 最近在看《21岁当总裁》，被主人公刘思阳的成就惊艳到。看来人与人之间的唯一的不同，并非外在的躯壳，而是我们内在的“软件系统”，这也就是思维模式、价值观、情绪调节能力、自我管理能力、信念系统和心态系统等。 正是不同的“软件系统”造就了我们每个人各自不同的命运和人生境遇。想要自己的人生过得充实而有意义，就要趁早做好规划并落实！
记得有一个巴菲特的演讲，关于对年轻人的建议，如何定义成功? 巴菲特爷爷特别诚恳的跟年轻人提了几点重要的建议 一，优秀的语言表达能力 二，维持好自己的身心健康 三，结交比自己更优秀的人 以下是演讲的部分截录
主持人：
您是怎么定义成功的呢？ 巴菲特： Well I've said many times that.... that if you get to be 65 or 70 and later,and the people that you want to have love you actually do love you. You are a success. I've never seen anybody that reaches that age. I mean, I'm not talking about somebody that's in extreme poverty. Or pain or something.... But I've never seen anybody that. if they have a lot of people that love them that.... There's other than happy, and I have seen very very wealthy people that they give testimonial interviews to and name schools after and everything. They're... nobody loves them, you know. their own kids would say: he's in the attic, he's on the attic, you know, ok 巴菲特爷爷说，他见过很多非常富有的人，很多人会为这些人举办功绩宴会，会用他们的名字去命名学校的等，他们身边虽然有很多爱他的人，但是他却不成功，所以他觉得假如你65岁或者70岁的时候，你在意的人你爱的人也爱着你，那么你这一生就是成功的。 当然每个人对成功的定位不一样，就像每个人对幸福的定义也不一样，所以这是巴菲特爷爷的见解，我们每个人都可以有自己的观点！ 主持人： what are, say, three pieces of advice you would give to people. who are looking to succeed in business? 对于那些想在商业中成功的人来说，你的3个建议是？ 巴菲特： well, I .... by far the best investment you can make is yourself. I mean that, for example, communication skills. I tell the students that come that.... they are goind to gradutes schools, and .... business and they're learning all these complicated formulas, all that. if they just learn to communicate better and hot in writing and person. They increase their value at least 50%. And I mean that, if you can't communicate somebody, he says, you know. it's like winking at a girl in the dark. Nothing happens you know, basically, and you have to be able to get...get both your ideas and ... and that's relatively easy, I did it myself with a Dale Carnegie course. but it... it's just hugely important, and you... if you invest in yourselft, nobody can take it away from you. I mean.... And the second thing which I'll get a certain criticism for not living. But ...but I do tell the.... those students, you know, that if I gave you a car and it'd be the only car you get. The rest of your life... you take care of it like you can't believe and scratch. you'd fix that moment, you read the owner's manual, you'd keep a garage and do all those things. You get exactly one mind and one body in this world and you can't start talking care of it when you're 50. By that time, you'll rust it out, if you haven't done anything so..so you shouldn't , it's really ....make sure that you just remember that you just got one mind and body to get though life. with it to do the most use of it. 巴菲特爷爷说：
另外，不管怎么说，投资自己是非常重要的，因为你对自己进行投资，你所学到的知识，没人能够从你的身上把它抢走。 最后，就是照顾好自己的身体，巴菲特爷爷说他经常因为没有好好爱护自己的身体被家人批评（巴菲特经常吃垃圾食品）他举例，假如送了一辆车给你，而这个车是你一辈子唯一的车，那你肯定会对这辆车万般呵护，你会仔细的阅读产品手册，会把它放在车库存好，并用尽一切方法去保护它。同样的，你的身体和思维也是世界独一无二的，仅有的一份，如果你不能够未雨绸缪，等你老了，你的身体可就彻底废了，所以，一定要确保一件事照顾好自己，并且对它们物尽其用。 主持人： what about life advice? 人生的建议又是怎样的呢？ 巴菲特： Well life advises um... You know the most important thing.... Aside from the things I've talked about already. Is....It's really who you associate with, you want to associate with. People who are better than you are. I mean basically you'll go in the direction of the people. That you associate with and.... And you want to have the right heroes, you want people... If you wanna emulate somebody, you better pick every carefully. who you want o emulate and when.... Obviously you can't pick your parents. They're gonna have an enormous influence on you. But you get choices and you go down the line. And you...who you admire, who you want to copy. And the most important, for more people, in terms of that decision, is their spouse, it's also important in terms of a partner in business. But the partner in life is the most important one. You'll ....you want to pick a spouse that little better than you are. And then he or she.... and you hope they don't figure it out too fast. 除了刚刚说的那些，还有一件很重要的事就是你选择与什么样的人为伍，你应该选择比你优秀的人为伍，当你与这些优秀的人为伍时，你会发现自己也在变优秀的路上了.....你想想你身边有哪些对的人，然后把他当作你的标杆，这个作为标杆的人必须选好，很明显，我们不能选择自己的父母，父母会对我们产生巨大的影响，但我们在这件事上毫无选择。但在我们的一生中，我们可以有别的选择，你可以选择你崇拜的人，选择你要效仿的人，还有最重要的是，对于大多数人来说，这个决定的关键在于选择好自己的另一半，当然，选对商业伙伴也非常重要的。 当我们无法选择自己的父母的时候，就要创造机会选择比自己优秀的人做标杆，同时要选好自己的伴侣，如果已经选择了也不要抱怨，尝试多角度的去提升自己，投资自己，所有美好的都在来的路上，只要你足够努力！
