胰高血糖素样肽2（GLP-2）是一种主要在肠道和胰腺中合成的肽激素。GLP-2结合并激活GLP-2受体，表现出血管扩张，抗高血压，抗抑郁和胃肠动力调节活性。在动物模型中，GLP-2增加肠道血流量并降低平均动脉血压。GLP-2通过涉及PKA激活的机制增强L型电压门控Ca2+通道。此外，GLP-2减少了接受强制游泳测试的动物的静止时间。这种肽刺激细胞增殖，抑制化疗诱导的肠道粘膜萎缩。GLP-2还可以减少胃排空和胃肠蠕动。
