1.昨天又下地干活了，虽然很累，但是晚上睡得真香。一觉睡到快5点起床记个日记，准备出门遛遛狗。
2. 等我记完日记才发现老爸已经把狗子放出去了。小鸡儿们在笼子里叽叽喳喳地叫着，于是我顺手给它们弄了一条吃的，它们才安静下来。
3. 上个厕所之后，我赶紧忙着给小鸡儿小鸭们换水、捞浮萍……随后又和老爸一起把小鸡儿小羊们放出来，赶到圈里。然后给它们喂点饲料，再关起来。
4. 早饭后，老爸出门钓鱼去了，我。骑上自行车，带着俩狗子出门转了一圈，一直转到河滩。路上我看到了那大片大片的麦田。晨雾朦胧，晨光熹微，墨绿的麦田铺在地上，一眼看不到边……
或许没有几个农耕民族的人能抗拒这种美丽。
5. 一边骑行一边还顺便听着课程。印象最深的是《情绪价值》这本书的讲解内容。他让我对情绪有了更多的了解，也明白了有“看见情绪并想办法满足情绪背后的需求能够创造巨大的价值”这个重要的事儿。最后我又搜索了一些关于情绪描述之类的课程。
6. 下午又带着俩狗子一起去桃园转了一圈，发现小桃子已经长到鹌鹑蛋那么大了。
7. 晚上追了会儿小说就睡了。
英文版： 1. I went to work in the field again yesterday. Although I was very tired, I slept really well at night. I woke up nearly at 5 o'clock to keep a diary and was ready to go out for a walk with the dog.

5. While riding, I also listened to the course by the way. What impressed me the most was the explanation of the book "Emotional Value". It made me have a better understanding of emotions, and also understood the important thing that "seeing the emotions and finding ways to meet the needs behind the emotions can create great value". Finally, I also searched for some courses about emotional description.
6. In the afternoon, I went to the peach orchard with the two dogs again and found that the small peaches had grown as big as quail eggs.
7. I went to sleep after chasing a novel in the evening.
