王治伦,1950年生于甘肃马家窑镇。2010年退休。最后一个岗位职务十中国石油甘肃销售公司退管中心主任兼党委书记。幼秉庭训，喜爱书法。20世纪80年代便活跃于甘肃书坛。1991年甘肃电视台曾拍专题介绍片。2005年，《书法导报》各两版刊介书法作品及文章。在兰州举办个人书法作品展并出版作品集。曾任中国石油书协理事。近年获中国石油书法展一等奖、甘肃科技书法展一等奖等。书法、刻字作品有上千件被国内外爱好者收藏。 Wang Zhilun was born in Majiayao Town, Gansu Province in 1950.
