the practice situation. First, we should sit on the footwall and not twist around. At the beginning, we can find a stool to practice on. After finding the feeling of sitting, we can get rid of the stool. On the other hand, the two hands should be echoed and cooperated. One hand should be stretched forward, and the other hand should be stretched, not empty. Moreover, all actions should be completed under the guidance of eyes. (I understand that maybe it's the combination of form and spirit, smile.) today, add another "stretch" exercise. Your hands are like two knives. Cut them in front of you. Keep your head away from the two knives and pillow back, or your head will be cut off. After the above two knives are avoided, then cut down the abdomen. At this time, the abdomen recoils backward. Also avoid the two knives, or it will be rifled (laughter). Pay attention to the footwall to sit, when the head back to "pillow" live, this is the "iron bridge" effort. (the language expression here is not very accurate. You should follow the actual demonstration action.)

On the practice of "tight", today, on the basis of the last big style pile, the front hand is stretched forward to the maximum extent (it can't be fully extended, but it still needs to maintain a little small curvature), the hands are pressed and clenched, and now the action of punching the target is made. When the front hand is moved forward, the back hand is like tearing a roll of newspaper (or other things) apart, and at the same time it is in a tight state. This is actually the strike practice of shunshi forehand boxing. Another kind of practice is to push the back palm forward to the end, hold the original front hand back, look back at the back heel, in order to be able to stand stably, swing the front foot out. When you push to the end, the body becomes a straight line, which is "dragon subduing stake". The purpose of practicing "dragon subduing stake" is to strike the back hand in the same comfortable and effective way under the condition of bending step. When the two stakes are added up, one is to seek the maximization of the favorable situation and the other is to seek the maximization of the adverse situation. In this way, it is easy for us to understand and grasp.

I am going to leave Zhuhai for about two weeks. During this period, we should practice every day, especially in the areas where the practice is not good. We can also see whether the practice is right or not.

A few days ago, we went out to participate in sketching activities. We didn't practice boxing together for two weeks. I heard that everyone's enthusiasm for practicing boxing is very high recently (laughter). Today, we use Sunday to arrange a class. Because of the incomplete staff, this time we mainly review the previous content.

"Loose" practice, after the completion of "one finger" in place, then "one finger" that can be used to step in place, and then further can be used to step up and start "one touch". Note that this "one touch" is to touch the target at once, never lift your hand first and then touch it out, remember that what we pay attention to is one mind. "One" is not "two", which is the most important. You cannot add another preparatory action before an action. This is not going to work. This preparatory movement used to be called "boxing". If you want to fight forward, pull back first, thinking it will be more powerful. In fact, when you pull back, the opponent's fist will have arrived. Just because of the action of your pull, it gives the other party a signal to attack. So you slow down half a beat. The result can be imagined. So you have to touch the target at once. If you can't do this, your behavior has been mixed with garbage. Your spring has been polluted as soon as it appears, and it will be dirty wherever it flows.

In stretching practice, first of all, you should sit and settle down, without ups and downs; second, you should "point back" with the rotation of the central axis, instead of "shepherd boy points to apricot blossom village" (laughter), and then you can do it alternately and continuously from left to right. In fact, the practice of iron plate bridge is that the head can evade two quick knives to cut, and the head and neck can rest and hold without turning backward. When practicing "picking cucumber rack" to lift your feet left and right, it's like your feet are burned when stepping on hot things, and the whole leg and thigh are pulled out instantly. At this time, you should pay special attention to the stretching of both arms, not to loosen them.

In the "tight" practice, the body can't give way at this time, that is to say, it can't be deformed. The whole body is a "door plate" and a "rigid body". That is to say, when the body is "pulled" or "pushed" in place, there is almost no displacement, and the whole body instantly enters the "tight" state. At this time, if someone touches your waist, it must feel tight. It is connected up and down. This is called "jade belt around the waist" in the traditional martial arts.

In fact, boxing practice is to improve people's subject's ability to respond to the surrounding object environment. Therefore, all the exercises should be completed in a dynamic way, that is to say, "if you use it, you practice it.". In the past, people who practice free fist (or Dacheng fist) often stood still when standing on the stake. The older generation also taught that. But there are problems. My father used to say that "if you practice boxing, you can't be honest", and you can't stand idle. You also need to "push", "pull", "move left", "move right", "hold up" and "press down". You can't stop "doing things" to improve your Kung Fu. Some time ago, I saw a boxing Ko collection. We noticed that most of the players who were knocked down by KO were motionless at the moment before being knocked down. They didn't make any response, even if it was a small move. They became the target of each other completely and suffered a very full and smooth fatal blow. Then the result was no suspense. At this time, if he can make any reaction of rotation or movement, it is possible to avoid the fate of Ko. This phenomenon can well explain the importance of completing exercises in a dynamic environment. What we need to do now is exercise, not static. We should know that stillness is only a segment of movement in a fixed time, and it is a teaching method for students to understand the whole process of movement. If you take this teaching method as the ultimate goal to solidify it on yourself, it will be terrible! Therefore, I always remind you from the beginning that our basic model of teaching is "showing that there is a phase, realizing that there is a stop, that there is no sense of movement, and that there is a sense of enlightenment". You must understand the relationship between our teaching methods and teaching purposes, and know that the last thing we have to do is move.

One of the deepest feelings of this trip to Taihang is that when appreciating paintings, you can really understand them only after you use philosophical methods to think about them. "Six groups of altar sutras - the 10th order" mentioned that six groups had recruited several main disciples, such as Fahai, Zhicheng, Fada, Shenhui, etc. before the end of the silence, and said: "you and other different people, after I die, are each a teacher. I teach you this, and I will not lose this sect. First of all, three disciplines and thirty-six pairs of methods should be used. When you go out, you should leave both sides. When you say all the methods, don't leave your nature. Suddenly someone asked you about your Dharma. When you uttered all your words, you took the right Dharma and went back and forth. There is no place for us to get rid of them. " What is implied behind the "two methods are eliminated, and there is no place to go"? The methods taught by the master are all eliminated, and you have no place to go. What to do then? It's all up to you! What's implied here is "self nature". It's subjective initiative for us boxers. This subjective initiative includes the ability of self-examination, self-consciousness and the ability of responding to the environment. Our second course is subject teaching, which is to cultivate students' subject personality. We should learn to know boxing without master's instruction and practice it ourselves. There are two meanings in this: first of all, you should be able to use your spare time to practice fist on your own initiative. You don't need to be urged by others. It's not the time when master teaches you. If master doesn't teach you, you won't practice. The real "no time to practice, no time to practice" is to be able to grasp the correct boxing practice methods. Here "the ability of recourse" and "the ability of turning around" are particularly important. Pursuit means to be able to find the source of the fist. "Wenxindiaolong" is called "Yuandao". Buddhism calls it "entering the first meaning". We need to be able to directly see our instinctive movements in the natural state, so as to achieve the "truth of Tao source" as our behavior guide. If there is something wrong in the movement, you can immediately feel it and correct it, otherwise you will be far away from the Tao.

Today we mainly review the previous content.

The first movement of stretching exercise should have the momentum and feeling of breaking the sky; the second movement should stretch the arms. The leg pulling needs to be turned away and folded in an instant, as if it will be scalded if it is slow. The third movement is "one finger" at the same place and "one touch" when moving. It's very clean without any hesitation. Pay attention to it as much as possible. It used to be called "eight pole watch". Eight refers to four positive, four oblique and eight directions, the extreme refers to the end, and the surface means the outside. In general, there is a sense that we have reached the end but still have to move forward. Also known as "its meaning is endless." The fourth action is to push up and pull down the roller shutter with both hands to find the real feeling. This is called "three sets landing" in traditional boxing; in the fifth movement, we need to see "backhand" in the process of doing, which means that we need to see the direction and distance of "backhand", rather than the "backhand" itself, the so-called "get the moon to forget the finger", which means "Moon", rather than "hand finger"; The sixth action is still to sit, stretch your arms, guide your eyes, keep going and never stop.

To practice "tight" and "do things" constantly in the three changes of holding, holding up and holding down is to exert an effect on the objects in the environment. Don't be idle. Press down to change the fist, the front hand reaches the end forward, and the far hand can't be further away. Here, notice that the back hand should exceed the elbow of the forearm, and it can't be too far back. At this time, the whole state is called "completion". (Note: the first tutorial is used here. Completion is the state of the last completion of an action. According to the principle of mechanical lever, the large pile is at the far end of the moving range. If it has the control ability at the far end, it is easier to control at the near end. So the big pile includes the small pile. The big potential pile is well done, and the small potential pile is certainly no problem. However, the station of xiaoshizhuang still needs to stand for one station (laughter). At this time, we should not be idle. One of the important purposes of "dragon subduing stake" is to be comfortable and powerful under adverse circumstances. Push the back hand forward and swing the front foot out. Hold the palms of both hands. In a line, you can see the back heel with your eyes backward. Have you noticed what I just said in the first course and what I just said in the second course? I want to make an explanation here: because when we practice mental boxing, we must first learn to do consciousness analysis, so that you can understand how to respond to consciousness activities and how to come out of which actions. This is the "Yi" boxing. I've talked about four basic ways of thinking before. You should always be aware of my point of view. In this way, I can understand what I want to express now. This kind of expression method is called "Jianbie" in logic, that is to say, before speaking, we must set the premise environment of speaking, and then we can make clear the meaning of this sentence. Otherwise, the premise of speaking has changed, and the right words will be misinterpreted. Just now, in my introduction to piles, I have included the contents of the first tutorial and the second tutorial. The reason why the first tutorial is used is to help you understand it faster. Don't think about how to do your hands and feet when you practice boxing. That's bad! When you practice boxing, you must see the target, start the starter and act. When you feel comfortable, your hands and feet will naturally reach the right position.

Let's think about what is the primary factor in the actual combat? Of course, speed. As soon as they face each other, you just raise your hand to prepare, and the other's fist has already greeted your face. Why is this? It's because there's garbage in your mind. It should be a clean one. What should you do with your hands? How can we do this clean one? We can't think of anything in our brain at ordinary times. It's like the operation of a computer. If you open more windows, the speed will slow down. So our brains need to be clean. In this way, we can achieve the fastest speed. Usually you can find a sandbag to push. First stand in front of the sandbags, then don't think about anything in your mind. When you want to push the sandbags, just push them out. See if you have any ideas and actions beyond this push? If so, those are rubbish. We say that the content that has nothing to do with what we are going to do is rubbish. It is because of the existence of these rubbish that our speed is affected. So we should be clean and comfortable from the beginning. Of course, it's subjective. From the objective aspect, it depends on whether the sandbag is pushed out by you. Sandbags are pushed out the way you want, which is to achieve objective effectiveness. If these two aspects meet the requirements, it means that you have made the push right. You have a clean one. Then try to do something empty. When you practice empty, you will feel like pushing real sandbags. The real is the same as the fake. Many people who practice Yiquan mistakenly think, "Yiquan, fake it. Just think about it. " In fact, it's not like this. Every moment comes from the truth.

What is the most important thing in actual combat besides "speed"? Everyone is very clear that it is "strength". The so-called "one strength reduces ten meetings" and "great achievements are unreasonable" are all about the importance of "strength". Each of us can have a different size, so we can't ask ourselves to reach an absolute amount. We can only ask ourselves to maximize our strength as much as possible. What should we do? This requires us to use our "whole power". Because the overall force is greater than the local force. How can we get the "overall force", of course, by practicing the "tight" of the whole, especially in the state of big potential pile.

