LongFor TianYi is located in the Xilu, where is geomantic treasure land. As the designer, AECOM breaks the traditional landscape limitation and cuts out the plain terrain to create a natural, elegant, luxurious and secluded living environment in accordance with the charm of Yunshan Mountain. 颠覆传统打造立体园林景观 Subvert tradition to build the three-dimensional landscape 项目地位于广州白云区，东临白云山，西接白云湖，周围自然环境优美，交通便利。首开龙湖天奕选择颠覆传统的单一地形的局限，独辟蹊径地创造出高低起伏的多维艺术空间，为住户开拓了一片丰富的空间层次，营造出天人合一的自然人居图。 The project located in the Baiyun district, Guangzhou, where has beautiful natural environment and convenient transportation. In the east there has Baiyun Mountain and in the west, there has Baiyun Lake.Soukai Longfor Tian Yi chose to subvert the limitation of the traditional single terrain to create a multi-dimensional art space of ups and downs, to open up a rich space level for residents, and build a natural living map of the unity of nature and man. 至极大美的山水隐逸空间 Landscape seclusion space 宋代：苏轼 游蕲水清泉寺，寺临兰溪，溪水西流。 山下兰芽短浸溪，松间沙路净无泥，潇潇 暮雨子规啼。 谁道人生无再少？门前流水尚能西！休将 白发唱黄鸡。 解读： 游玩蕲水的清泉寺，寺庙在兰溪的 旁边，溪水向西流淌。山脚下刚生长出来 的幼芽浸泡在溪水中，松林间的沙路被雨 水冲洗的一尘不染，傍晚，下起了小雨， 布谷鸟的叫声从松林中传出。谁说人生就 不能再回到少年时期？门前的溪水还能向 西边流淌！不要在老年感叹时光的飞逝啊！ 首开龙湖天奕将广州的传统人文气息与自然安逸的现代生活结合共生，再现心中的山水自然， 潇洒的隐逸生活。人们隐匿在山水自然中，漫步森林，过潇洒隐逸的慢生活。 Interpretation: Visit the Clear Springs Temple by the side of Lan Creek, which flows westward. The young buds at the foot of the hill were submerged in the stream, the sand path among the pine trees was spotlessly washed by rain. In the evening, a light rain began to fall, and cuckoo calls came from among the pines. Who says you can't go back to your teenage years? The stream in front of the door can flow to the west! Don't regret it when you are old! Longhu Tianyi combines the traditional cultural atmosphere of Guangzhou with the natural and comfortable modern life, reproducing the natural landscape and comfortable secluded life in our hearts. 大区运用四大构成要素，即游园步道，风雨连廊，灵动水系，下沉花园，创造多维度的空间。游园步道，贯穿了整个园区的空间。风雨连廊，将主入口大堂及5栋住宅串联起来，给人一个贴心便民，尊贵归家路线。错落有致的灵动水系激活了整个内庭，通过镜面水，小溪，瀑布，点缀着庭院里每一个空间。极具热带风情的下沉花园，也成为整个项目的高潮之处。 The project uses four elements: garden trail, wind and rain corridor, flexible water system and sunken garden, to create a multi-dimensional space. The garden trail go through the whole space. The wind and rain corridor connects the main entrance lobby and 5 residences in series, giving people a convenient and honorable way to back home. The whole courtyard is activated by the flexible water system, which adorns every space in the courtyard with mirrored water, streams and waterfalls. While, the tropical sunken garden is the highlight of the project. 01/游园步道 Garden Trial 小区的入口接待大厅为一圆形的建筑，周围环绕着涌泉水景。悦耳的水声迎接着归家的脚步，洗涤了城市的尘埃。具有昭示性的迎宾构架，劲拔的迎客松，渲染了具有人文气息的归家氛围感。为了营造独栋住宅的私密性和专享归属感，每栋楼都设置了酒店式的落客入户体验。 The entrance lobby of the community is a circular building surrounded by the spring water feature. Sweet sound of water to meet the footsteps of home, washing the dust of the city. The welcoming framework and the welcoming pine render a sense of humanistic atmosphere of home. In order to create the privacy and sense of belonging, each building has a hotel-style drop-off experience. 园路环绕着绿荫，流水，时有道路，时有栈桥。园中的特色天空栈桥横跨热带雨林下沉花园之上，茂密的乔木从栈桥两侧生长而出，为人们提供了一段独特的观景路线，具有趣味的树屋，连接着栈桥与下沉花园。 The trail arounds the shade, water and sometimes it is road and sometimes it is trestle. The distinctive sky trestle spans over the rainforest sunken garden with dense trees growing from the both, providing a unique viewing route and an interesting tree house, connecting the trestle to the sunken garden. 02/风雨连廊 Wind and rain corridor 风雨连廊从主入口接待大堂蜿蜒而出，穿过绿林，水系，跃过下沉庭院，连接了5栋建筑，引导人们回家的路线，营造出一种景在身外，人在景中，天人合一的超自然人居图。连廊不仅起到了遮风挡雨的作用，在夜间还具有灯光照明的作用。白色的构架提取于建筑元素，与建筑的入口雨棚整体统一。同时在风雨连廊的交汇处，还设置了一个户外会客厅的休憩点，为人们提供交流，观赏、冥想的空间。 