Operation of emergency generator set
緊急發電機操作說明
Before engine start 啟動之前
1.1 Check fluid level 檢查液位
---Coolant level 冷卻水液位
---Lube oil level 滑油液位
---Hydraulic oil/governor oil 液壓油/調速器油位
1.2 Check fuel oil system 檢查燃油系統
---Check mixture of water into the fuel line of mixed drain water 檢查燃油中是否混入水分如有則放水
1.3 Check air intake/exhaust system 檢查空氣進出口系統
1.4 Check electrical system 檢查電力系統
---Battery voltage 蓄電池電壓
---coolant heater power on （if applied）冷卻水加熱開關打開(如有)
B）Engine starting 啟動
2.1 Starting procedure 啟動程序
2.1.1 At auto starting control panel 在自動啟動控制面板
---switch on power switch at ASC panel 將自動控制面板的電源打開
---change over to manual 轉換至手動啟動
---check start stand-by lamp at ASC panel 檢查自動控制面板上stand-by 燈是否亮起
---push start switch at ASC 按下自動控制面板上的啟動按鈕
2.1.2 At instrument panel 在機旁控制面板
Put and start-off toggle switch on start position 將撥動開關扳至啟動位置
--crank toggle switch on 曲柄撥動開關至啟動位
--put start-off toggle switch on run condition 扳下開關啟動發電機
2.1.3 Hydraulic starting 液壓啟動
---fill the reservoir with hydraulic oil about 15ltrs 將儲液器注入液壓油大約15升
---stroke the hand pump ever until pressure gauge show 2500 psi 搖動液壓泵至壓力2500psi
---pull out a locking bolt of control valve 將控制閥的鎖桿拔掉
---open the shut down valve knob on the PT pump (in case of an electric power failure) 將PT泵的燃油切斷閥打開 (如果電力系統失效)
---push the control valve for starting 按下啟動控制閥起動
---if starting is fail , repeat above procedure after flywheel stopped 如果啟動失敗則等飛輪停止後重複以上程序
2.2 Check the each individual and lamp to make sure normal operating condition 檢查各個儀表及指示燈確保在正常運行狀態
2.3 supply power 送電(要事先通知駕駛員,一般情況下不做此項)
2.3.1 open bus-tie with MCCB 斷開與主配電電源
2.3.2 close ACB 合上空氣開關
C Engine shut down 停止
2.4 AUTO START & SUPPLY POWER 自動啟動送電
2.4.1 open emergency generator panel 打開緊急發電機控制面板
2.4.2 switch the switch on, the emergency generator will start and auto sequence. 將開關至于啟動位置, 發電機將會自動啟動後送電
3.1 Remove load 卸載
3.2 Run engine for 3-5 min 空轉3-5分鐘
3.3 Switch off 停機
3.4 Return operation mode to auto position (when engine was stand-by ASC panel) 將自動控制面板開關转至自動位(當自動控制面板上stand-by 燈亮起後)
