2.    查询及申诉过程：

欧洲更为严格，举例向欧洲反垃圾邮件联盟申诉

1)        打开 https://check./ 查询邮件服务器公网IP的是否纳入黑名单，如下图显示表示没有被拉入黑名单；

2)        如果显示下面信息，代表IP 在黑名单_Policy Blocklist (PBL)点击页面最下面的，

3)        进入申诉流程，填写相关内容

        此处注意：内容内一定要体现你需要申请解封的IP地址以及域名，否则会给予不通过或重新申请。

最后单击“submit”按钮，提交信息会有提示申诉通过后会有验证邮件抵达。等待一段时候后 会发封验证邮箱的邮件给刚刚提交的联系邮箱地址；

4)        打开邮件点击里面的链接验证邮箱后，点击里面的链接验证邮箱；

5)        点击里面的验证链接后会自动跳转到，自动检测后会回到反馈页面；

6)        申诉成功提示页面：

                   Delisting successful

        You have successfully removed yourself from this blocklist. ##您已经成功地将自己从黑名单中删除

7)        直接再检测下自己被封的IP，发现已被移除。
