What does it mean to become a full-fledged human being? Sadhguru explains that the change doesn’t happen slowly. When such an explosion happens, it is a phenomenon that no one can miss. What you right now call as me is life. Maybe right now you are referring to just your personality which is essentially a bundle of thoughts, emotions, opinions, ideas and prejudices, of course I am missing out the important thing. Leaving that part of your personality if you just refer to this (Referring to oneself) as me, essentially you are referring to this life. This life process is me. This life process has not grown, please see. It is the same life process. If you do not remember the womb, at least you remember when you were five, six, seven, eight years of age; when the body was that small, it was the same life process. Now it is the same life process. It will be the same unless… unless you become free from the five elements and then it bursts open into a different possibility.Sadhguru（萨古鲁）：你需要明白，你所认为的生命，此时所谓的“自我”是生命。也许此时你指的只是你的性格，你的性格本质上是一大堆的思想、情绪、观点、想法，还有偏见，当然我漏掉了这重要的一项（指偏见）。除去你性格的那部分，如果你把这个（指着自己）称作我，本质上你是指这个生命。这个生命进程是我。这个生命进程没有增长，请注意。它还是同一个生命进程。如果你不记得你待过的子宫，至少你记得当你五、六、七、八岁的时候；当身体那么小的时候，它是同一个生命进程，现在它依然是同一个生命进程。它还会是同样的，除非……除非你从五大元素里解脱出来，迸发出不同的可能性。This whole terminology of spiritual growth is a false terminology, because there is no such thing as spiritual growth. The goodies are baddies, baddies are goodies, that is the problem. So you have to dump the goodies and the baddies, or you have to embrace the goodies and the baddies. Embracing the goodies and the baddies is very difficult. Your life would become very multi-dimensional if you could, but you cannot do that. There is nothing saintly about it. It's quite silly. Not being able to see what is what in the world is not saintliness; it's just being silly. But it passes off as saintliness. “I see goodness in everything” is not saintly, it is silly. (Laughs) Different things are different ways. If you don't know how to deal with it, you are just being silly, not being saintly. But unfortunately you… it passes off as saintliness. Being able to see everything just the way it is and still being able to accept it absolutely the way it is, takes a lot.
