氟橡胶O形圈低压气体密封微动摩擦特性试验 摘要:本文针对氟橡胶O形圈在低压气体环境中的密封性能和微动摩擦特性进行了试验研究。通过实验设计和数据分析,得到了O形圈在低压气体环境下的压缩变形量、密封工作曲线、密封圈面压力分布等数据。同时,对其润滑状态、接触面粗糙度、表面硬度等参数的影响进行了探究,最终得到了O形圈在不同润滑状态下、不同表面粗糙度和硬度下的摩擦系数。实验结果表明,氟橡胶O形圈在低压气体环境中具有良好的密封性能和微动摩擦特性,且其表面硬度和粗糙度对其摩擦系数有重要影响。关键词:氟橡胶O形圈;低压气体;密封性能;微动摩擦特性;表面硬度;表面粗糙度Abstract: This paper conducts an experimental study on the sealing performance and microfriction characteristics of fluororubber O-rings in low-pressure gas environment.
