高涛，女，1989年毕业于福建师范大学美术系，现为甘肃省河池书画院专业画师，副研究馆员，陇南美术家协会理事。中国女画家协会会员，甘肃省美术家协会会员。 Gao Tao, female, graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Fujian Normal University in 1989. Currently, she is a professional painter and deputy research librarian at Gansu Hechi Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a director of the Longnan Artists Association. Member of the Chinese Female Painters Association and the Gansu Artists Association.
