题图用ppt Women's History Month模版制作 你好， 首先感谢你点进这篇推送，这是我志同道合的朋友们和我为我们一起正在组织的讨论会（session）所写的征稿公开信（open call for papers）。 我们当中有博士生，有地理教育方向的，也有在做性别研究的，还有边工作边读第二个硕士课程的气候变化与环境咨询师。 之所以有这样一封信，是我们想要寻找到世界各地正在做与我们议题相关研究的学者和老师、以及活动家。 我们期望能够把这个讨论会首先带到2023年在伦敦和线上同时举办的英国皇家地理学会的国际年会（2023年8月29号和2023年9月1号）。 目前我们已经通过了初审，得到了在会议系统的讨论会代码（session code），也已经提交了我们的讨论会摘要。 然而，我们也面临着挑战，需要你的帮助！ 1 寻找在做相关研究、并且可以做全英文报告的人给我们投稿 如果你在做的研究和实践，比如气候变化教育（无论是在学校还是在博物馆，也包括别的教育场景）有考虑到交叉性和女性主义*，同时你也能够用英文写作和做报告，那你非常适合给我们投稿。详情可见：
This in-person session intends to discuss possible frameworks and practices for transforming and recontextualising academic geographers’ work into teaching resources with an awareness of intersectionality (either it is in the research or the researchers’ reflexivity). We call all geographers, especially new and emerging researchers to discuss the educational potential of intersectionality (Al-Hindi and Eaves, 2023) in educating young people and the public about climate change. Possible topics could include, but are not limited to: 1. The educational potential of intersectional feminism (e.g. socio-economic background, language, sexuality, race and ethnicity) in teaching climate change 2. Reflections on the design of climate change courses in schools and/or universities; the design and use of climate change materials in other educational sectors (e.g. museums, outdoor learning centres) or public communications 3. Reflections on the practices of teaching climate change in geography 4. Creative methods to communicate climate change with the public (for example, through participatory projects like Climate Cafe or interactive art projects) 5. Challenges and/or possible solutions to make climate change education accessible for people with visible and invisible disabilities 6. Discuss opportunities, challenges and possible solutions to transforming the work of academic geographers and climate scientists into teaching climate change. For example, spotlight on female and minor ethnicity background geographers. Please send an abstract (no more than 200 words, references not included) toHermione (xin.miao@stir.ac.uk) with a title including [RGS session contribution+ Your name] before 7 pm GMT 17 March 2023. Please also write about your fullname, your affiliations and briefly why you are interested in our session in theemail. We will come back to you on 19th March (Monday) about the result.