There is also a question of the form of action behind speed and strength. It's about how to act on our objects. Because we can't know in advance what form the opponent attacks us in the attack activities, so we can't set our own movement form in advance. This requires us to have a flexible movement ability, which can be used to deal with various forms of attacks of the other side at random. So this requires us to have "random response ability". How can we obtain this "random response ability"? This requires us to put the exercise ability into the migration process to implement. So as to cultivate their own free "random response ability". This is what we are going to do next. How to do it? Let's put this question here first. Let's go back and think about it to see if we can find the answer. The speed, strength and form mentioned above are the three basic elements in the attack. I hope you can realize this clearly.

Back to the subject consciousness we mentioned earlier, that is to say, from now on, you are required to examine yourself to see if you have the ability to learn boxing and practice boxing yourself. From the perspective of meta teaching, when students acquire the ability of learning transfer, it is considered that teaching has been successful. That is to say, students have the ability to draw inferences from one instance and to draw inferences from another. And have the ability of self-study and self-training. Only in this way can teaching activities be regarded as successful.

Many ideological and cognitive progress is achieved in the communication and collision with others, which produces sparks of thoughts. Only in the repeated communication and collision with others can more things be produced and accumulated. In the process of communication and collision, generally speaking, "eat big and eat small", that is to say, the high-level side may gain more. That is to say, in the same communication process, the high-level party may have two gains, while the low-level party may have only one. On the premise that we can't improve our ideological level at once, if we want to make enough progress, we have to expand the scope of collision and increase the frequency of collision to make up for our weakness. Therefore, everyone is required to communicate with each other and learn from each other with an open mind, so as to promote their own progress.

It's said that today's lesson is the key to entering the automatic track of boxing practice. It's all here. In fact, it's fooled (laughed) by (Zhang Guoqiang). In fact, the content of each previous lesson is the key. Learning boxing is two points: one is to be able to be brave in self denial, to be willing to give up in thought, to put all the previous things down, to be clean, to start from scratch, and to have a new life. Only when you clean up the rubbish in your mind can you put in new good things. Second, you are right in your mind. If you go back to practice or don't work hard, your mind won't work any more. Now the network term is "natural merging", which means "you just have thought and an egg". Mr. Wang Xiangzhai said that smart people often can't practice Kung Fu, because smart people understand when they hear it, but they don't want to practice it in a down-to-earth way.

Let's start with stretching today. The first action must have the momentum and feeling to pierce the sky. During the process of doing it, the arm should always extend to the target, and this awareness cannot be interrupted; the second action should stretch out the two arms relative to each other, depending on the direction and distance of the back finger; the third action should embrace the two arms as far as possible in the process of moving the center of gravity, pay attention to the eye guidance when changing the direction, and stretch the back hand when the front hand moves forward, The fourth movement is kick. When I practiced kick, my father came to see it and said, "no, no, No.". His meaning is not to say that it's not right to practice kicking, but to say that it's not right to do it. It should have the feeling of being burned and shrunk instantly. Whoosh. The fifth action is to stretch your arms and "pick up things" from the ground alternately from left to right. When you lift your legs, you need to dodge and fold them instantly, as if you will hurt them if you are slow, as if the tortoise quickly shrinks when you are in danger, and will be bitten by a shark if you are slow. The sixth action is to practice "one finger" in place, and then step "one touch" in place according to the rhythm of your body, Notice that after the foot starts to step, the arm still keeps the original rhythm, try to fully touch the eight pole watch. Then try to step forward and "touch". Note that there is no intermediate process here. Touch it once and it is very clean. The seventh action is like pushing up and pulling down the roller shutter door with both hands. To find the real feeling, pull it down to the end, which is called "three sets landing" in traditional martial arts.

oday, the main thing is to stand on the big stakes. Some people say that "teacher Han doesn't stand on the stakes." this is misleading. "The stakes" must stand. But we must understand the position of the stake in the whole training process. Why do we need to stand? What's the principle of the stand? What's the goal we need to achieve through the stand? How is the right way to stand? We need to know when to put down the matter of the stand? If we don't understand these, we can't just work hard. Now we stand the big momentum pile, reach forward to the distance, far away can not be further, at this time, the state is the moment when the blow is completed, which is called "completion". In this state, to practice "tight" and exert effect on the environmental objects is to keep "doing things" and not to be idle. If you are tired, you can continue to work in another direction. Or stand up and have a rest, and then try to sink after you recover a little. In a word, we should master the process by ourselves.

Today's lesson was disturbed by Lao Wang (laughs), and the content of the plan was not completed.

As we mentioned earlier, there are three basic elements in actual combat. The first is "speed". How to achieve the fastest speed, we usually want to empty the brain, nothing.

Only when you don't think about it, your body can respond to it automatically, and you can reach your fastest speed. This requires us to portray the correct thinking and behavior dynamic stereotypes in our subconscious. The so-called "more skilled people can't think and understand, and the thinker can't walk every inch" is the truth. As for the issue of "speed", you can refer to the chapter "on speed and Agility" in "on several key elements of real combat" written by Mr. Wu Xinliang. This paper is very incisive in the discussion of "speed".

The second is "power". Is to maximize the force. How to maximize? We know that people's overall force is the greatest. Therefore, it is required to form the habit of overall exertion. This is often called "integrity". How to get "integrity"? First of all, we are in the state of making loose, which requires that the loose be clean. It's usually called "nothing.". When it's tight, it's very tight. Be like an iron plate. So as to form the whole habit of exertion. There is also the need to strengthen the body's control of the far end, only to achieve full control of the far end, that all parts of the body are mobilized. This kind of ability should be obtained through the training of standing "big potential pile". According to my father, when Mr. Wang Xiangzhai taught boxing, he required to stand for at least four consecutive hours every day to reach the standard. When he came back, he found that the students' legs were too stiff to move. Most people can't bear to practice boxing in this way, so they quit. It's also a way for him to select talents. By the time my father (Han Xingqiao) taught our brother, it was reduced to two hours. Because during the cultural revolution, we couldn't go to the society to widely select talents. So many sons practiced and ran, but no one followed him to learn (laughter). So we can only lower the requirement by half. If you feel tired, he will ask you to stand up and rest for a while, then lower your posture and slowly adapt. So we are taught to make do with materials.

(laughter) if you want to practice boxing professionally, you need to practice for at least four hours every day to reach the standard and make progress. Two hours of practice can only keep the current level. Now I'm going to teach you to cut it in half, just ask you to keep practicing for an hour every day. Because they are all amateurs who come to study, it is unrealistic to ask for too much. They can basically master the contents of boxing. Therefore, it is only required that the "big trend pile" can stand for an hour every day, no less. Step by step, you can set an alarm clock. At the beginning of five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes, one by one, the body will adapt after a long time. What's more, it's better to integrate boxing practice into life, practice twice when you think about it, and practice "all the time, all the time". The third is "mode of action". That is to say, after you have the conditions of "speed" and "integrity", in what way do you finally apply your fastest and greatest force to the other party? In the attack, because you can't predict in advance what way the other party will attack you, this requires us to have a full range of free random response ability to the external environment, so as to meet the objective needs of the attack. How can we have such a full range of free and random response ability? This is to transfer the specific content mastered in the teaching process into the whole time and space, and realize the free response ability through continuous free transfer training. Therefore, whether you can complete free migration is also a sign to test whether your training objectives are achieved. From the perspective of meta teaching, whether transfer can be achieved or not is a sign of teaching success. So every content I talk about in my teaching is not only to convey a specific content, but also to express a teaching method, and also to demonstrate an ideological method. So "transfer" also includes three aspects: the transfer of teaching content, the transfer of teaching methods and the transfer of thinking methods. Through this teaching process, students should be able to draw inferences from one instance and gain the ability to learn and practice boxing by themselves. This is the final goal of the so-called subjective teaching in the second course of Yiquan.

Today we will talk about how to carry out "migration".

First, push the sandbag with one hand to find the real feeling of pushing the sandbag, and then push the distant buildings or other targets with the method of fake borrowing. If you have the feeling of pushing the real sandbag when doing the practice of fake borrowing, you can. One hand is OK, try it and carry it out together. Just now it was pushed. Now we poke it with the tip of our fingers. Just like the grain inspection before, we poke it in according to the grain bag with a sign. It's OK to poke into the grain bag when practicing. Try again. If you can't make a fist stab, you can try it. This is migration. First grasp a kind of motion state, and then do different forms of derivation. If you can keep your movement state unchanged when implementing various ways of action, it proves that you can migrate. It means that you already have this kind of general sports ability.

Now let's talk about the transfer of piles. We walk as usual, and then on the basis of normal walking, we hold our hands and continue to walk forward. I call "stop". Everyone immediately stop, keep the state of the moment just moving motionless, frozen, like sculpture. At this time, you are represented as a point in the whole movement track, which is a segment of the movement. Now let's think about a problem: people have two states of landing on one foot and two feet. Which state exists longer? Of course, one foot has a long time. Therefore, if we want to maintain the control ability in the whole movement process, we must be able to ensure that when one foot is on the ground, we can also have the same complete control ability as when two feet are on the ground, so as to ensure that we have the control ability in the whole movement. That is to say, only every position in the movement can be controlled, so as to ensure the control of the whole movement. So we must strengthen the practice of single leg pile. As long as the human body is in the middle of movement (the most important word is the present progressive tense in English), it requires us to be able to control it at every point. In this way, we can get the final free movement ability. In fact, every point in the motion track is a pile, which is the basic element of motion. So it is necessary to train "stake" at any point in the motion track to obtain the control ability of the whole motion. That is to say, if our bodies are balanced and real when our feet are in the air or on the ground, then the whole movement process can be controlled. Through my explanation just now, I think everyone should learn how to stand on a single leg pile by themselves, without my verbose.

After today's lecture, we should learn to practice boxing by ourselves. Last but not least, we teach boxing, not boxing. Boxing is about the principle of boxing. Boxing is the experience and concrete method of boxing. The principle of principle is to regulate the contents of all boxing. The so-called "migration" is to carry out the general deduction of principles and principles, and to implement them into every specific action. At the same time, we adopt the main teaching method. The main teaching method is to teach students to think, study and practice. Therefore, every student is required to put the principles and principles of boxing into practice.

Lesson 16

Up to now, we have been teaching boxing for nearly four months. According to the feedback from you to me, you have agreed and accepted the second course of Yiquan in terms of ideology. Do you really master it? It depends on whether you can do it in terms of action, which means you really understand it. Mr. Wang Yangming said that we should "combine knowledge with practice". If we can't "do", we still don't know.

Mr. Wang Guowei, a master of traditional Chinese studies, said in the words of the world: there are three kinds of realms for a great career and a University: "last night, the west wind withered the green trees, went to the high buildings alone, and looked at the end of the world", the first scene is also: "when the clothes become wider and wider, I will not regret it, but I will eliminate the haggard people", the second scene is also: "when people look for him, suddenly look back, the man is in the place where the lights are dim", This is the third frontier. Which realm are you in now? It must be the first realm, that is, with the thought, Kung Fu has not really reached the upper body. From now on, we are going to embark on the path of practicing kungfu, that is, to enter the second realm of "I will not regret when I'm wearing more and more clothes, and I'll be exhausted when I'm wearing more and more clothes". Since we are going to pursue boxing, we need to have a persistent, single-minded and unrepentant spirit.

