1、少做事,是把事情做成、做大的关键。

2、两位高人(W总+S总)指点:事情是干不完的,饭还是要吃的

    (1)一旦把时间全部投入到执行,就很难有时间投入到观察、思考、分析、判断、预测、组织;

    (2)看似没成效的事情,但价值很高;

    (3)本质逻辑是时间结构的优化:不能一直低头拉车,还要抬头看路

    (4)事情做好:75%的重复,15%的精进,10%的灵感(自由时间)。

3、低水平的勤奋是无效的,真正有效的,是从改变系统着手。

4、能量比才华更重要。

5、发展四阶段分享

(1)体力财富(劳动作业)——能力型

(2)物力财富(贸易交换)——资源型

(3)智力财富(商业模式)——学习型

(4)心力财富(场能显化)——福慧型(良知型)

6、接纳,平和;不接纳,内耗;(有些习惯,一辈子都改不了)

7、如何把坏事变成好事——接纳,随顺因缘;

8、家庭要稳定,事业要变化;

9、只要不是自己觉到、悟到的,别人、外界给不了,给了也拿不住。只有自己觉到、悟道的,才有可能做到,能做到的才是自己的。

10、贡献自身独特价值,一定是匹配了自己的天赋、志趣。

11、再美的景色、再好玩的体验,也不如事业增长、为别人创造价值的成就感大。

12、S总点拨:刚刚开始他做培训,专门找经营情况很糟糕的企业做,为什么?做砸了也不会砸招牌,本来就没招牌;大公司、名公司不愿意做,他去做竞争就很小。