The wind and rain corridor winds out from the reception hall at the main entrance, crossing the green forest, the water system and the sunken courtyard, connecting the five buildings and guiding people to back home, which creates a kind of supernatural living map with scenery at outside, people in the scene and man and nature in one. The corridor not only plays the role of shelter from wind and rain, but also has lighting at night. The white frame is extracted from the architectural elements and is integrated with the entrance canopy of the building. At the same time, it sets up an outdoor lounge at the intersection of the corridor to provide people with a space for communication, viewing and meditation. 03/灵动水系 Flexible water systerm 各式各样的水景贯穿园区串联景观，实现了山水相融的意境。有气势磅礴的大镜面水，也有小桥流水、有奔腾的瀑布，也有曲水流觞。地面一层的极简大镜面水将周边的自然元素倒影其中，环抱户外会客厅，廊架与水景中的倒影虚实交错，交相辉映。水面将物境、情境、意境完美糅合，简洁且柔美，营造了一个休闲、观赏、冥想的写意环境。随着观者移步换景，镜面水形成一条潺潺的溪流，如同一条闪耀着光芒的项链，串起如一颗颗翡翠般熠熠生辉的绿野，经过风雨连廊，顺势跌落到下沉的庭院里，形成一条壮观的白练，奔流不息，给下沉庭院注入生生气息。 A variety of waterscape runs through the park to connect the landscape, realizing the artistic conception of the integration of mountains and rivers. There are magnificent mirror water, a small bridge water, a pentium of waterfalls and curved flowing water. The minimalist large mirror water on the ground floor reflects the surrounding natural elements and surrounds the outdoor living room. The gallery frame and the reflection in the water feature are interwoven as well. The water perfectly mixes the physical environment, situation and artistic conception, simply and softly creating a relaxing, appreciating and meditating environment. As the viewer moves to other places, the mirror water forms a gurgling stream, like a shining necklace to string up the green fields. When it goes through the wind and rain corridor, it falls into the sinking courtyard, forming a spectacular white practice, running ceaselessly, injecting life and vitality to the sinking courtyard. 靠近楼王一侧，则单独设置了一池镜水，缓缓流向楼王下的架空层。微微弯曲的人行桥，如一道卧虹，横跨水面。层层叠水缓缓下落，给架空层带去了湿润的空气。 Close to the king building, a pool of mirror water was set separately, which slowly flowing to the freeze floor of the building king. A slightly curved footbridge, like a recumbent rainbow, spans the water. The cascade slowly falling down to bring moist air to the freeze level. 04/下沉花园 Sunken Garden 瀑布从将近5米的空中奔流而下，汇于郁郁葱葱的热带雨林下沉庭院，形成的溪流，穿梭于热带风情的绿化之中。瀑布掩映在高低错落的热带种植中，弯杆银海枣、美丽针葵、圆叶轴榈、彩虹鸟蕉、箭羽竹芋、青莲竹芋等植物将此区域渲染出了浓郁的热带风光。结合柔和的灯光，水雾，将人带入了仙境。整个下沉花园焕发出勃勃生机，体现世界的面貌以及人类与大自然曾经的最原始的关系。 The waterfall falls from nearly 5 meters and sinks into the sunken courtyard of the lush tropical rain forest and creates a stream that flows through the tropical greenery. The waterfalls are surrounded by tropical plants, such as Phoenix sylvestris Roxb., Phoenix roebelenii O., Licuala fordiana, Heliconia psittacorum L．f．cv．Sassy, Calathea insignis Petersen and Maranta arundinacea L., which create a rich tropical landscape in this area. Combined with soft lights, water mist, bringing people into the fairyland. The whole sunken garden reflects vitality, the face of the world and man's primal relationship with nature. 05/奢隐细节 Luxurious Hidden Details 为了彰显低调奢华，精心打造自然山水之感，与自然的主题环境相协调。在构架与铺装上，设计团队大量使用白色，冷灰色调，用整体的黑白灰基调勾勒出山水画的深远意境。团队对光照条件进行极为审慎的考量，精准到四季光照角度与光影效果，使得整个住宅区一半隐于绿荫，一半沐浴阳光。夜景灯光与构筑物的细节结合紧密，光照与形式完美的统一。 In order to highlight low-key luxury, we carefully create a sense of natural landscape to in harmony with the natural theme environment. The design team uses white, cold gray color for frame and pavement to outline the profound artistic conception of landscape painting. The team carefully considered the lighting conditions, accurate to the seasonal lighting angles and effects, so that the whole residential area is half shaded and half bathed in sunlight. The night lighting and the details of the structure are closely combined and the lighting and form are perfectly unified.
结语 Conclusion 传承羊城的传统与气脉，萃取云山珠水的浪漫气质，AECOM将自然、人文及城市的精气神相融合，不仅为广州呈现了一部打破空间局限的灵感之作，亦为那些期待回归生活本质的人们带去了能与自己的精神产生共鸣的认同感和归属感。 Inheriting the tradition and pulse of Yangcheng, extracting the romantic temperament of clouds, mountains and water, AECOM integrates nature, humanity and the spirit of the city.