Now we stand on the big pile. As we said before, the front hand is required to reach the end of the big pile. It can't be further away. The height of the front hand is slightly higher than the horizon, and the back hand is required to exceed the front elbow. Pay attention that the back leg can't kneel. The state at this time is called "completion", which is the state at the moment when the blow ends. In this state, start to "engage in affairs" and carry out "tight" and "loose" exercises. At this time, if a person pulls you, your whole body should be "tight" at the moment of being pulled. You can have a try when you go back. Take a hand target and experience what it's like to fight with a fist. If you are soft and get through with a fist, you have to be tight all over to resist. From this, you can know what it's like to be honest. If you are tired in one direction, you can stand a little higher or change the direction. If you don't complete the index, the shelves can't be scattered. Please keep in mind that we are now "never regret when our clothes are getting wider". What is it to lose a few Jin of meat.

Can we stand still? Can we move? Let's try. This is migration. First, walk naturally, then keep the same walking state as before, and carry on walking with both hands. Attention! Here we are not walking for the sake of walking, but moving forward for the purpose of exerting influence on the target. It's like our car won't start and we need to push a little further. If we are pushing the wall, push it in place, and it will fall down and finish the task. This is pushing the car. It needs to push for a long time. Then our feet need to move forward naturally. Otherwise you won't be able to push the car. It's natural. If you feel the need, you can find a real car and try to push it, to find the feeling that the foot moves forward naturally. When we practice, it's right if we walk as naturally as usual. If there is no natural coordination when holding hands, it is necessary to go back to the normal way of walking, find the feeling of natural walking, and then exert a role on the target through both hands, leading yourself to move forward naturally until it is the same as walking in peace. In the process of walking, stop if you want to stop and leave if you want to. Stop to do something, not idle, but also aim at the goal to work and do things, to see if you can control every point in the movement freely, but also "be true and honest".

Now let's practice punching your hands out like a sign. If you really want to feel like punching into a bag full of food and then pulling it out, the old saying "fist comes out of the sleeve" used to say this.

In order to let us be "true and honest" in the process of standing on the stake, the first content today is to first experience the feeling of the real hitting of the target. At the beginning, you can lighten up, give each other a process of adaptation, and then gradually increase until you hit with all your strength. Pay attention to the strike party should aim at the middle line of the other party, and the bear party must be "tight" at the moment of the other party's fist strike, and resist, or your defense line will be broken down, and then suffer heavy damage. It's like this when we are attacked in actual fighting, even more powerful. So it's necessary to often experience this real feeling. Through this real collision process, we can realize the real collision feeling. Through this real feeling, we are required to keep every action true. Especially engaged in painting and go teaching, the literati need more experience of this barbaric power (laughter).

So far, we have solved the problem of stereotyped thinking power. How to solve it, of course, is through the "four transcendence", which includes four aspects: formal logic, dialectics, ontology and transcendence. These have been said many times before, and important things need to be repeated. Keep everyone in a clear frame of mind. This will bring great convenience to the future teaching work.

The four basic ways of thinking have their own typical forms: the form of formal logic is "yes, no"; the form of dialectics is "both... And..."; the form of ontology is "so and so is so and so". The former "so and so" is the concept, the latter "so and so" is the thing itself; the transcendent noumenon is the current ongoing behavior, which is the present state of the world. It can't be said. It's the present continuous tense. Once spoken through language, it has become the definition of the past. In the past, there was an important classic of Zen, the Sutra of Vimalakirti. It is said that Manjusri Bodhisattva, instead of Buddha, went to visit the sick Vimalakirti, and all the disciples of Buddha followed him, hoping to hear some high opinions between Manjusri Bodhisattva and Vimalakirti. They discussed what is "the only way". At last, Manjusri Bodhisattva said, "no two dharmas are unspeakable.". When asked what is vimalakiri's "no two ways", vimalakiri said nothing. Give the right answer directly with behavior. This is the real "only way". What we mean by Yiquan is that "one" has no "two". In particular, our second course is the main body teaching method, which is manifested from the transcendental noumenon. The core of teaching is subject behavior. Therefore, we need to be able to understand what is "the only way".

As for the problem of "pile", we mainly talk about holding pile in the part of technical driving pile, which has evolved into positive side changing pile, size changing pile, along and reverse changing pile and pile in the process of walking. Which pile is the most important?

It's right to talk about holding piles or "big piles". We can grasp the "quality" of the station piles by holding piles. Through the "big potential pile", we can grasp the "quantity" of the station pile. With "quality" and "quantity" standing still, it's ok? Of course not, because the opponent is not a fixed target for you to fight in actual combat, which requires you to solve problems in sports. So what to do next? Of course, you also need to move and respond randomly in the movement. So we need to make sure that any point in the trajectory of the movement process can be the same, equal, and a pile, so we can. This is the meaning of single leg pile. Through the study of these three piles, you should be able to stand all the piles.

Today's last topic is to review song's migration. First, push it out, don't want to do anything. Put down all the things you practiced before. There is nothing. It's just clean. Push the sandbags out really, and then turn them into hands to stick in and pull out like a sign. You can reflect on yourself and what kind of behavior it should be. The so-called "no two ways" is "one". We should push things out and plunge them in at once. All the training behaviors in the second course are derived from nature. This plug-in behavior is the beginning of migration and also reflects the training principle. This is where all the rest of the action begins.

Due to the lack of staff last week, today we will make up the content of the last lesson for some people. In fact, practicing boxing is to solve two aspects: the stereotype of thinking power and the stereotype of behavior power. The stereotype of thinking power is solved by "four transcendences", which include formal logic, dialectics, ontology and transcendence. These four basic ways of thinking have their own typical forms of expression: the form of formal logic is "yes, no"; the form of dialectics is "that is... And..."; the form of ontology is "so and so is so and so". The former "so and so" is the concept, the latter is the thing itself; the transcendent noumenon is the ongoing behavior, the present state of the world, which is the only way and can not be said. This has been said several times. Because this is a core content, important things to say three times! In fact, three times is not enough, to say repeatedly, repeatedly remind. Until each of us in doing and speaking can realize that their thoughts are from which angle. It also includes seeing people do things and talk. As soon as he opens his mouth, you will know from which angle he is speaking. Of course, it also includes my teaching process, which sentence is from the perspective of the first course, which sentence is from the perspective of the second course. Your heart should be clear. It's easy to learn boxing. We talked about the practice of "pile" and "migration" in behavioral dynamic stereotype. At the beginning, I'll talk about supporting and holding piles,

In fact, "stake" is this one. It's a state of motion. Through this one, you can grasp the "tight" state of motion. The back piles are all changed from here. The teaching of our second course is divided into stages according to the movement state of the body. After mastering the basic state, the shape of "pile" has several changes: positive, oblique, large, small, high, low, smooth, reverse, single and double. It's because in different space, it responds to different targets. People in order to remember, and the convenience of teaching, do a morphological classification. People are used to call positive "pile" as "health pile", and oblique "pile" as "technical pile". In fact, the difference between health pile and technical pile is not in form. Those who adjust the internal state of human body are health piles; those who adjust the relationship between body and external environment are skill piles. As for the positive inclination of piles, the same is true. If 45 ° deviation is oblique, then 15 ° deviation is oblique. Of course, it must also be oblique. Furthermore, there is no absolute right. So we can't see it all to death. The so-called "migration" is to let you always be in the state when you stand in the movement, and the stand is to let you understand and grasp the whole movement state as a means.

Now that we have talked about the principles, we have already talked about them. The rest is the problem of practicing them. How to practice? "True" is the key. That is to say, "the source of Tao is real". What do you mean? We say "everything comes from nature". Because it's natural to be Taoist. This problem is illustrated by the migration of single leg piles. First, we walk naturally as usual, and then carry on walking on the basis of normal walking. At this time, if we feel that the whole state of the person after holding the two hands is the same as before, and walking is still as natural as usual, that's right. If it is different and unnatural, there will be problems. It is necessary to put down the handle again and return to the natural state, and then hold it again until it is natural. It's natural to walk with both hands. On this basis, gradually lower the center of gravity and slow down the speed to see if you can keep the natural state. After that, you can try to call yourself "stop". It's the transition from a moving state to a stopped state. Once you stop, do you realize that you are in a state of standing "pile"? If that is OK, you can try to experience the feeling of every point "pile" in the movement again. A "pile" is a "point" in motion. "Stake" itself is not a movement, but a teaching method designed to grasp the movement. It is not an end. The origin of pile is the movement process of human nature. This is the meaning of everything from nature. In order to grasp the movement, we divide the continuous movement into fixed points for cognition and grasp. Of course, once you grasp the state of the point, you must restore it to the movement. This work depends on migration training. Migration needs to be carried out step by step. It is required to make a gradual transition between the two adjacent points. It is not allowed to jump too much, and the desire for speed is not achieved. This is based on the principle of similarity. That is to say, under the condition of keeping most of the factors unchanged, it is easier to grasp a certain content by changing it. According to my past teaching experience, every transferred content can be basically stabilized in the subconscious through 7-10 days of practice. In this way, it is very slow, and the actual progress will be very smooth.

If we want to do well in the state that every point in the movement is a stake, what should we do? First of all, we need to be "true to the source", the source should be right, everything should be brought out from nature; second, we need to be "true and honest", and every step from the beginning should be solid and true. If the front is not solid, we will not do the back. For example, today we will only stand on one big post, if we don't practice, we will make it solid. When my father taught boxing, he had to practice three months for one pile. In those three months, if he didn't practice anything else, he would only practice this pile. That's how Kung Fu came out. The reason is very simple. If you can't practice the big stakes on both feet, it's impossible to find the state that every point in the movement is a "stake". After you are able to stand a pile, then you need to start the migration training. You can't die in a pile. Because the stake is not a movement. The ancients also paid attention to "entering", "living" and "leaving". To enter is to learn, to live is to grasp, to leave is to use. In the end, we have to say that we have no luck. You can't stay in any state. So we can't stand the pile dead.

Summer vacation is coming, my boxing teaching activity will come to an end. It will be suspended for two months. During this period, you need to practice boxing normally without interruption. The main task of this period is to practice the content before. Only when the foundation is solid, can the tall buildings be built.

Although I haven't been able to do activities with you recently, I have been concerned about your boxing practice. First of all, I'd like to ask you if you have insisted on standing in this period of time. You must insist on standing every day. Everything comes from nature, find and stabilize this comfortable and natural state, and do it in one hug. In the "loose" migration practice, it is also carried out in accordance with the principle of moving state in space. The purpose of the so-called "loose" migration is to dredge the boxing path, which should be both true and natural. It is a natural response to the target in the surrounding environment. You can't have a fixed target or use force intentionally. Otherwise, you will practice a fixed move and return to the old way. You must remember that this is a "loose" migration exercise, which is to cultivate a natural state of response. If we find that the state is not right in the process of practice, we should trace back to the original state and develop from the correct source. The transfer of "tight" starts from the holding pile, and the transfer of "loose" starts from the "one finger, one touch, one push" to find the state, and then let them move forward naturally. In addition, I'd like to ask again if the independent pile in the movement has insisted on standing? This is also the key to practice. Because no matter how solid the fixed pile station is, it should also serve for "moving". To be honest in sports is to be honest. Because in fighting activities, our target is a moving living person, not a fixed stake and sandbag. The final attack and defense are all in motion. Most of the time, we are on one foot. So we have to have the same movement ability in the state of one leg landing. Of course, first of all, we must be able to be true and honest when we are not moving, and only when we are moving can we be true and honest. This order must be understood.

