如果说我的生活时常是温水煮青蛙，那影像就像把水倒掉的那只手，让我看到世界还有许多种可能性。当我开始不满足于作为一个观赏者，而去尝试实践时，影像对我意味着“记录”本身，但到后来就变成了更多元的“创作”。因为它具有足够的包容性，装置、诗歌、绘画、声音等艺术形式都可以与之相交融，迸发出更大的力量。我常幻想，综合的影像世界是一个属于我的近未来、我躲在里面，通过不停地创作，乐在其中。

If my life is often boiled frogs in warm water, the image is like the hand that poured out the water, allowing me to see that there are many possibilities in the world. When I began to experiment with practice instead of being satisfied with being a spectator, the image meant to me "recording" itself, but then it became a more diverse "creation". Because it is inclusive enough, art forms such as installation, poetry, painting, and sound can all blend with it and burst out with greater power. I often fantasize that the integrated image world is a near-future, metaverse of mine, and I hide in it, and I enjoy it by constantly creating.

柳丁，现居上海。青年艺术家、摄影师、艺术教育者。明心见性，观照内心，我将自己的所知、所感、所想倾注在作品中，这一切源于我心目中诗人、侠客、隐士和苦行僧等形象的集合，从而探索更多的可能。

Liu Ding, currently lives in Shanghai. Young artists, photographers, and art educators. Seeing clearly, looking at the heart, I pour out what I know, feel, and think into my work, all of which stem from the collection of images of poets, chivalrous people, hermits, and ascetics in my mind, so as to explore more possibilities.
