设星标，防迷失  这几天是不是被各种泼水节的视频以及是"傣族舞"不是歹徒舞的视频刷屏了呢？对啦，这几天恰好对于傣族人民来说十分重要的日子——泼水节。在国内，除了傣族还有阿昌族、布朗族、佤族、德昂族等少数民族也庆祝这个节日。在泰国和其他中南半岛国家叫做宋干节。下面来简单了解一下宋干节（泼水节）的小知识吧~  Songkran is a term derived from the Sanskrit word, saṅkrānti and used at the time of the beginning of a new month. If it's a New Year , it's called Maha Songkran, meaning a "big change". Songkran occurs in April of every year. Songkran一词来源于梵语sadelkkrānti，在新月初使用。如果是新年，就叫马哈宋干日，意思是 "大的变化"。每年的4月都会有宋干节。 Maha Songkran is celebration in Thailand, Laos Myanmar, Sri Lanka, parts of northeast India, parts of Vietnam and Xishuangbanna, China. 在泰国、老挝、缅甸、斯里兰卡、印度东北部的部分地区、越南的部分地区和中国的西双版纳，都会举行宋干节庆祝活动。  People celebrate Songkran by throwing water at each other in the streets. It is exciting. It is also known as the Water Festival. Almost everyone gets wet, even the police. People put water on old people's hands. The only people who do not get wet are monks and babies. People throw water for many reasons. The most important one is to have a clean body and mind for the New Year. 人们在街上互相泼水庆祝颂歌。活动令人兴奋。宋干节也被称为水节。在这一节日几乎每个人都会淋湿，警察也不例外。人们把水放在老人的手上。只有僧侣和婴儿才不会淋湿。人们泼水的原因有很多。最重要的是要有一个干净的身心迎接新年。 In Thailand, it is very hot at that time of year. So, people do not get angry when they get wet. People believe that water will wash away bad luck. It is also a time to visit family and give gifts. People go to the temple to pray and give food to monks. They also clean the Buddha images in temples with water and perfumes. 在泰国，每年的这个时候天气都很热。所以，人们在淋湿的时候是不会生气的。人们相信水能冲走厄运。这也是拜访家人和送礼物的时候。人们去寺庙祈祷并给僧侣们食物。他们也用水和香水清洗寺庙里的佛像。  下面是傣族人民过泼水节的一些习俗。 Apart from cleaning their houses, dressing up in new clothes, and visiting temples to worship Buddha, the Dai people also observe many other customs and traditions during the festival. For example: 除了打扫房屋、穿上新衣、去寺庙拜佛外，傣族人还遵守着许多其他的习俗和传统。例如： 1. Dragon Boat Racing: People gather at a nearby river or lake to participate in boat races. 1. 赛龙舟：人们聚集在附近的河流或湖泊参加赛龙舟。  2. Bull Fighting: This is a traditional sport among the Dai people. 2. 斗牛：斗牛是傣族的一项传统运动。 3. Performances: dances such as peacock dance and white elephant dance are performed during the festival. 3. 艺术表演：人们还会进行孔雀舞、白象舞等艺术表演。  4. Eating Zongzi: A traditional Chinese delicacy made of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves. 4. 吃粽子：粽子是以竹叶包裹糯米制成的中国传统美食。 5.