Unstable and honest is not a stake, and unnatural and comfortable is far from the road. Fist theory is about principle. The first thing we stress in fist practice is that we should be right on the road and "the source of Tao is real". That is to say, at the beginning of practice, the first behavior comes from the natural and real response of the human body to the environment. Only in this way can we guarantee that the dynamic stereotypes in our subconscious are correct. (the wrong thing is that we can't practice) and our ultimate training goal is to achieve the goal of "never expect but never know". This is the end of the road. Because it is a natural reaction state of the subconscious mind that "no time, no knowledge". Therefore, all the training contents should be considered from the depiction of the subconscious's sports dynamic stereotype. Because all our actions are portrayed in the subconscious. So if it is to be used in the future, it is to be practiced now. If we practice now, we can use it in the future. Therefore, from the beginning, every action should be natural and real.

Our boxing practice is the process from the beginning to the end. It is pushed forward through continuous migration between the two. Migration is a core issue in the process of boxing practice, which is easy to be alienated. That is to say, it's easy to get off the right track and go astray unconsciously. The reason is that there is no life experience of fighting. That is to say, I didn't actually fall and hit. Because all truths exist in objective facts, they should be found through actual collision. Therefore, students are required to ensure that "Tao source is real" in practice. In the process of migration, they need to often experience the real feeling on the actual object, such as "push" and "pull", etc., and then they can use the real feeling in the fake practice. If possible, we should often practice fighting with each other. To get a real experience. If you practice faking for a long time and don't experience the real feelings, it's hard to think about "faking" for a long time, and you'll become a fake fist. What we pursue is truth, goodness and beauty. The core of truth, goodness and beauty is truth. If the truth is not practiced, the result can only be false or ugly. Why does real fighting practice have a normative effect on our practice? This is because all truths exist in objective facts. Let's make dumplings, for example. It has an objective production process. You have to prepare the stuffing first, then the skin, then the boiled water, then you can go down. If this rule is violated, it must be "slice soup". This is the stipulation of objective things. We call it objective rationality. If you break it, you can't do it. Besides objective reason, there is also subjective reason. That is, we should speak and do things logically. This logic is the subjective form of objective facts in the mind.

Mr. Wang Xiangzhai once asked, "why is there such a move"? In fact, it requires that post scholars first grasp the correct "move" from the height of principle and principle. By grasping the right "move", we can grasp thousands of actions. It's meaningful to transfer and Practice on the basis of grasping the "move", otherwise it's not "boxing". Boxing is to guide and standardize the practice of specific sports through principles and principles.

We should not be misled by the above sentence, "if possible, we should often practice fighting with each other". We should think that we can do the practice of breaking hands unconditionally at the beginning. "Fight against each other" is also carried out in stages, which should be subdivided into conditional exercises (such as shooting target) and unconditional exercises (practice of breaking hands). At the beginning, you can do some conditional exercises, such as shooting targets and sandbags. Don't blindly carry out unconditional practice, or you will hit the air in disorder, go back to the old way, and the old habits are hard to get rid of. So what is the best stage for the practice of breaking hands unconditionally? It must be appropriate to do it after grasping the correct "move". We should follow the training sequence of "quality first, quantity second" and the teaching principle of "step by step".

Boxing is to standardize and grasp all sports contents through principles and principles. Therefore, we also need to have an overall understanding of the theoretical system of boxing in the second course, to find out why each specific exercise content should be done? What is the position and role in the whole teaching process? After we find out the theoretical system of boxing, let all our specific sports practice be completed under the correct theoretical guidance. In this way, we can always grasp the correct movement, and then transfer and grasp thousands of movements. As a boxing theory, it belongs to our subjective understanding of the objective. This kind of subjective knowledge is also produced in the process of objective practice. It is a reflection of objective rationality in the subjective aspect, and we have the ability to reflect and grasp it. So we can grasp the objective practice through theoretical understanding. Hegel's "little logic" is about the development of this subjective logic. I don't want to talk about it here. If you are interested in it, you can check it by yourself. With the norms of practice and theory, we can ensure that we are both sincere and natural, so as to ensure that we can move forward in the correct training track, and finally achieve the result of "not expect but, not know but arrive".

The norms of the front and the back of the road and the practice theory mentioned above are the fundamental principles to ensure that we practice boxing correctly. In the language of philosophy, the theoretical basis of Lu tou's introduction from nature is "the way of nature", which is "purposeless and purposive". At the end of the road, the "unexpected but natural" is the combination of the subject and the object. It is the highest level of all skills and even personality cultivation. This head and tail are all contained in nature. It can be said that they are all in one. At the beginning, they are extremely fruitful. On the way, it is based on the objective historical linear occurrence law. Restricted by the norms of objective rationality and subjective rationality, this is the guarantee that we always march on the right path. Objective reason and subjective reason are one, because "the possibility condition of experience is the possibility condition of experience object". In the past, there was a book called "the right way of Yiquan". The content we discussed here can be said to be "the right way of boxing study". With these basic principles, we can always advance our boxing study under the guidance of the brilliance of reason.

If you think that a thing is right and worth doing, just do it. You don't need to think too much about success or failure. In the future, the effect will appear. Today, I would like to borrow a paragraph from Mr. Hu Shi's essay to the graduates to share with you: "in the Buddhist Scripture, there is a saying:" a blessing is not a donation. " Tang donated money in vain. We should also say, "no contribution, no contribution!" no effort will be lost in vain. When we can't see, when we can't imagine, in the direction we can't see,

You see! The seeds you have planted have already taken root, started to blossom and bear fruit! "" you should be convinced that there is no vain effort in the world. I don't have to be the one to succeed, and I don't have to donate my skills. "

The two-month summer vacation has ended. From today on, we will continue our teaching activities of Yiquan. Because the teaching goal of the second course is to portray the dynamic stereotype in the subconscious. So I want to let you digest and implement the content taught in the previous stage through the two months of summer vacation. But through the observation of your current state, what I am worried about is that you have split up in the speed of progress. Some people have completed the expected homework, and some people still have a big gap. If you move here, I'll know if you've worked hard in this period of time. I can't help you. As the old saying goes, "if you don't practice for one day, you will know, if you don't practice for two days, you will know. If you don't practice for three days, everyone in the world will know." that's the truth. Of course, because we are not professionals, everyone's situation is different, and it is difficult to require everyone to be consistent. But as for boxing practice, we arrange the content according to the natural sequence of behavior, so if the content in front can't be implemented, the content in the back can't be carried out. It's like building a tall building. If you don't build a first floor, you want to build a third floor. It's impossible. Therefore, everyone needs to practice boxing in a self-discipline spirit. In this way, we can ensure that our teaching activities go on normally. Only in this way can we get real gains from this study.

Talk less, no matter you are ahead or behind, our teaching activities still need to move forward. We talked about the migration of "loose" first, mainly including three moves: "push", "insert" (pierce the palm), then change from "insert" to "punch" (drill fist), and then split fist and smash fist. This is the three boxing of Xingyi boxing, which is the most basic. All the punches evolved from one push. Because from the perspective of boxing, this "push" is "the subject exerts a role on the object". No matter what fist or leg, the subject exerts an effect on the object. So all boxing skills are derived from this "push". It's the same as the single palm, double palm and shunshi palm in the eight trigrams and the straight fist, swing fist and hook fist in boxing. They all come from here. In the past, it was called "unblocking boxing". It is to form stable moves. Now we need to let the response behavior happen naturally in everyone through the previous training process. What you need is what you need to accomplish naturally. With this ability, all boxing skills are in it.

We've already finished talking about the migration of "song". The rest is that we'll go back to practice frequently.

From today on, we will continue to move forward with the migration of "tight". As for the transfer of "tight", we used to control the movement state in the fixed space mainly through the practice of standing large potential piles and single leg piles. Through the typical teaching, students can grasp the "quality" of sports state. Now we need to try whether we can control the pile state in all spaces. That is to transfer the motion state obtained in the typical to the general space. Now let's try the push-pull exercise first. In the past, it was called Wulong curling arm. In order to make it easier to grasp the movement state, we should simply push and pull first. Now let's stand on a "push" pile, and keep the whole body pushing the target in front of us into a tight state. There is a point. Then slowly move the target forward a certain distance, thus forming a second "push" pile. That is to say, the second point is formed. The track formed by pushing from the first pile to the second pile is to move from the first point in space to the second point, thus forming a line. We know that a line is made up of countless points. In other words, there are actually countless piles between the two piles. So we can grasp the countless piles through the propulsion between the two piles. It's through this method that we can transfer the ability of grasping motion from point to line. So that they eventually migrate to the whole space. Mr. Zong Baihua, the master of aesthetics, once quoted Rodin's words in his article after seeing Rodin's sculpture: "we should first make sure that" moving "is a transformation from one status quo to the second. ... 'moving image' is the middle process that can show the current situation. ... at the same time, we can see the traces of the past of the first status quo and the shadow of the birth of the second status quo... "You can refer to it when you have time. The content of this paper will be helpful for us to understand the essence of sports. Through this exercise, we can realize that the stake is only a training method, not the purpose of training. The purpose of our training is to exercise ability, and exercise does not exist in any fixed position. What we need is to have the overall behavior ability in the process of any spatial movement. This is why we have summed up this part of the training content into the "tight" training stage. From here we can better understand why the basic model of our teaching is: to show that there is a phase, to get the sense is to stop, to move the sense is not to stop, consciously round. That is to say, every specific teaching content should be put down once it is completed. In this way, you can finish the whole exercise. With this understanding, we can effectively prevent the consequences of "dead standing piles, dead standing piles, dead standing piles"

In the process of practice, one of the previous goals is continuously "pushed" and "pulled". When pushing, don't think about "pulling". Just push, push to the end, and the body will come back naturally. Similarly, when pulling, don't think about "pushing", just pull, pull to the end, and the body will go back naturally. That is to say, you don't need to think about how to change when you change. At the end of the line, your body will change naturally. It's a bit like the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei's "when you go to the water poverty, sit and watch the clouds rise" (laughter). In the past, Taijiquan also talked about "cathode generates Yang, anode generates Yin". It also expresses the meaning of natural transformation. We should pay special attention to two points here: first, we must try to be "tight" in the push-pull process, because we are doing "tight" migration. Second, we should try to be as slow as possible at the beginning. The so-called "the slower the line is, the closer the spirit is". Every point is a "pile". Try to experience as many piles as possible. Let's try again. Once we stop pushing, will it revert to a fixed pile? If so, it means that you've done it right and have tight migration ability. And when you do push-pull, when the travel reaches the maximum range, it can be changed stably. Then you can try to push and pull to the half of the travel again to see if it can be changed. If the movement range is smaller, it can't be tried. If it's high, it can't be tried. If it's low, it can't be tried. Or that sentence, because we are the main body teaching, Every behavior is a response behavior between the same environment, and every response behavior is sent out by subjective motivation, so we should play our own subjective initiative at any time. Therefore, we should not be stupid and die there. We should dare to take the initiative to try. We should try every situation, every position and every goal. We can't narrowly think that those specific actions are "test force", but through various "test" methods, we can obtain the initiative spirit, grasp the movement ability in each space, and obtain the recognition of various desired behaviors.

