Molecular Depot-辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是生物化学中应用Z广泛的酶之一。它使用过氧化氢作为氧化剂催化多种底物的氧化。生物素化的HRP可用于扩增某些免疫测定的信号。

单位定义:在20°C的反应缓冲液中,产生1微摩尔的普鲁士蓝素从焦性没食子的生物素化辣根过氧化物酶所需的量,反应缓冲液组成为:8毫摩尔过氧化氢,14毫摩尔磷酸钾,0.5%焦性没食子,pH 6.0,反应时间20秒。

生物素结合量:1.3摩尔生物素/摩尔辣根过氧化物酶(HABA测定法)
