日常跟进客户的商务英语

最近展会较多,有人忙不过来,平台上收到的询盘忘记回复客户了,有的客户甚至发了几封也没有回应。这个时候业务员最应该做的就是赶紧给客户打个电话,直接问清楚客户的需求,希望能尽快推进项目进度!

我们看一下以下对话,如何迅速拉近与客户的距离并争取到更高效的沟通方式。

A: hello, this is xxx from xxx, is that xxx/may I speak to xxx pls?

B: yes, xxx speaking.

A:oh, nice day xxx, Yesterday we received your inquiry about the product, and I want to personally reach you to discuss some requirements.

B: xxx, oh, yes, how are you? we sent you several inquires and didn't recive any feedback, finally you call back.

A: Thanks I am fine. sorry for the delay, we were busy for fair those days. you know I have already checked your company websites and found you have done some similar products already I think you should be very professional in this field.

B: Really? thanks.

A: So my question is do you have some special requirements or just looking for some basic items and collect the some backup vendors?

You know that will help us to give you some recommendations. some new items.

B: we are looking for something new.

A: ok, I understand. recently actually we have some new products and will be ready to offer samples next two weeks. we can share you some information for your reference.

B: that would be helpful, thanks.

A: As our existing items also got great feedback on the market, So I will share you our company introduction and brochure to you first today, you can make some comparison.

B: I appreciated it. don't forget send us new items information too.

A: ok, for sure. oh by the way,no others, to improve the communication efficiency, do you think can I add your whatsapp?

B: yeah, ok. the number is .....

A: oh, that's great, thank you, so is .......

   have a nice day, bye!