Just now, push-pull is a front and back exercise. Let's practice left and right again. Of course, this is also an active migration training. This kind of left and right practice I call "dragon cloth rain". We are still aiming at a goal to "move over" and "move over" continuously. It's like moving a big water tank in front of you. In the process of "moving", always keep an eye on a target, hold the target with both hands and have the feeling of "inserting" it forward. You can try both the size and height. It seems that I am a dragon. I go to the sky to distribute rain. There are around, so there are up and down. In the past, this kind of up and down practice was called "turtle out of water". Imagine that I am a turtle in the vast blue water. I float out of the water and rise with a red sun. We just need to find our own mental state. Lead our bodies to exercise. As for Yiquan, of course, we should talk about consciousness activities. I hope you can understand the truth. I know the principle. It's the same before and after. Our migration exercises are all derived from the principles.

There used to be a lot of people who thought that it was necessary to "loosen up" a little bit when switching, but in fact it was not. Whether it's up and down, left and right, or before and after practice, it's more necessary to be "tight" at the transition point. I feel that it's the end of the line, and then "tight" once again, it's the transition and back. The "tightness" at the end is very important to the transformation, which used to be called "anti struggle". It's like jumping a goat at school. If you want to jump up, you have to press down hard. You can have a serious experience.

I happened to review Mr. Huang Binhong's five methods of "flat", "round", "stay", "heavy" and "change" these two days. Mr. Huang Binhong talks about Chinese painting. I think it's very appropriate to explain our boxing skills. The so-called "balance" is a living and dynamic balance. It can also be called "Yin Yang balance". It's OK to say that we can see the ground from the middle view; the so-called "circle" means that we can live well without stagnation. The expression of the movement process is continuous and round, without edges and corners or dead angles. The so-called "stay" means that every part of the movement, even the smallest part, should be able to maintain complete control ability and maintain complete and vivid charm. The so-called "heavy" is the power and strength. Every movement is "true and honest" and has the real ability to act on the environment. The so-called "change", That is, to be flexible and flexible. It can also be said that it is a "living soul" or that it is "living without a place". Just can't die there. To play their own initiative, to play their own spirit of freedom. I don't know if there is a higher common law behind drawing and boxing. I just hope that the "five techniques" can help us to understand and grasp today's practice content.

Today, we will continue to move forward the content of the last lesson. Before we talk about the new content, we need to further emphasize that when we do "push", "pull", "move", "move" and "get out of the water", we must be honest, not too "water", because these practice contents belong to the "tight" migration category after all. Otherwise, they all become fake boxing. If one day we are going to fight, we will be in trouble.

In the last lesson, we talked about how to push and pull the "one" target to interact with the same fixed target object. Today we're going to practice "mind shift.". That is to say, the state of interaction with one target object should be transferred to another target object. We set two goals a and B in front of us. First, we pull goal a and then push it out, as we practiced in the last lesson. After obtaining stable holding ability on this line, then push and pull target B to achieve the same holding ability on both lines. This is the first step. Then on this basis, we try to pull target a back and push target B out, pull target B back and push target a again. This kind of repeated practice only needs the eyes to change the direction of strength naturally in the process of changing from one goal to another, without thinking about the movement change on the shape, and all is naturally completed. Note that the center is a continuous circle without pause. It's all over again. This transformation is like that we usually give you tea. You take a big plate of tea and go to Mr. Zhang. After Mr. Zhang takes a cup, you go to Mr. Li again, so Mr. Li also takes a cup from it. In this process, you always hold the tea tray and don't put it down. After delivering one cup after another, your eyes just change direction. That is to say, when your intention changes, your body's response relationship changes at the same time. That's why we call it "transformation of consciousness". Let's have a try.

After this practice, let's try again. This time, we first push goal a out, then pull goal b back, then push goal B out, and then pull goal a back. Try this. If we can, we already have the ability to transform from one goal to another. In the process of transformation, it is only necessary to realize that the direction of the object and force of action will naturally change, and the movement change on the shape will be completed without thinking. This process is still continuous and round without pause.

The purpose of this practice of consciousness conversion is to make our body behavior change naturally with the change of consciousness. At the beginning, we are one goal, then add to two goals, then to multiple goals, until we can freely transform and deal with any goal in space. At this time, we will really get the ability to respond freely. In the future, as soon as the external goal changes, our body will change accordingly, which shows the free spirit of our body. This random response ability is called "Hunyuan force". Hunyuan power is the ability to grasp the random response of all objects in all spaces. Is the grasp of all possibilities. When a need arises at a certain time, our body can give a natural and appropriate response. In a specific response, we respond to a specific target, and our body sends out a specific force. We know that the force is a vector. There are directions and sizes in unit time. So Hunyuan force is the grasp of the possibility of exerting force in space. Not at the same time up, down, left, right, front and back. In unit time, we can only use force in one direction. Therefore, when we deal with single goal, we should be true and honest, and in the transformation of different goals, we can play a free spirit and grasp all possibilities at random. We achieve this goal through the practice of consciousness conversion. Of course, if we want to achieve such a state, we need to practice step by step, step by step, and every step should be solid. When I was studying calligraphy and painting, I found that the ancient people's evaluation of calligraphy and painting can be divided into four levels: capable, wonderful, divine and easy. I feel that the so-called "able product" is to be able to achieve the reality of painting; the "wonderful product" is to be able to achieve the nature of painting; the "divine product" is to be able to create subjectively, and the "Yipin" is that the subject can obtain complete freedom. I don't know if that's right. In short, I feel that the ultimate pursuit of human beings is the freedom of the subject. It is the subject's ability to move freely. It is the self realization of the spirit of freedom. Our final pursuit of boxing and various arts should be the same. I say this just to provide you with a reference, hope to help you learn.

Today is the Mid Autumn Festival. We have plenty of time. Let's review what we said in the last lesson. Or set two goals a and B in front. First pull back goal a, and then push goal B out. Pull back from goal B, and then push out goal a. Now that we're done with the practice, we'll push goal a out, then pull goal B over, then push goal B out, and then pull goal a over. This completes the transformation of consciousness on two goals. The pull back position is a near end transition. Now let's try to shift consciousness to the far end. In this note, there must be no pause, change of strength or conscious change of action in the conversion of consciousness from one goal to another. It is the corresponding natural change of the body caused by the change of the object of consciousness. That is to say, "push" and "pull" should be made into one continuous thing instead of being divided into two processes. From the perspective of consciousness analysis, our objects of consciousness - the surrounding environment, they are continuous. When we are awake, our conscious activities are continuous. Therefore, the interaction between the subject's consciousness and the object's environment has become a continuous existence. The past sages described this kind of state as "Flowing Clouds and flowing water", now they call it "stream of consciousness". Because we understand and grasp human behavior from the perspective of human consciousness activities. Through the above analysis, we can realize that this state of consciousness flow is also a natural state of human beings. If we have the ability to recognize and grasp this natural state, we can also naturally do a good job in the transformation of consciousness mentioned above.

When this transformation of consciousness is completed, we can find out externally that the change of eyes from one goal to another (the change of the object of consciousness) is actually a kind of "flexibility" of consciousness. If you have a chance to observe the changes of monkey's expression, you will understand the meaning. The monkey's eyes beat between different targets, and the speed is amazing. People say it's "monkey", not "pig" (laughter). Of course, all other animals are also spiritual, but people only give this adjective to monkeys, which shows that monkeys are outstanding in this aspect. We can experience the spirit of human beings by observing the behavior of monkeys.

Another problem we need to pay attention to is to "tighten" as much as possible when "pushing" and "pulling", because the purpose of our training process is to achieve the ability of "tightening" in all spaces. In this way, in the future, we can exert forces on the outside world in various spaces. Only tight can exert effect on the outside world. Looseness is only a precondition of tightness. We are mainly practicing "tight" at this stage.

Now let me ask you, can you fight the enemy out when you are tight? Of course not, because you didn't do anything. We all know that the expression formula of work in physics is as follows:

W = f (force) × s (displacement)

For example, I asked the porter to move a pile of bricks from the first floor to the third floor, but he just picked them up and put them down again and again in place, so even though he was tired to death, I could not pay him. Because the bricks didn't move. That is to say, he didn't do the actual work. When we understand this, we will know that it is useless for your pile to stand strong again, because the muscles contract in place and do no work. Therefore, it has no effect on the surrounding environment. Knowing this truth, in turn, forces us to make further reflection and understanding of the principle, purpose and significance of the stake. Only in this way can we have a better understanding of the stake and stand correctly, otherwise we will all die in the stake!

Through the above discussion, we know that if we want to complete a movement, we must go through a space. In the previous teaching, the loose is not a movement, the tight is not a movement, they are just a typical state in the process of movement. Only in the process of transition between the loose and tight States is movement. This also leads to our teaching content today - "loose tight conversion". We want to achieve this complete "move" by learning the following "tension conversion".

Let me ask you again. Did you push a car forward for a long time? Did you do any work. So what happened to the car with this work. We know that when a force is applied to an object, it will produce two different results: one is to produce displacement, that is, to cause the spatial position of the object to move; the other is to produce deformation, that is to say, although the spatial position of the object does not move, its physical structure has changed. This is like a car being hit by a heavy hammer. Although the car is still in place, but the car itself has been seriously damaged. Obviously, the main purpose of boxing practice is not to shift the target (except for performance and fitness), but to transform it. Then you push a car forward a certain distance with force, which makes the car move. Did the car deform itself? No way. So what is the decisive factor for the deformation of the target? Let's first look at the mechanical formula: F in the formula is the force, t is the acting time of the force, M is the mass of the moving object, V1 is the initial speed of the moving object, V2 is the final speed of the moving object. Both force and velocity are vectors, with both size and direction; then the product of force and time is impulse as well as vector, with both size and direction.

In order to explain the problem conveniently and simply, we assume that the direction of force, velocity and impulse is the same, and the initial velocity V1 is zero. According to the transformation of the above formula, f = (mv2-mv1) / T is obtained. Then the larger the end velocity V2 of the moving object is, the smaller the action time t is, and the larger the force F on the target is. Therefore, when the mass of the moving object is constant, we can say that the speed is the force. The action time t is the moment when the two sides are in contact with each other. That is to say, the faster the tension conversion, the greater the strength.

It is concluded that the faster the elastic conversion speed is, the greater the strength is and the greater the deformation degree of the target is. In the past, we used to call it "power generation". In fact, it's the way of attacking opponents. We divide the teaching and training process into loose, tight, loose and tight transition and loose shape and tight meaning, which is divided according to the typical movement states experienced by "move" in the process of time. Through the grasp of "movement", the students can grasp the essence of sports. Just now, we reviewed the contents of the last lesson about "push", "pull" and consciousness conversion. In fact, we did a lot of preparatory activities for the practice of tension conversion to avoid sports injury due to insufficient preparation of physical state.

Now, we're going to put our feet together, flex our bodies, try to shrink them, and let them loose. When you have confirmed that your whole body is in a loose state, then slowly expand, and your body is in a tight state. The back of the head and neck is led up, the arms are round, and the palms are cut to both sides. It used to be called "five bows around the body". (Note: as this is a written description, it uses the expression of the first tutorial. Although there is an order of expression, the whole body enters the state at the same time. In the actual practice process, the confirmation of the body state is completed through the awareness in the process of the previous practice. I'm here to draw your attention to the fact that this is to make a "farewell to Jane". That is to say, before expressing a content, we should first make a prerequisite restriction on the language environment of our own way of expression, so as to avoid misunderstanding of students due to our own expression. )After the whole body is in a tight state, self confirmation is carried out. When the tight state is also confirmed, the body will shrink back to the original loose state. Confirm again. Repeat this several times. When you find that you have been able to stably grasp the two states of your body. You can try to jump from the loose state to the tight state. There is no transition between the two state transitions, that is, to jump directly from 0 to 1. From loose to tight, it is completed in an instant, and then further confirmation is made to see if it really enters the tight state. If it is confirmed that it is still correct, it means that you have grasped the transition from loose to tight. Now let's have a try.

In the past, when we talked about "two don't know" boxing, we actually meant that the speed of boxing was too fast, which was beyond the speed range of people's perception and judgment, so that the brains of both sides of the enemy and ourselves had not yet responded to what happened. Now it is required that the elastic conversion be completed in an instant. One is to improve the momentum of movement by increasing the speed of movement. Second, by increasing the speed and not giving the other party reaction time, it can never form a closed loop of "observation judgment decision action". Because our behavior responds faster than your opponent's, so our action is faster than your opponent's. when he has not made a decision, the situation of our enemy has changed because of my action, so he has to observe and judge again, so he can never complete the decision and action. The above two points are the reason why we need to put forward speed requirements for "move".

Here I would like to further remind you that we are practicing martial arts. In the past, Mr. Wang Xiangzhai called it the study of life. "Wu" is the fight of life, not the square dance that my aunt danced, as long as my body and mind are healthy. When I moved to Zhuhai, I saw fishermen on the seashore fishing with mobile phones. The old fisherman in the area told me that you can't catch the fish with real vitality. As soon as you lift the net, it feels the coming of the crisis and flies out. Only the dead fish wriggled and struggled for a few times, and then went up with the net. Later, when I teach students to work hard, I will tell you this example, hoping that students can understand what real work is. Recently, as like as two peas of Mr. Gu's "Gu Sui Chan Chan", I found one chapter devoted to the case of carp through the net, which is exactly the same as I heard. If you are interested, please refer to it. Our "power" is to "flapping". This is the eruption of vitality! It is also called "spiritual stimulation". This is not to be false. I hope that the students must be honest. If what you usually do is fake, then what you portray in your subconscious is fake. Once you meet the enemy, what you subconsciously reflect is fake, then you will die!

Through the above introduction, you may have understood the nature of "power generation". It's just a real push. Ancient sages in the past said that beating people is like burning, like lightning and flint. One way to understand it is to express your power as if you were scalded by a burning fire, and your whole body suddenly started. It's like two flints colliding violently and sparks bursting out. On the other hand, when you really work hard, you will feel like a fire all over your body, "brush" and sweat all over your body. You can confirm whether you have done it right from here.

Because this kind of exercise is the concentrated release of energy in the whole body, it needs to consume a lot of physical energy. So you can do it several times a time, not too much. It's like the camera can't keep flashing. If you keep flashing, the battery will burn out in a few strokes. This kind of extreme thing, if you don't pay attention to it, will cause unnecessary damage to yourself. Therefore, when practicing boxing, we should have the consciousness of protecting our body at any time. If we can practice, we must be able to raise and combine. Don't make efforts at ordinary times. When you practice to a certain extent and feel in good condition, you can try to do it a few times. When you do it, you need to get it through. In addition, we need to pay attention to push, pull and pull before doing the "power" exercise. It is necessary to do a stretching exercise. The purpose is to practice after your body is fully active, otherwise it is easy to cause self injury.

Today is the last lesson of this free boxing teaching activity. According to last Saturday's practice, I don't think you have done very well in the "consciousness conversion" part. Since it is universal, it shows that I may not have been thorough in expression at that time. In order to ensure that everyone can pass the test, I have combed it again. Today, let's review and consolidate this part first.

In the previous section, we talked about the formation of consciousness flow in the process of interaction between subjective consciousness and objective environment. Now it should be stressed that the interaction between the host and the guest takes place in the six gatekeepers. Therefore, our consciousness should continuously focus on the objective object. Secondly, we should emphasize that our second course is based on ontology. By the time you have interacted with the objective environment, it has become the transcendental ontology. We say that practicing boxing is to play the instinct of nature. How do you know you have this instinct? What does it look like? It needs to be discovered when the subject and the object interact. Is "to use the body". For example, if I push you, your leg will naturally step back. This step is in a proper place. At this time your brain doesn't think about where to step. This is your instinctive response. It's the instinct of balance that works. So you know you have this instinct. Therefore, our consciousness should continuously focus on the objective object. Discover and play your instincts when the subject and the object interact. Secondly, we should emphasize that our second course is based on ontology. By the time you have interacted with the objective environment, it has become the transcendental ontology. You are creating a reality with nature. You show your initiative. It presents everything under the impetus of subjective initiative. At this time, it is no longer regulated by any reason. That is to say, what you do now is what you do. You just have to do it with all your heart.

In the previous section, we talked about the interaction between subjective consciousness and objective environment to form a stream of consciousness. When we talked about the standing post, I mentioned Mr. Huang Binhong's five strokes of "flat", "round", "reserved", "heavy" and "changed". At that time, it was to let the students know that all sports were started from a point of space. Can also be resolved into a specific point. So we have to practice every point, that is, pile very solid. On this basis, all kinds of sports can be achieved. At that time, I said that we should turn round when we change. Now I want to ask you a question, do we need to consider "circle" when we do the transformation of consciousness? Of course not! Our behavior comes from "noumenon", and the process of behavior is "transcendent noumenon". Therefore, we only need to keep the continuous correspondence with the environment, and nature will present the movement form of circle transformation. The so-called "gold filings can't be put into the eyes". Although gold filings are precious and good, they can't be put into the eyes, otherwise the eyes will be blind. So at this time, all methods should be abandoned. In this way, you can show your spirit of freedom.

In terms of concrete operation, we still set up two goals a and B. The distance between the two targets should be as close as possible, because according to the similarity principle of migration, it's easier to switch in this way at the beginning of learning. After being proficient, the distance between the two targets can be increased gradually, so that any point can be selected at last. In the process of pushing a goal, consciousness has been transferred to B goal. Don't think of any movement changes in your hands. As soon as the object of consciousness changes, the direction of "power" will naturally change. In the process of pulling B target, you can also switch to a target. No matter push, pull or switch, they keep a stable "tight" state. In this way, in the process of pushing and pulling, you can repeatedly switch between the two goals. In the same way, we can not only switch between pushing and pulling, but also between pushing and pressing. Let's try. The final goal is to be able to transform freely among any spatial objects, so as to obtain all-round free response ability. So you're going to try to see if you're free to switch at any point.

Today we're going to talk about the practice of changing the tension. Now, we are going to put our legs (feet) together and try to shrink our body to make it completely loose. Let's make sure whether it's really "loose". When you have confirmed that your whole body has been in a loose state, then slowly expand, and your whole body is in a tight state at the same time, and then confirm whether you are really "tight". When the tight state is confirmed, the body should be shrunk back to the original loose state and reconfirmed. Repeat this several times, when you find that you have been able to stably grasp the two states of the body. You can try to jump from the loose state to the tight state. There is no transition between the two states, that is, to jump from 0 to 1 directly. From loose to tight, it will be completed in an instant, and then further confirmation will be made to see whether it is in a tight state at once. We say that 0 is a 0, 1 is a 1, 1 is the whole meaning. So this kind of movement from loose to tight is what we pursue. The whole is the whole movement. If this elastic transformation can be confirmed, this is the preliminary grasp of the overall movement mode. This is the content of the last lesson.

For the convenience of teaching, today I brought a toy that everyone may have played as a child. It's a thread that goes through two pinholes of a button. Lines form a ring. Now you see, can I turn without pulling the line? No. Can I rotate when I hold the two ends of the line in tension? No. Now I pull the strings with its frequency and rhythm, and it turns faster and faster. Because of the rotation of the button, the ropes were twisted together. When it's stranded to nowhere, pull it again, and the button will turn in the opposite direction. The rope is naturally twisted in the opposite direction. In this way, one pull and one release, and each time add a little force to the rotation rhythm, the more powerful the button is. Every time we pull and release it, we have to take pictures together. It will be like playing on a swing. The higher it is, the higher it is. At this time, I would like to ask a question: when did we change from pulling to releasing? Of course, the rope can't be pulled at the end. When we put it, we don't need to use reverse force. Because of the inertia of the button rotation, the rope will automatically be twisted together and shortened. We grasp this elastic transition by feeling. And the reverse retraction is also due to the pulling caused by the inertial force. By operating this toy, we can help you understand the principle of elastic conversion. It's like an iron hammer, which bounces back as soon as it hits the anvil. That's how it's done. Such as lightning flint. It bounced up and went back to the waiting state. It's like a semi-automatic rifle. As soon as the first bullet comes out of the chamber, the second one will automatically load.

Now, on the basis of the last lesson, we will jump from the loose state to the tight state, because you have the ability to enter the tight state at once. This lays the foundation for the next step. When we have confirmed that we can jump into the tight state at once, now we don't need to confirm the tight state any more, but we must stop it immediately, and at the same time bounce back in reverse to return to the state before departure. Why do we have to stop at once and bounce back? Because we know that motion works between 0 and 1 speed. That is to say, our force is produced in the process of muscle contraction. When your muscles are tight, you can't contract any more, and you can't produce any more force. Previously, this kind of state was called "force death". There is no power. Therefore, we must automatically return to the original loose state in a tight moment. Not just the hands, but the whole body bounces back naturally. Notice that it's a natural bounce, not a take back. That is to say, this "return" is a natural response of the body after the completion of the elastic transformation, not intentionally. Of course, only when the body is really in a tight state can it bounce back naturally. It's like a blacksmith making iron,

Raise the hammer to obtain potential energy, smash it hard and turn it into kinetic energy. After the kinetic energy finishes acting, it bounces back. The hammer takes advantage of the potential and raises again, ready to smash again. In this way, the movement is completed by constantly changing between the two states of tightness. In the previous lesson, I repeatedly asked to confirm the two states of looseness and tightness in practice, which is to make these two states be implemented. Then we can talk about conversion. Now that it has been confirmed, there is no need to stay there. This is what we call in our teaching model "to be aware is to stop". With this put down, then we can "move and feel unstoppable". The so-called unstoppable is movement. Strictly speaking, our boxing practice is basically exercise. So you can't stay anywhere.

We do the elastic conversion to exert the force on the object. Now let's take a look at how we transmit force (kinetic energy) in our life. After washing our hands, we often shake off the drops of water on our hands by shaking them. It is the hand that transfers the kinetic energy to the water droplet, which gets the kinetic energy and flies out to the distance. You think, if your hand tension increases and your speed slows down, can the water drop be thrown away? Certainly not. So it depends on the speed. We are here not only to tell you a truth, but also to let you do it. In the process of doing it, you can get the feeling of this movement. Through this feeling, you can recognize the truth. This can also be called "input understanding". Mr. Xiang Zhai stressed:“

With the basic feeling, the next step is migration training. After we get recognition by swinging our wrists, we use the same method to swing our forearms, then our forearms, and then our forearms to the ground in front of us. Until it's all blown through. Then gradually raise the swing direction until it reaches the horizontal direction of the arms. In the horizontal direction to the left and right at the same time. If you can do it left and right, you can try to go up in the front and back direction. Just move out slowly. Wait until any direction is OK, this also completed the transfer training of the elastic conversion, so that is how to learn.

Complete the elastic conversion, and complete the whole move. Let's review where this movement starts and ends? The requirements in the middle? And the object of the movement? We know that the movement starts from the pine, and the pine has nothing, so there is no pre action before the movement. In the past, some people had bad habits, so they had to "lead" before they acted. In the past, it was called "boxing" because it could gain more power. I don't know that it's such a lead that I've already told the other side of my action intention, and the other side will punch along with your lead. So you can't "lead" before you move. You can't stop after a move. It means not to stay. Some people continue to exert their strength there after punching, but they don't know that it has any effect, and they also delay their next action, resulting in their passive position of being beaten. So what should happen between the beginning and the end? Through the above analysis, we know that the effect of the action depends on the speed. In the past, we used to say "cold, elastic, brittle and fast", that is, click. And this movement is not aimless, it is to maintain a high degree of correspondence with the environment. Up to now, I have finished all the contents of fist movement. I think you should have no problem in understanding. In terms of operation, it can also be completed under the control of consciousness. It's just that the depiction of the subconscious is not completely stable. It's qualitative. In terms of quantity, a lot of content can't be "true and down-to-earth". If we meet the enemy now, we won't be sure to win. We still have a period from now to the Spring Festival. After you go back, you can practice again from the beginning according to the class records and consolidate the content of each link. Because our teaching is based on the method of linear occurrence of history. So every link can't be neglected! It's like a necklace. As long as one link goes wrong, the whole necklace will be lost. We usually say that we can't "drop the chain" when we do things, which means that. Everyone should pay attention to it. Ask yourself to complete every process of migration training strictly. When you put your move into practice, we will discuss "loose shape and tight meaning" to make sense.

I hope that you will continue to work hard and complete your training by the Spring Festival. Finally, a complete success!

Today, when I was here, I was very moved to see that everyone's enthusiasm for practising boxing was very high (laughter). Because everyone has work and family, and can spare time to practice boxing, it shows that everyone loves boxing very much. From the start of school in September to the new year's day, through this period of time, it is found that the differentiation among these people who learn boxing is relatively serious. That is to say, everyone's progress is uneven. Zhang Yongqiang (go teacher, amateur 6) has made the fastest progress. At present, he is at the forefront. One of the most important reasons is that he can practice boxing every day, and he is willing to work hard. Now he has basically completed the original training plan, which has reached the level required by the end of last summer vacation. Next is Huang Guanqiang (English teacher, good at calligraphy and painting). He has a strong sense of boxing and is right to do it, Zhang Zhong (civil servant) has made great progress recently, mainly because he realized the difference between the two tutorials in thinking and methods. I really put down what I practiced before. Wang Tao (owner of private enterprise) is also a person with the talent of boxing. He may have been too busy in business and not made obvious progress recently. Chen Hua (professional lawyer) has excellent physique and excellent physical conditions, but recently, due to the aggravation of his work responsibilities, his time in practicing boxing is obviously insufficient. Guoqiang is now sent to Jiangxi's main enterprise for business operation. He has been walking for three months and has come to practice today, The feeling is more obvious than before.

In the process of my teaching for many years, I found that due to the difference of individual mind and body of each student and the difference of social situation, the teaching activities started soon, and the individual progress began to split up. So the whole team is formed

The words are so long that the teaching cannot be carried out in a unified way. It was an objective fact that we tried to overcome this situation, but we didn't see any effect. We can't change it. So our teaching methods should be adjusted accordingly.

In order to let students in different progress can continue to move forward according to their actual progress. Today, I'll go back to what I said before and help you sort out.

First of all, we say that boxing comes from "natural instinct", and what we need to play is "free spirit". So where is the instinct of nature? As we said before, the so-called nature means that you don't care about it, it exists and moves like this. Didn't the health pile talk about natural respiration? What is natural respiration? That's how he breathes when you don't care about it. Think about it. Did you breathe when you fell asleep at night? There must be. Did you care about it? Certainly not. This is natural respiration. The same is true of nature's instinct. Instinct is that when we don't care about it, it also exists and moves. So first of all, we need to confirm the starting point of boxing practice. With a starting point, we can move forward step by step.

Where is the starting point? It is in the aspect of manifestation. In our second course, we take four typical movement states as the teaching content. Each content begins with the manifestation. And the concrete content of this manifestation is all inherent in natural life. We are aware of this state of motion through recognition. Then migrate. So when you practice your own boxing, no matter what you practice. You should always turn around and compare your self-consciousness with the original "awareness". To be able to keep the same is right. If it is found that it is different from the original "sense", it means that there is a problem, and the body's movement state is wrong. This is going to go back to the previous training phase and practice from the right place. This process can't jump. Because we do it on the basis of genetic principles. If your river is polluted upstream, the downstream products will not be clean. Understand this truth, you have the initiative to practice boxing, whether the teacher is or not, you can ensure that you are on the right path.

With this understanding, let's talk about the specific content.

Let's talk about "pine" first. Are we usually loose? Of course, no matter riding, walking or doing anything, we need to be "loose". Think about it, don't we? Because the premise of every action is loose. If you don't loosen it, how can you tighten it again? Think about it. What's the state of your body when you go shopping with your wife? Try it now and you'll know. Since we usually can relax, why don't we relax when we practice boxing? It's because we have ideas. I have an idea of practicing boxing. As soon as there is an idea, as soon as there is an idea, the problem will come out. The so-called "no intention of boxing, no intention of boxing is the true meaning". That's what we're talking about. Because when you don't know it, your body is in a natural state. We teach boxing to make you realize that nature is like this. Be aware of whether you are in a natural state. To return to the natural state. In this way, we can play the instinct of nature and the spirit of freedom. When we begin to teach the state of relaxation, we need to carry out a specific act to help you find (feel, realize) the state of movement. After having this source, then starting from the content of the manifestation, the migration training is carried out step by step in the order of occurrence. All the migrated content should be consistent with the original manifestation. After being confirmed under the supervision of self-consciousness, it will move forward in sequence. If you find that your movement state has changed and is different, you need to stop, go back to find the original feeling, and then you can continue.下去。

The so-called transfer training is to promote a kind of sports ability in three-dimensional space. How to make our migration training develop rapidly? We need to use the "similarity principle" here. It is in a behavior mode that we have stably depicted this behavior mode to subconscious, and made a small part of changes to the movement content. Then depict and confirm. In this way, because most of the sports content is still within the grasp range, it is easier to transfer the sports mode to other sports space. In the section of the pine, we taught the first mock exam, one mold and one push. It is not only to express the process of sports, but also to show the way of transfer training. We should gradually move forward along the natural path of this movement, point by point, and finally achieve arbitrary movement in three-dimensional space. In the process of one finger, one touch and one push, when one push is finished, we can think that the subject has finished exerting an effect on the object. This basic movement mode is completed. On this basis, we can realize the transfer of "three boxing" and "three boxing". When you are sure of these, all other boxing moves are included.

Special attention shall be paid to the minimum amount of advance each time during migration. If it is too large, it is easy to produce variation. At the same time, it is necessary to keep a clear self-consciousness at all times, and compare the feeling of the present with that of the pure source at any time. If it is different, go back to find it immediately. Until every move is firmly depicted in the subconscious. Be sure that you are right when you do something. Whatever you do, it is right. This is the sign of completing the depiction of the subconscious. Only after a content description is completed can we move forward. Otherwise, keep practicing until you reach the standard. I'm taking the content of "Relaxation" as an example to illustrate the above reasons. Other training contents are the same and so on, so I won't be long winded.

In addition, we should integrate boxing practice with life. Don't think that you are practicing boxing when you practice "Relaxation". Be like ping

It's like walking around. The body turns and swings freely. Remember the feeling of looseness and keep the state of looseness. This is boxing practice. Our teaching content is from life, and finally we should go back to life. Be aware of your physical and behavioral state at any time in your life. And take the initiative to respond to the surrounding environment. In this process, make your body get exercise. Therefore, boxing should be practiced anytime and anywhere. It's not that I came to the library today and met someone in Han Dynasty before I started to practice boxing. For example, when you are in a meeting or talking with a colleague, what the other person says is nonsense. You don't like to listen to it and can't strip his face. You can pretend to listen to it. In fact, you can move a little fist at this time, stretch it, tighten it, change it, and practice it. Wang Guowei also talked about a word of "separation" in "words of the world". The so-called "separation" means that you separate Kung Fu from life. Above we say that everything comes from nature. Now it is said that sports exist in life. Our bodies are in a state of movement anytime, anywhere. So Yiquan also requires "practice all the time". Don't miss it day and night. In the past, it was said that the result was determined by heart. Now we need to play our subjective initiative. As long as we have the awareness of practicing boxing, we can practice boxing anytime, anywhere. That's what makes it possible.

Let me remind you of the following points:

As for body method practice, first, each movement should try to achieve the maximum space. When rotating, try to support the circle as much as possible, and draw the circle as big as possible like a compass. Second, the action should be sensitive. In order to respond to the outside world at a certain speed in the future.

As for the health pile, it is also very necessary in the whole training. I always said that we should keep more and practice less. It means to keep your body at its best. Because our bodies need to work hard, whether we practice hard or exert ourselves. It's an aerobic exercise that produces a lot of metabolic products. This requires balance through rest. And the health stake we stand for is to let the body actively adjust itself. When standing, it's a health pile. When sitting, it's "meditation". When I'm tired, it's the same when standing, meditating and lying in bed. Always take the initiative to adjust yourself to keep your body in the best condition.

As for the tight transfer practice, it is particularly important to note that there should be no discontinuity in the transition between the two motivations. You can try adding three more piles here, and feel if the taste is different. For example, add three more piles in the middle of pushing and pulling. It's not good to try. We say, "three" means more. That is to say, the method of adding more than a few piles to achieve the goal of smooth transformation should be used generally. In this way, the transition from point to line is completed. Conversely, there are countless points in the online movement. To do this, line is point, point is line. I think, through this expression, we have a final answer to the question of "whether to stand or not to stand".

In any transformation, there must be an extension. In the past, it was said that if the former intention didn't go, the latter would come back. That is to say, when the former behavior has not been completed and is continuously extending to the eight pole table, the next behavior motivation occurs. "Let the bullets fly a little longer," the students joked.

Finally, no matter what the training content, it needs to be able to complete in the journey. In the past, it was said that "practicing walking is the mother" and "beating people like walking" all expressed this truth. Because our boxing is essentially kinematics. It is the movement of people in time and space. To put it bluntly, it's moving in space. In combat, the opponent is not a sandbag, he will not stand there waiting for you to fight him. Therefore, all boxing contents are in mutual movement. Therefore, all our training contents are required to be completed in the process of moving.

I hope that through this explanation, no matter what stage of their training, everyone will be able to understand the tasks in front of them, and play their own initiative to implement and complete the training tasks in the previous three sections. Strive to complete all our teaching and training plans as soon as possible.

Summer vacation is over. The Mid Autumn Festival passed in a flash. We've been practicing boxing for half a year. In recent days, I have looked at the practice of everyone, and found that someone has basically completed the exercise. Most people are still on their way. After a year and a half of study, we are clear about the theory and training process of the second course of Yiquan. What is not enough is that the depiction of the subconscious has not been completed. It doesn't matter, because it's a lifetime thing for us to practice boxing. As long as we walk on the right path, we can still slowly and slowly portray it later.

Today is the last lesson of this period. It is about the fourth state of Sports - "loose form, tight mind". It's months since the last lesson. Why do we have to wait until now to talk about this content? This is because the early training objectives have not been completed. I mean, after this period of teaching, we all know the truth of the second course of Yiquan. Practice methods have also been learned. That is to say, under the control of consciousness, we can complete the movement correctly. But our training requires that this behavior pattern be portrayed in the subconscious. If the training of the previous stage is not completed, the training of the next stage cannot be carried out. As you are all amateurs to study, all kinds of social affairs will interfere, so it is impossible to devote all your energy to training. This results in the delay of training progress. So this is normal. Recently, I saw that some of my classmates have completed the training of tension conversion correctly, so now I will give you the last lesson in time.

I have told you before that the last lesson can be finished in one sentence. But to say this, we need to do a systematic review. Because in the section of tension conversion, the content of "loose" and "tight" mentioned above has been included. This tension transition is from a loose state to a tight state through a stroke. And not stay in this tight state. Once it is tight, it will naturally return to a loose state. Such a basic behavior pattern is completed. This is a typical move. In this move, we need to make sure that there is nothing. We should also confirm the tightness, that is, "the body is like casting". When we are going to do it right, you will feel a "thump" all over your body. I used to be a carpenter. The carpenter has to pass the examination. The subject of the examination is to make a small bench with four legs and eight branches. How can this small bench be regarded as qualified? The inspection method is to pick up a knock on the ground. If it's Dangdang. This shows that the various parts of the bench have been very firmly integrated into a whole. If you hear a "pop" sound. This shows that the various parts of the bench are not closely combined. Of course, this is also unqualified. We also use this inspection method when we go to buy Porcelain. It is to use two pieces of porcelain to touch each other and judge whether there is internal injury through the noise. Through these two examples, you should understand the "tight" state. In practical operation, the whole dynamic of "tension conversion" is like a hammer hitting an anvil. It bounced back with a snap. It's also a metaphor. People who have this kind of life experience will understand its meaning. If you have the chance to pass the blacksmith shop in the future, you can also experience it. Of course, there are other examples to compare, such as "electric light flint", such as "touching the red iron", such as "being burned by cigarette butts when not paying attention", and so on. They all point to this kind of life experience. If we want to do this, we will be qualified.

Now some students have been able to carry out "elastic conversion" freely. That is to say, it can randomly force different targets. With the foreshadowing above, we will talk about when we should exert our power, that is, how to control the timing of exerting our power. I'm here to make a metaphor to help you understand the principle. You have the ability to attack the enemy. It's like you already have a missile. When will the missile be launched? It needs a radar to find the target. When the radar finds the target, your missile can be fired. The whole combat system is in early warning state at any time. This early warning state is "loose in shape and tight in meaning". Xing Song means that the missile has not bombed the enemy. It means being alert and ready to find and attack the enemy. It's like we use rifles. The rifle should be fired with "two fires". In the process of aiming, your fingers have already pulled the trigger to the position of the first fire. Once you aim at the enemy, you can immediately pull the second fire and shoot out the bullet. The aim process to be excited is "loose in shape and tight in meaning". That is to say, we can make efforts. At this time, we will keep the body in the state of being able to exert force, but not yet. That is to say, I'm going to send, I'm going to send, but I haven't sent yet. In a very, very close state of exertion. It's the state that will be sent but not sent. This state is "loose in shape and tight in meaning". In the past, it used to be described as "leading without making a leap", which also expressed this state.

As for when can we get the power? It's waiting for a signal. Because our free boxing is to cultivate the human body's natural response ability. So this signal is sent by the opponent. It depends on the other side's activation signal. In the past, they said, "the enemy will not move, I will not move.". If the enemy is ready to move, I will move first. " That is to say, I have to wait for the other side to send a signal for the attack, then I will send. As soon as the opponent gives the signal, we can react by subconscious immediately. What is the way that this signal is transmitted to us? It is through the comprehensive awareness of vision, touch and subconscious. Let's talk about feeling through touch. In the past, it was said that the attack can be divided into two ways: hand in hand and free hand. With a hand in hand, you can feel the other person's movement through touch. Once you feel the opponent's change, you will be given a signal. Attention! This reaction process is not through your brain, but through the subconscious natural response to complete. Now we need to make you feel the response process through the "feeding" method. It's a new manifestation.

As you know, our second course is to complete direct awareness through our own body experience. This content is directly derived from nature. See your instincts in the natural response. First let's take a look at the situation of partners. You put your hands on your chest, and my hands on your forearms. At this time, you don't want to take the initiative, and you don't want to think about anything in your mind, just keep a high level of attention. That is to say, keep the shape loose and tight. At this point, I gradually in the direction of your body. You will find that your body naturally resists because it wants to keep its balance. This resistance comes with the force itself. Of course, we say that this static resistance is wrong. This past is called "receiving". That is to say, you are already under my attack. This is not going to work. In the past, as long as we don't break up, we won't get a heavy blow. This is to express the rationality of this resistance on one hand. But we have to think that you are a strong bunker, which has not collapsed after being blasted by me. Are you waiting for me to blow more shots? Of course not. So when the other side's force appears, it gives you a signal to hit him. At this time, of course, it's your effort. The above is a truth said through the mouth. We need to get real feelings from the actual operation, so as to form real awareness. (Mr. Han and each of us have done the above tests on each other. And ask to be able to really send each other as the standard. This is the meaning measured from two aspects: the power and comfort of the subject and the effectiveness of the object. Through this awareness, in turn, guide your own normal training. Of course, the final proof should be obtained through implementation. One thing to remind you of is that the above experiment was set up for teaching. In the actual attack process, this process is instantaneous. As the saying goes, "it's late, then it's fast." and "if you play hand in hand, you win or lose" means that. We need to know that this method is to achieve the teaching purpose, to do a slow lens processing of the instantaneous things, through this slow lens, let us have more time to observe and experience. This kind of teaching method used to be called "feeding". But this slow motion is not the real thing. We need to learn to experience the movement through this slow lens. But it can't stay here. Because the principle of our training is to depict the subconscious through behavior. If you are always immersed in this slow lens, your subconscious will be portrayed in a false behavior mode. When you meet the enemy in the future, your subconscious will react with a fake fist. At that time, I was so regretful! Many people didn't understand this truth, so they evolved the training and competition program of circle pushing. It's good for the physical activity, but it's far away from the real fighting. In real fighting, you will find that there are boxing, wrestling, throwing and fencing. Just no pushing. It's because pushing is a thing alienated from teaching methods.

Now let me introduce the situation of Sanshou. Because we are Yiquan, we should know and grasp all the actions through the method of consciousness analysis. We know that any action is driven by conscious motivation. Any attack of the other party must first have a psychological motivation, which is to promote the implementation of his behavior. Once the other party has a psychological motivation, it will be revealed through external performance. We also know that it is a complete operation process from generating motivation to completing behavior. Once the process starts, it can't be changed halfway. It's like a computer program is started. Now we call this process a

"Active unit". We just want to attack when the program is started but not finished. Of course, this is a very short time. Usually we use "no time to go" to describe the short time. We just want to complete our efforts in such a short period of time.

The specific approach is still in accordance with our teaching principles - everything comes from nature.

We used to play basketball. When two people passed the ball to each other, they didn't inform each other in advance. I'm going to give you the ball, where to go, and where to pick it up. You only know that there will be a ball thrown in your heart. You don't know where it will be thrown in advance, and you are just waiting. When the ball flies over, you don't think through your brain, and naturally catch the ball from the other side. This is what we call "not knowing but being", which is a human instinct. Through this instinctive response, we see our own response ability. (at this time, the students do catch test with each other to realize their body's reaction ability.) now that we know our reaction ability, we need to transfer this ability to "catch fist". Of course, there is a gradual process. Let's do the experiment with sponge sticks instead of fists. When my sponge stick reaches you, you can catch it with both hands like a basketball. My sponge stick is randomly extended to different parts of your body to see if you can make a response from the subconscious mind and naturally catch the sponge stick. If you can, you can test the divide and conquer with your hands. That is, two hands do two actions at the same time, one hand to each other, one hand to catch each other's punch. In the past, there was a saying: "when you come out face-to-face with your hands, you will naturally control the five passes.". It's also called "unity of fighting and considering". It means one thing. Mr. Wu Xinliang said: This is in a motivational unit, which contains two contents, i.e. fighting and consulting. We call this response activity of both sides "boxing". Bruce Lee called it "Jiequan". It's the same thing. It means to cut off the running track of the punch as it hits you. In order to truly acquire this kind of response ability, there must be a gradual process. In particular, we need to communicate with the fake objects in the surrounding environment at any time in our life. Train your body's early warning ability. And it will be confirmed in the future implementation. Confirm that you have really acquired this kind of response ability, and practice boxing on your body.

Some students want to ask, in the process of fighting, the first state we enter should be "loose and tight", why do you put it in the last? The reason is that: from the perspective of the sequence of behavior, we should first enter "loose and tight", then have "power". But from the development process, you should have a missile first, and then you can say when to launch. Do you think it's interesting to have a radar to look around before you have a missile?

After learning how to loosen the shape and tighten the mind, you have to try to see if you can really release the force randomly. If you can, it means that you are really doing the right thing. Otherwise, it is self deception. Here I want to emphasize again, because our teaching and training sequence is arranged according to the natural sequence of behavior occurrence, and the goal of training is to depict the behavior mode of subconscious. So if you don't pass the previous content, you can't practice the latter. If we have to force training, because the front behavior is not clean, we will unconsciously bring the wrong behavior to the later training. This will cause the training content behind is not clean. In this way, there will be more and more garbage in the subconscious, and finally the whole training goal will not be achieved. I hope that everyone will notice this.

When you're sure you've done it right, you need to do migration training. This transfer training requires us to maintain this state in any possible position. We can see the target as a half body target. Let's say our hands are around this halfbody target. In this way, our hands have a circular track around the body target. At every point in the trajectory, you need to be able to keep the shape loose and tight.

You have to try one by one to see if you can really send it out. You can rotate your hands clockwise, backward, with your left hand in front or your right hand in front. You can also rotate your hands. It's entirely up to you to fake the combination. The above is the training in a fixed position. Finally, we say that all sports should be completed in the process of moving. You can train yourself by using electric poles as imaginary enemies when walking on the road. You can also use any goal to practice in the move.

The fourth lesson is over here. That is to say, my task as a teacher has been completed. At that time, Mr. Xiang Zhai raised the question of "why this move happened". We answered this question through this teaching content. This answer is not made up by me, nor is it the secret of one's family. It is an objective movement law. Of course, don't mistake what I said for the truth. I often say to you: when you see necessity and uniqueness, you see the truth. Through this teaching process, I just guide you to see the objective law. And in this process, we should guide people to understand the universal methods of human thought and the principles of boxing. Through this kind of teaching method, we can guide ourselves to know the truth, use the truth and verify the truth in our life practice.

Next, your academic performance depends on your own cultivation. Because we are talking about boxing and the principles of boxing. So can this principle work in practice? Where does it work? How much does it work? I can't care about all of these. Because what I'm talking about is an abstract movement and a universal principle. What is universal is not special. The universal thing is a behavioral guidance, and the special thing is a specific application. There is a certain distance between the two. It's just like we study economics. We must learn economics well, but economics can't guarantee that you can make money. Only by doing business according to the principles of economics can you make money. Therefore, those who have studied this course must go further by themselves. I used to say,

"When I see my teacher, I will reduce my teacher's morality. Having met Yu Shi, Fang Kan taught him, "those who enter from the door, not from home", all show that the teacher can't teach this last course. Everyone must play their own initiative to practice, after the real wrestling can be completed. The content I taught is only useful when you can use it, and then the principles of boxing will reflect its value.
